• Jill (1/5): We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else that accommodated our needs the way they should have. - Nothing Everything, it’s not clean, the room stuck what they call a deluxe queen was more like a deluxe twin. The bathroom was dirty.

• Chris (1/5): if there is an issue dont blame others and pick up a phone and try to resolve for the customer - nothing I booked this on booking.com and then when I arrived it had pushed my date out to the next day because it was 2 am. I did not catch this then I spent 1.5 hours working with the office person and booking.com and they were going to let me stay for another $75 or something for 3 hours of use. I left and was told it would be credited back to my account and that never happened so I paid for this stay and never used it. I lost my money and no one seems to care enough to answer any questions.

I planned on a nice time in a nice room & they screwed up the entire stay. - When I called the location I was assured I could park at the door to my accessible room as I am severely handicapped but when I arrived they gave me a room in the courtyard with no parking anywhere near the room. I couldn't walk to the room & now they are refusing to refund my 3day stay. I never even saw the room.

Pool had a lot of leaves and deck furniture skimpy - only one small plastic table. It could use at least a few more small tables. I don’t think it was swept in a few days.

• Nicole (2/5): - im done going back and forth with this 3rd party and motel. i will post a review in hopes to save anyone else the trouble. my reservation was canceled. i was coming 6 hours away from 2 states over, i had insurance and it did nothing. i had to book another room, which i only stayed for 3 hours because it was DISGUSTING. the walls had god knows what, the flies, the gnats, the dirty sheets. the door that didnt close all the way. to be honest, this motel should not be opened and considered condemned. i recommend staying farther away in another town. any other motel 6 ive stayed at was actually decent. this, do not do it. the restaurant next door, was great and i would have stayed there if i could. never, ever again.

Mold around shower. No shampoo, and only one bar of soap. Floor was dirty. No in-room coffee. View from window was a rusty stairs to second floor. Required to pay a $50 refundable deposit upon check-in.
