- RYAN (5/5): Repeat customers were very disappointed - Nice and clean quiet room Reception was out of the complimentary fresh baked cookies and free beer upon arrival which is what we were really looking forward to again as we stayed before two years earlier. Breakfast, which was really good previously was not prepared in time for us to depart . So we had to leave without it . No staff at hotel ever checked our identity with id or credit card . Very odd ! Staff were very young and seemed to have no supervision from management.

The hotel’s central location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Great Falls. It would have been nice to have small end tables beside the sofa, as a place to set drinks, etc.

- OnAir569574 (8/5): Great Hotel-Maid Service Needs Work - The hotel and room were very clean, modern and comfortable. One complaint was, it was only a shower. My husband is fine with that but I like baths. We stayed there 3 nights and the tv selection wasn’t to our liking. Loved that we could order warm cookies and milk at night and our breakfast (although a very limited menu) was delivered hot to our room in the morning. The desk staff were very friendly and hospitable. Our biggest complaint was the maid service. The first day they left us only decaf's coffee pods for the next morning. The second day they didn’t even bother to fill the coffee pods or take the dirty dishes away. They never made the bed or replaced the towels. Shampoo and body soap containers were never filled. I did tell the desk clerk and she was very apologetic. Although I didn’t tell her everything that had been left undone. I normally tip the maid service but there literally was nothing to tip for, on this stay. They did empty the garbage. But that was it. There weren’t many people in rooms at the time we were there, so it’s not like they were overworked. Would we stay again? Yes, I think we would. The beds were comfortable. I’d just call out the maid service right away next time.

Bringing it to my door was over the top service. We needed to be downtown for a show so the location was perfect. We will stay here again. We were not told that the front doors locked at a certain hour, but figured out the side door entrance.

Nice perks; welcome drink, breakfast delivered to the room, free laundry facilities, and fresh baked cookies o request. The location was good for walk ability to shops and restaurants, but I didn’t feel safe in the evenings. There are many young people sort of loitering about town.

Staff attentive & extremely helpful. Would recommend a second chair for the room. Hotel is centrally located on the western edge of downtown Great Falls, a very interesting & historically significant Montana city.

Fire Artisan Pizza was outstanding, and do not miss the CM Russell Museum. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and the Museum- great location. So many complimentary perks: breakfast delivered to your room, milk & cookies (delivered to our room by Rochelle- so friendly and helpful), choice of drinks from the front desk, safe, laundry, microwave, and in room refrigerator. A beautiful boutique hotel with Five Star Service in a fantastic location driving from Yellowstone to Glacier. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

- IrishChief (10/5): Enjoyed our short stay - Very new hotel. We booked an upgraded suite which had a nice sitting area in our room. Bathroom was upgraded and large. Room was very spacious with a coffee machine, safe drawer, fridge and large mirror. They offer an alcoholic beverage upon check in and a limited but delicious breakfast that you choose the night before. They bring your selections to your room at the requested time the next morning. They also offer cookies and warm milk upon request. Such a nice treat. Outside of our room was a very modern sitting area for anyone to use. The interior rooms looked like they had windows into the hallway, which looked like it was an outdoor walkway before the large renovation. Many shops on a nice street right outside. Enjoyed our one night stay.

Great Value for the Money - The lay out of the room where the window is at the entry door and the bathroom is at the back of the room was great. Staff is super friendly, help and very accommodating. Michael prepared the breakfast for our 4 day stay which is delivered to the room. loved the Chorizo Burrito and Fresh Fruit. Hot Fresh made Macadamian cookies with milk anytime you want delivered to room upon request. Free Laundry including soap and dryers sheets, machine were newer and easy to use. Location was great. right on Central and walking distance to Gibson park through a Historic home district. While the technolgy was perfect. the outlets at the front of the night stands were flimsy. It was wierd to have the shower to only have a fixed half door so you had to be careful not to get the floor too wet. overall we have a very enjoyable stay

- KManSafetyDude (10/5): The Gibson Hotel - An outstanding experience - A boutique hotel in downtown Great Falls that isn't expensive as many "boutique" hotels are but provides outstanding service, clean, modern rooms in a great location. A complimentary local beer or a wine was offered on check-in as were freshly baked cookies at the time or later (as desert after supper for us). This hotel is regularly booked at 50% occupancy for flight crew at the local GF airport so book early. Our check-in clerk, Devin, was informative, personable, enthusiastic and polite. Our stay included a breakfast delivered to our choice of our room, the 3d floor lounge area or the lounge on the first floor. Breakfast was offered on a menu from which we picked our choices. We stayed in a suite which was furnished stylishly and comfortably. Our normal smaller town hotel bookings are with Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, Marriott Residence Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, or Holiday Inn Express. We found the Gibson to be a cut above all these.

- Heather (10/5): And up and coming gem of a place! - All the extras provided at this hotel were an added bonus to our stay! We could have partaken of soup and an alcoholic beverage when we first arrived. Instead, we took a nice walk to a local diner. On the way, there was a street band for entertainment and interesting stores to explore. Later, we took advantage of their offer to have milk and cookies brought to our room that night. The room was so very quiet, clean, and well appointed. There were ample pillows and thoughtful toiletries provided. I really enjoyed the way they had us choose 3 items each from a list for our breakfast. Everything we picked for breakfast was yummy, and the yogurt parfait was the best I've ever (fresh ingredients)!

- Sara (10/5): Absolutely amazing !!!! - The Gibson is a fantastic little boutique hotel. Rooms are big bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options delivered to ur room pretty good selection. Jacob was fantastic at the front desk. The little extra perks are a nice little treat like warm cookies and milk brought to ur room for a little late night sweet treat. Coffee, tea or even hot cocoa available in lobby as well in ur room.

The room had a keurig coffee maker, a safe, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, a make up mirror and a full length mirror! The room was very clean including the window sills!! The lobby offered soup, a glass of wine or beer (soda if you’d rather) and extra coffee, cocoa pods, as well as water. The price was very good for the quality boutique hotel. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Great Falls.

- lemndrop8301 (10/5): Absolutely loved everything! - Polite staff, free soup, wine, beer, coffee, and water!! They thought of everything you might need including charging device. The room was so clean including the window sill. Quiet but in a happening part of town that was walkable. The bed and pillows were wonderful! Soft without the divot most beds have. There were fluffy, white towels along with toiletries and makeup removing clothes and finally a hotel room with a good makeup mirror and a full length mirror. Keurig coffee maker with good selections, safe, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, and to top it off you can even have warm cookies and breakfast delivered right to the room. This place was such a pleasant surprise at a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying here!! Again, the staff was kind and welcoming.

- Kristina (6/5): - The hotel was fairly nice. Rooms were reasonably cleaned and beds were comfortable. The location was unexpected being that it was surrounded by bars and there were always groups of folks smoking around our car. There was a bit of a funky smell in the hotel. We were randomly charged at extra 20 dollar fee and the hotel sent my no receipts or invoices for anything.
