- Maria Rica (10/5): Number 1 in Baler for Good Reason - Perfect choice for a relaxing trip to Baler; but the hotel’s best gems have got to be the people. Staff were always on the ball, very accommodating and they obviously love what they do. Their energy was infectious. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baler.
- Cherry (4/5): - Food is very good and breakfast buffet is awesome. Customer service is also a plus. The one bedroom suite we were in is nice and huge. It was very disappointing that the pool was under renovation when we were there and it was peak season!!! The hotel’s price point is too high considering that there isn’t much they offer. No sports activities, no gym, etc.

- IRWIN (8/5): Very pricey but worth it 😍😍😍 - Happy with my stay.... the only disappointment i have is... NO HOT WATER in the shower and they were not able to fix it until we left... For someone who lives abroad and having a hot shower is part of everyday life... And you are paying an 8k plus a night hotel and yet your room has no hot water.... i wish they move us to another room because i saw there are lots of vacant room next door, but all i recieve from the staff is SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE SIR.... So i did shower with cold water and this feels terrible for me!!!!

On my 1st day upstairs room was being repaired banging noise is annoying, called frontdesk 5 times and still not able to stop, took about 1.5 hours to end. There was no internet on 2nd and 3rd day of my stay. There was no ice during 2nd day breakfast. 3rd day morning there was no hot water.

We loved the attentiveness and courteousness of the crew of their restaurant, The Beach House. The room is very spacious and clean. We just wish that they have a designated room/place for massage and spa. We traveled with our daughter and it was quite uncomfortable having a massage in our room with her sitting there.

- MarkV (10/5): - The resort has an actual surfer’s resort feels with the amenities of full family resort. It has plenty of rooms and most rooms are in front of the beach. Make sure to try the local breakfast that the resort offers to get some authentic Baler eats, and don’t forget to surf as they have a one hour free surf with instructor’s guide.

They were out of stock of fruit for shakes the last two days we were there. But the Indian restaurant, The Shack was good.
- Andre (4/5): I don't recommend staying at Coasta Pacifica - this place is run down and needs to be remodeled. There are holes and mold on the ceiling of the rooms, office fixtures are broken. The rain shower didn't work, wifi didn't work. The staff is great, they go all out to help you. Our room had a huge hole in the ceiling and mold, I wanted a refund but all the staff could do was move us to another room that wasn't much better. I'll never stay here again.

- travelako (8/5): Quite pleasant but needs renovation - Our stay is quite pleasant. We booked 5 rooms for the whole family. The staff were all helpful. Though they Really need to renovate the rooms at the Casita De Bahia and the rooms across the hotel, esp the cr. clogged sink and shower room, and smelly toilet ( like sewerage when you’re flushing ). i highly recommend that you should book a room in the hotel ( junior premire & up ) to be able to enjoy the view and very close to the pool and resto. Price is a little bit high compare to the Casita and the standard room/loft, but it’s more cleaner ,comfortable and spacious.
- Ryan (10/5): Best in Baler - The best hotel in Baler and the price reflects that. Attentive staff, nicely set out and a good food menu. I am always disappointed though by the corners taken by some of (most of) these establishments. Damp was appearing on the walls and the awnings for outside of the restaurant did not function, probably because they have rusted into position. Generally, a very pleasant experience and will definitely return.

- Kristine (10/5): Excellent service and facilities. - On our first night, we arrived at dawn, but the resort was able to check us into our room early. The main resort lobby was impressive and the view to the beach is stunning. The interior design and architecture of the resort are the best and they make the resort stand out among the whole stretch of the beach with all the hostels and inns. The room was in an annex separate from the main resort - which was unexpected and didn't look like the one in the photos. However - it had all the main facilities and we're good with that. We didn't mind walking for a bit to get to the main resort and eat our free breakfast. That gave us a chance to check out the area. On our second night, the resort was kind enough to transfer us to a room within the main resort without additional charges and we were elated to hear it. They provide transportation to town which was very convenient. All the staff - from receptionist, to guards, to drivers, to waiters, were very courteous and polite. Service is excellent. I would recommend Costa Pacifica to my friends and family.

