- Shreyas (6/5): - Comfortable bed, great staff,and a high standard of cleanliness. An incredible location if you're a tourist due to its proximity to the market square. Plenty of options for food and leisure in the vicinity. The room is very small. There is no soundproofing. You can hear everybody and everything. We also had strange sawing, hammering, and drilling noises in the mornings. When we arrived, the hotel's underground parking was marked as full and they don't reserve spots. However, we didn't have trouble finding street parking (but that's up to luck) and there are several private parking spaces in the vicinity.

Cały personel zasługuje na ogromne brawa – od progu czuć niesamowitą gościnność, autentyczną życzliwość i domową atmosferę, o którą trudno w innych miejscach. Widać, że zespół naprawdę lubi to, co robi!Szczególne ukłony należą się Pani Kai z recepcji. To absolutnie fantastyczna osoba o wielkim sercu i niespotykanej kulturze osobistej. Jej profesjonalizm połączony z ogromnym ciepłem i uśmiechem sprawił, że poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo zaopiekowani. Pani Kaja to prawdziwy skarb tego hotelu!Do tego te śniadania – po prostu „wow”! Wybór produktów jest imponujący, wszystko świeże i pyszne. Jeśli szukacie miejsca w Poznaniu, gdzie nowoczesny design idzie w parze z najlepszą obsługą, nie mogliście trafić lepiej. Na pewno tu wrócimy!

- ValeryatET (10/5): The Ideal Hotel for a Stay in Poznan - This lovely hotel is in the ideal location, within walking distance of the main attractions in town including the Old Market Square and Ostrow Tumski. The comfortable rooms are beautifully decorated and the facilities for working downstairs are very good with free hot drinks available 24 hours daily. The restaurant serves an extensive breakfast buffet and I can recommend the poached egg on avocado toast.

- johngQ4074OZ (10/5): Great hotel in great location - My wife and I stayed at the PURO Poznan Stare Miasto for 3 nights at the start of May this year . We were tired after a very early start to get to Edinburgh airport for our flight to Poznan so we got a taxi from the airport to the hotel . The transfer was only about 20 minutes . It is possible to get into the main bus station then get a tram to a stop which is only minutes walk from the hotel . I had previously checked in online so getting our room key was straightforward but the hotel reception staff are so professional and organised that I’m sure it would have been straightforward even if I hadn’t done the online check in . The room was not the biggest room I’ve stayed in but big enough and it was very nicely designed and very well organised . The shower the tourist things you’ll and the bed were both very good . The hotel is very well situated for all the main tourist things . For example it’s only a few minutes from the main square . There is a branch of Zabka - a little mini market - just round the corner so it’s very closeby if there is the odd little food item you may need . For places to eat and drink there are loads of cafes , restaurants and bars within 10/15 minutes walk away . The hotel does have a bar and a restaurant which are both top notch . My wife and I are vegan but we both had something from the hotel menu on 2 evenings during our stay . I used the bar and found all the bar staff very professional and friendly - highly recommended . There was a free walking tour organised by the hotel . Our guide was Paulina - very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person . One final point about Poznan and the hotel . I would recommend a visit to the Poznan Botanic Gardens . This is very extensive and you can get there by tram . Both my wife and I were pretty tired after a good walk around the gardens then getting back on the tram . So it was really good to come bach to the PURO hotel for a nice shower and a hot chocolate from the lobby . Oh , I forgot to mention that : the hotel , like all PURO hotels , offers free coffee , hot chocolate from the machine in the lobby whenever you want one . All in all , a great hotel with great staff . I don’t work for PURO and I’m not being paid for writing this review but I do like to give praise where it’s due . Over the years I’ve stayed in too many hotels that are way , way off the mark of being a decent hotel . This chain of hotels is hard to beat . If you find yourself in this neck of the woods then check in here

- Clare (10/5): Luxurious well-equipped hotel with an excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Highly recommended. - I'm very pleased that I booked this hotel, it's location is excellent with a short walk into the historic old town square and it's also really close to the Male Garbery tram and bus stops. I would consider this hotel to be upmarket and we had a superior room on the 4th floor, which was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent, with very high quality hot and cold options including daily 'specials', such as Croque Madam, which are made on request. The staff could not have been more helpful - they really are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend a day trip to Kornik via the local buses if the weather is nice - there is a little beach next to the lake once you have done the arboretum and castle. Be aware that many of the tourist attractions in the city are closed on a Monday. Nothing comes to mind.

The sauna and the gym are basically in the same room, not much room in the sauna and the sauna waiting room, no changing room, just a shower (with opaque windows that are STILL kind of see-through which makes it uncomfortable to use). The sauna seems like an afterthought and it could’ve been planned out way better.

- Beka (5/5): Mixed thoughts - Everything Is Perfect apart from one thing I had a genuinely great stay at PURO Hotel — the design is modern and stylish, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels thoughtfully curated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities (especially the gym and common areas) are excellent. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a high-quality guest experience. That said, there is one major issue that really detracts from an otherwise fantastic stay: the bathroom design. The glass-walled bathrooms offer virtually no privacy, which can be quite uncomfortable, especially when sharing the room. Even more surprising is that this design approach extends to the gym facilities, where privacy should be a given. It feels more like a design statement than a practical choice, and unfortunately, it negatively impacts comfort. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its quality and service, but I strongly hope they reconsider the bathroom layout — because privacy shouldn’t be optional.

- Niola (8/5): - Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Top locatie in het oude centrum, niet ver van Cytadela park waar je fijn kan hardlopen. Mooie kamer met fijne zeep. Sauna is klein maar dient zijn doel. Er ligt heel netjes een briefje op het nachtkastje waarmee service wordt aangeboden om een harder kussen te krijgen. Het standaard kussen is gevuld met dons maar erg plat. Het harde kussen was naar mijn mening echter te hard en te hoog.
