• Bryan (8/5): Better than average - Very reasonable $. Somewhat newer renovation. The caulking around the shower and floor needs fixed. Shame to see it get ruined this early because of it.

El personal fue muy amable, no ha nadie en persona pero te atienden mediante una camara. El lugar no tiene nada especial pero para estancias cortas de paso, es perfecto. Sobretodo es limpio, que es lo que mas resalto en estos tipos de hoteles. Gracias!

• Nan (8/5): Perfect affordable safe with great free parking - New vinyl flooring fluffy white towels TV ice machine located in laundry room The bed mattress was new feeling ; extremely comfortable sheets y bed comforter felt new y clean pillows ok strong PSI for hot shower ¡! Only a suggestion; the beautifully remodeled shower head needs to be closer to shower wall- so one can have room to stand as to soap up. A larger person will have shower curtain stuck to one’s body as it is snug

• Donna (7/5): Virtual Check-in means motel doesn't care - No breakfast provided. Coffee at 7:00 which is too late for Travellers. I did NOT like the Virtual check-in. It made me feel that Motel 6 does NOT care about its clients questions or concerns. Also, I had to scan my credit card into their computer because they are now taking a "security deposit". Wtf. I will look for a different place to stay in the fall.

• Cory (8/5): Easy late night checkin - off the main road so it was quiet all night. - Interesting late night virtual check-in with someone in India...very innovative and unique. Got us right in even very late at night. We also appreciated that the location was back off the road, so it was quiet all night...until early morning. Shower somehow leaked quite a bit of water, kind of like it was going through that cloth shower curtain....not sure. The map that she showed me wasn't very accurate or something. Had a hard time finding the room - also room numbers didn't seem intuitive. Also - neighbor is a concrete plant - they started early in the morning...but it was quiet all night.
• Calahan (3/5): Not as advertised. - Room size Power issues in the room. The microwave kept knocking out the power on one side of the room. It was also very old and had no turning tray to set your dishes inside the microwave. Contacted the hotel staff to rectify the issue and nothing was done except to keep resetting the breaker. Would not stay here again.

• Tim (4/5): It was a bed to sleep. - The proximity to get back on the road. When I brushed my teeth, the sink filled up with water and was slow to drain. I took a shower. There were no shampoos or conditioners available. I got out and there was a pool of water on the floor. I had to clean the floor from all the water. I called to tell them, they wanted to send a maintenance man up. I had just gotten out of the shower and was very tired from a very long day of driving not wanting a maintenance man to come in.
• James (1/5): If I don’t receive some sort of compensation, I will never stay at a Motel 6 again! - Huge property with many vacancies, yet the desk staff placed 4 loud construction workers directly into the adjoining room and the made noise all night and kept me awake. Then in the morning they all hung out in front of my front window. There was absolutely no reason to check those men into a room with a neighbor so late at night. There were hundreds of other available rooms they could have been assigned, but the inconsiderate desk staff placed them right next door so they could wake me up, and keep me awake all night. I was furious about it, and complained to the virtual desk clerk. I deserve a complete refund!!!
• Kimberly (9/5): priced right, good location, clean, practical,and quiet - Perfect location easy to check in perfect for one night. bed and pillows, lights and charging ports heater and ac worked great and no funky noises from it I don't recall anything to complain about. we slept there one night traveling from Idaho to Arizona. Check in was different that we were used to. Had a video chat for check in, but times are a changing?
• Ricky (6/5): - It was quiet If that's your idea of a handicapped room!? You don't know what you're doing. My wife was in a wheelchair for 27 years. Your room 144 doesn't even have an 18" toilet seat. The shower sprayer flops all over the place. The on screen check in is stupid. I won't be back I will pay more to someone else for a better situation. I don't need or want permission to arrive at 7pm I don't want 5-10 text and emails about a one night stop over at your hotel.
• Gordon (4/5): I was disappointed. Having a hotel with a kiosk and no human is not very welcoming. - The bed was firm and comfortable. Pillows were thinner and soft which is to my liking. No microwave, coffee pot or small refrigerator. One microwave in the lobby area is not enough for an entire hotel and cleanliness before using it is a definite issue.
• Setzer Designs (10/5): Great experience - Excellent staff, very friendly. The rooms are great, very comfortable. Always stay when I visit the wonderful town of Ely.

• Charles (7/5): For Motel 6, it was better than most and wanted to stay in Ely. - Didn’t have breakfast at facility, went to Denny’s. The tv reception kept freezing or cutting out making it difficult to follow a program.
• Guadalupe (5/5): For Ely, this was what I expected-- - No breakfast at this place, just vending machines-- they did have a coffee maker in the room. First time staying at a motel 6, room was very small, king size bed, bathroom, TV, we had to ask for a refrigerator & microwave, other wise, the room didn't come with it. It was clean, nice, but very small for the price.

• Carolyn A (1/5): Terrible. Will never stay at a Motel 6 again!!! - We requested a ground-floor room, non-smoking. When we got there we were told they only had upstairs rooms. He said the request was in small print so they missed it. I'm severely asthmatic, so by the time I got to the room I could hardly breathe. The toilet tank was too large for the toilet so the first time it was flushed it overflowed. Too late to get help. Every time we went into the bathroom we were walking in very cold water. There was no refrigerator or microwave.

Entry door was damaged and wouldn't close or lock properly for room #142. Security risk! Very limited TV options. Neighborhood a bit seedy. Parking lot in need of repair.

• Ferg (3/5): Very disappointing - The parking was fine and location easy access. The room was not well maintained. The heater quit working. The restroom had a leaking sink dripping onto the floor and shower was very crudely patched. The shower curtain was very dirty. They charged an extra fee to have the microwave and refrigerator. The outside trash can had leaked something down the sidewalk which was dried and looked gross.

• Margaret (8/5): We have stayed there many times with our small dog. It is a good basic facility. - Good place to spend the night before crossing the border. Great hot coffee ibn the morning. The controls for the heater and air conditioner were destroyed. Couldn't tell what I had on. Could post a paper copy of the destroyed control buttons.

The cleaning crew was cheerful and accommodating as well when I needed additional supplies. Room was dark; needed more lighting. Needs updating to appear cleaner, brighter. The toilet is too low to the ground as though for a toddler. Not good for average adult with arthritic knees. Loud construction workers/music on-site was jarring after a long day of travel...had to move to different room.
