- Mosley (1/5): Reash - Nothing Everything
- Angi (4/5): Hard beds and pillows, need for maintenance, smelly and noisy - The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I stayed in the one-story unit, #124. The toilet flush does not work and I was later able to read in Google reviews that there have been complaints about this before which are obviously being ignored. I filled the trash can with water and flushed it this way. Deadbolt did not work either and I had a creepy guy sitting in his car outside my room all night. The 2 pillows were flat as pancakes and the bed was similar to what I imagine a jail bed would feel like. I heard some rooms look more updated and modern, this one however looked pretty beat up still. Not a comfortable stay, very noisy, weird smells, but ok for one night, especially travelling with a dog for no extra fee. Motel 6 are hit and miss. This wasn't the worst I stayed at but not the best either.
- Gerald (7/5): The Good and the bad. - Shower head and plenty of hot water. Bed

- Sophie (2/5): I’d never stay here again, safe your money and go elsewhere - The one thing that was good was that they accept dogs without an additional fee Everything! It was dirty, mold in the bathroom, the tub had water coming up constantly . The staff was very rude, specifically the older guy who tried to up charge me when we wanted to extend our stay . It wasn’t until my husband came in that he was okay with the original price . He tried charging me an extra $70!!! The only reason we were stuck here was because we had to bring our dogs last minute!
- Tewella (7/5): - Hot water wasn’t hot took Luke warm showers
- peter (10/5): -
- Trent (10/5): Short and accommodating - Property was very clean and for the price you can't beat it!!!! Nothing it was exactly what I expected and more!!
- Pat (8/5): Clean, cheap and close to family - It was very clean and the room was large and comfortable bed. Very good price and easy to take our little dog out. We were there at new year’s so was quite around us as not many there. Lots of interstate noise. Didn’t realize that’s where it was located. The towels were clean but ruffer than sand paper. The shower water gets a little warm but no hot water. Was ok for the price
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Parker (7/5): - Getting better
- Brandi (8/5): The access to room and room alone was perfect - The ac blew cold and the beds were comfortable and it was clean The lobby smelled extremely bad and they don’t serve breakfast
- Gloria (8/5): I enjoyed it after all - The room stunk The room smell
- Jose (10/5): -
- Coleen K Koonce (10/5): Iris, cool North Texas in October. - Clean, stayed 5 nights and still changed sheets, left plenty of towels... Might not have hurt to mop floors as looked fine but walk barefoot or socks and feet would be dirty/black , pillows flat and blankets thin but that seems to be the way of motel beds.Pleasant enough staff and modern decor. The guy walking around opening rooms next to those staying just to listen and sniff for smoking, lol. A little weird, no smiles on him.
- John (7/5): -
- Torres (2/5): -
- Alexis (5/5): This inn was just ok. - Convent for after a long drive. Clerk was pleasant. Bathroom was very small. The stool lid kept falling down when stool was used. No soaps for bath.
- Deborah (9/5): - I was charged more than quoted. I will not trust the motel again.
- Angel (10/5): - Very clean Water pressure in the shower was the only bad thing about it
- Chris (9/5): -
- Amber (8/5): - Room had laminate floor and high bed frame (visible under bed) which felt cleaner than carpet. Minor dislike: A/c did not seem to have "fan on continuosly" option.
- Del Pozzo (10/5): - It felt like a comfy little bungalow. Staff very friendly & perfect hospital corners on the bed (lol). Great value on a budget! Pot hole parking lot.
- Patricia (8/5): It was very comfortable… good value for the price - The highway noise of the semi trucks were terribly loud.
- Travis (6/5): Ok hotel - Front desk was polite. Room was decent but couldn't lock the deadbolt.

- Rita (9/5): Short but sweet, clean and comfortable. - Clean and comfortable room and bed. Microwave was not working and i immediately got a new one once i said it wasn’t working. The parking lot. It needs to be resurfaced but if that’s all that’s bad about this place and the value, then I can overlook the parking lot
- Mario (8/5): - Very clean very nice hotel
- Racheal (10/5): - Everything was fantastic
- Mike (6/5): - I would not go back. The bed was to hard and the pillow was flat.