- sher (10/5): Worth the travel - Food is tasty, good presentation Room has a very wide space good lighting but needs maintenance especially the bathrooms :( Pool is just right Linens and towels smells so good. All in all It was relaxing stay except that a couple of maintenance personnel was in our area painting walls, like seriously cant they wait for us to check out before doing so, literally had to excuse ourselves so that we can enter our room. ( they were painting the exterior walls pf our assigned room) thank you to edison for the take home plants by the way. Will surely be back soon

- EDNA (10/5): Very courteous and helpful staff! - Though their prices are outrageously high, we had 2 rooms reserved for family of 8! You can forget if you are planning to work while you are on vacation because the wi-fi did not work at all even in the lobby. The manager is very helpful in letting me use their office computer to have access in wi-fi but it still not working. So I had to go next door at the restaurant to get a good wi-fi. I feel safe staying at this hotel. My family had a great time!

Our family had a great time spending the holidays in this hotel. The only disappointment in this hotel is the wi-fi, totally no wi-fi in every part of the hotel, even at the lobby. I have to go to next door's restaurant to get access to wi-fi so that I can work.

I love their shuttle services that would pick up and drop off guests to and from different places within the vicinity of Baler. The hotel staffs were corteous, approachable, and kind. They patiently assisted us in all our requests. The hotel food was good. The serving size of food was reasonable for its price. Hotel rooms were really clean. They have nice swimming pools also. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Costa Pacifica and I am hoping to go back in this hotel again for our future trip to Baler.
- KEFM (8/5): Costa Pacifica Casita de Bahia - The hotel rooms are really out of the area of the actual hotel. However, the hotel offers shuttle between the main hotel and the casita. So if you'd want to have a less crowd, I suggest these rooms. Overall, the rooms need refurbishing as all furniture seems old. I also called 2 days before to request for a room birthday set-up for my kid, however, this did not happen.

Toliet little small , no lock in toilet (not good) However, great staff service , we arrive early in the morning. Can early check in n late check out coz available. Also, hotel has shuttles can bring us to the town which maybe within 10-15mins van.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Only get rooms in the main property - I've heard a lot of good things about this hotel so I was looking forward to my stay. I had a room at the newly acquired Bahia property (one digit room number or 3digit number starting with 9 on record) and we saw right away that our room was not to ready for occupancy which made us think maybe we were the first tenants of it. This is because our lights were blinking while turned off which made us feel like we were in a club. Second was the door which had a broken piece that's attached to the wall. It kept falling off when we opened the door. Wifi can't also reach our room so we kept on using my mobile wifi which I thankfully brought. Amidst all these, I have to commend the staff for their quick response to all these brouhaha. They fixed things within the hour and went above and beyond looking for my friend's watch when we reported it missing (it was found the day after). I still recommend this hotel mainly because of the staff/great customer service but for the moment, do not take any of the "annex" rooms in the newly acquired property. The resort has to review all fixtures that need to be fixed and replaced before letting guests use any of the rooms. Everyone (technicians, waiters, front desk, towel boy, hotline person, etc) was professional, helpful and friendly. They were the saving grace of our stay.
- v (6/5): Close to the beach with outdoor pool - were booked in an Annex Bldg, a 5-to 10 min walk away from the main hotel were informed that they have a van for transfer if incase we will be coming back and forth to our room. unfortunately, verytime we are coming back to our room, there is no standby van in the main entrance and/or no employee to asists our transfer. Staff are not accommodating, especially for Filipinos they only showing good gestues and greets foreigners, shame on you guys we stayed there for 4-days. Buffet food are fine and good, especially the fish thing.

Towels are old. Facial tissues are coarse. Staff dont look happy. Providing service sesms like a burden. Forced smiles esp at the front desk. Slow internet.

- June (8/5): The Room - When you are dhowering the shower door is missing, water overflows to the vomode tile making a mess of wet floor when you are using the comode, all foot prints with dirt appears all over the bedroom- gross looking. The safe has expired battery making us call miantenanace which was solved immediately. The breakfast meet was hurtuedly cooked called tapa, all with fatty meat. We asked to trim the fat, the did re- cook it, otherwise ok breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely friendly, doing the 2 nd mile esp the bell boys & guards. The welcoming persom made us drink sugary syrup instead of dilluting with water first, we were so thirsty but spit our a sugar syrup. She should be trained 1 st because she does not know what she was doing.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great outdoor facilities close to the beach. - Very busy week, very slow service in restaurant. TV in room stopped receiving broadcasts in the afternoon and never recovered. Really nice location but very pricey compared to other places, so little things that didn't work spoiled the impression overall.
