• Hock (8/5): The breakfast was good in terms of quality and spread. - Quiet location. The raised up floor level of guest room main door from corridor level is unfriendly, posing difficulty in handling heavy luggage into the guest room.
• Shameem (8/5): All in all, I had a good comfortable stay. Good place to just want to chill out for a few days. - Rooms were spacious and clean. Good breakfast selection. I liked the fact that there was a KOPITIAM CAFE at the hotel. This was really good. No low tables by sockets to place items for charging. The pillows were not so comfortable. Although the hotel in itself was clean and comfortable the location is a bit way off from eateries.

• Mei Yeng (8/5): Great hospitality and comfort - Amazing breakfast buffet! Room is spacious and let's say, they have the most amazing kopitiam cafe next door that serve fabulous curry noodles and other local fares! Customer service from the reception to the kitchen is just amazing! Nothing!

We were pleasantly given a room facing the pool (a big plus), even though we didn’t specifically request it — really appreciate the thoughtful gesture knowing we were travelling with kids. The pool was nice and had a safe depth for children. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the nasi dagang is a must-try! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

• Seaside26119617618 (10/5): Excellent Stay With Great Service 😀 - Stay at RAIA Hotel Terengganu, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious 😋, staff were very friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was big and well maintained. Had the opportunity meet the new GM En Rhusdi, he's friendly & very welcoming. His warm hospitality and visible leadership truly added a personal touch to overall guest experience. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

• RR (10/5): Good location, convenient parking options, very bright room lighting, no shower heater - Most of the things are good! The location, the option of paid parking for convenience, the gym equipments. We did not try the swimming pool, so no comments on that part. 1. We would prefer warm white lighting over bright light in the room. 2. The water heating system in the shower seems to be not working. 3. Also, the cafe did not provide much customisation for the food and stick strictly to the menu, for example, no exchange of noodle for vermicelli in the curry noodle, although they do provide vermicelli as other dishes. So my option was very much narrowerd down as a person allergic to gluten, and 4. Lastly, the restaurant providing breakfast did not refill all the food until closing time. You have to make do with what's left, even though we came down at around 9.30am (closing time is as 10.30am, i think).