- Christopher (10/5): Best Motel I've ever seen - I have to say, I was positively surprised!
This place is nice, clean, well-maintained, and located in a good neighborhood.
We felt comfortable and safe — I can definitely recommend this place!
This was the best motel I have ever stayed in. It would be nice if there were some ashtrays outside.
- Kindra (9/5): Superb -
- Ricky (6/5): - For the most part it was alright. There were pigeons picking on a chicken in the parking lot. I dont know why there was a chicken in the parking lot but it should've brought some friends. I got an upstairs room which is never a win and i was in the middle with the stairs being across the interstate and the other in oklahoma. Whoever designed it never went anywhere with a woman. Only 2 sets of stairs being on each end of the place. Wasnt any shampoo or coffee or any kind of amenities except a bar of soap so i had to drink that. Nice room though as far as deco, cleanliness, decent tv. Id probably give it 4 had i stayed on the 1st floor.
- Jackie (3/5): Poor - Good location and quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up with bad backaches. There were grass clippings on the floor. There is no shampoo.
- Wilson (10/5): Exceptional - The bed And the room was over all was nice
- Cindy (5/5): Passable -
- Jeanie (7/5): Good - The room was nice, but the outside parking lot needs some work.
- Cheryl (10/5): perfect - The manager was extremely nice and helpful! Clean rooms and nice size.
- Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - It's clean and convenient
- Chris (9/5): Superb - They only offered coffee however it was good
- Cecilia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathy (8/5): Very good -
- Murray (8/5): - Good bargain for the money.
- Micheal (10/5): - Stay was amazing ! I stay here every week for a week and the room is clean and tidy! No noise , perfect for work stay or overnight trip !
- Mimi (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (7/5): Basic necessities met - Not to busy to check in or out. I could hear the traffic on I-30 that kept me from sleeping well. Deem lights also
- Douglas (10/5): Nice and clean - Clean Everything was good
- Jarod (6/5): Pleasant -
- Vesper (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ijeoma (7/5): It was above fair and close to good. But much more can be done. - The bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was really clean.
Night was quiet.
Peaceful environment. There was this smell of stale smoke & something else that my Febreeze air freshener could not fully remove.
The inner bed sheet had a cigarette burn. Something they couldn’t have missed but chose to ignore
Website said breakfast but this wasn’t the case.
- Barbara (7/5): Good -
- gary (10/5): - Nice little place
- Jose (7/5): Good -
- Aaron (2/5): Hotels. Scam - I booked this room on accident tried to have hotels.com change the reservation to the appropriate hotel customer service gave me the run around so I ended up eating the entire cost of the trip same dates same city just needed it swapped to a hotel across town literally tried to make this change minutes after receiving confirmation of the reservation and realized I had selected the wrong property
- Verified traveler (4/5): Staff was friendly - The room is very affordable & directly on the highway. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the trucks that run the highway shake the room almost constantly. The particular room I stayed in had a pungent odor that I could not explain. It appeared clean & dusted. It had 1 chair which was broken & a padded bench that had something spilled or growing on it between top & bottom cushions. I did not attempt a shower, first towel I picked up was stained. Due to the odor I slept only 4 hours (after 16 hours driving) and left at first light. This checks all the boxes for an inexpensive place to stay if you're, say, a migrant worker with limited funds (it was absolutely packed with workers the next morning when I was setting off). Its probably not a good bet for a family or any type of leisure accommodations...as I learned. At the end of the day the room was only $50-$60 and Im trying not to be too harsh considering how cheap that is - but I'd definitely say the listing / photos on hotels.com painted it slightly different from what you get in person.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Nice, well lit parking lot, able to park right in front of room. Definitely near the top end of budget hotels. No in room coffee maker or microwave, great ice machine on premises.
- Cheryl (8/5): - It seems like the model 6 has been updated. Not a 5 star but still comfortable. It’s very close to the interstate but you also get the noise.
- Brian (7/5): Good -
- Debbie (8/5): Not Bad for the price. - The room was big with frig. and microwave. It was clean and had a table and a chair, with a cute corner booth. It has a place for the suit case and a neat place to hang up clothes. The bathroom was really small, with a toilet that hit the wall every time I went to the bathroom. The sink was a raised bowl, with a slow drain also the facet needed tightening.
- Karen (4/5): Wouldn’t visit again. - Proximity to town Deadlock on door not working. Sink tap handle broken. Air con in room so loud we couldn’t sleep. Manager greeting us not friendly. Potholes in driveway.
- Scott (6/5): - Place was ok looked shabby customer service was so so
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Sylvia (7/5): The room was fine, but don't be fooled if you think you are getting a NON-Smoking room - Good location for us, room was clean and decor was kept up We could hear the people next door at a very early hour and then we smelled them smoking!
- Gena (5/5): Hotel was a little outdated but clean room for the most part. - Hotel was fine. Could use a few updates. But worked for business travel and cheap. Many patch jobs in the room but quiet and clean. Little outdated. Many repaired areas and seemed a bit old.
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (7/5): Clean, updated, convenient - Clean, obviously had been updated to a more modern aesthetic. Close. About as close as you can get to the interstate so substantial road noise but that also made it convenient
- Kaye (2/5): Awful - Did not stay, first room was musty smelling and had mold and under the sink. Second room smelled like smoke from wires burning. Third room was musty smelling and mold under sink. Fourth room had dead bugs all over floor, looked like roaches. We requested our money back, which they refunded.
- Kristine (10/5): Would stay here again room 109 - Loved the outside
No Breakfast at this location
Many options around the area . Within a 5 mile radius .
Would stay here again .
- Rayburn (10/5): Exceptional - Great value and clean and friendly staff.
- Pamela (8/5): - Found a roach in my room
- Tiffany (2/5): - Ok
- Nick (10/5): - Great place to stay the night.
- Becky (8/5): - Na
- Michael (10/5): - Great stay and nice staff
- Jeremy Leon (6/5): - It's good for the price. Had some ant issues. A little bit of noise issues with dogs. Didn't spend much time at the hotel only nights.
