- Rhonda (2/5): - Unbelievably disgusting n definitely unsafe for a women n child to be during the day let alone at night. I left within 45 mins after checking in after 3 rooms were found to be disgusting.

- Harvey (2/5): - Let’s start with the gentleman at the counter informed me there was another $50.00 deposit because I used the Expedia App to make reservations and paid the balance through the app. Also to boot it would be put back on my card in 4-5 business days, like seriously I just paid $88 dollars on the app that came to $98.00 then another $50.00; now that $149.00 for a room in the hood. Oh and they got you by the naads because you have already paid on line and that non refundable so you can’t cancel and go somewhere else and now you have to give them another $50 dollars that they say will be back on your card in 4-5 days I’m sure I’ll have to call to get back. Sleep in you car, I’m sure you’ll have better accommodations.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Run Down Hook Up Hotel - The hotel was pretty sketch. We stayed for a concert, which was convenient, but the room had no shampoo bottles, no iron, no night stands. It was bare. There was also plastic on the matress. Bee hives all over the outdoors and one some how got in our room. The room itself was pretty clean but the property wasnt. Dog poop all over the walk ways and grass areas.
- Tamalia (2/5): - This property is basically a shelter for displace and homeless people. The caliber of people on the property made you feel really unsafe. Now the room smelled stale. It was dirty and poorly lit. The bed sheets were thoroughly stained with brown and blood looking remnants all the way through the mattress. The bathroom was cleaned up but toilet stained, build up around faucets and all the panels were dull and dirty. We did not sleep there we checked out after 1 hour and 45 mins. It was just terrible.

- Pamela (4/5): - We had a reservation for 4 nights. They set us up in a room with no mini fridge and no microwave. When I asked the front desk for a room with these, she told me that I had not requested them. I have NEVER had to request these at any other hotel/motel in the past 30 years. They did give us a new room with the standard amenities but rotating plate was missing the microwave and there was a piece of ice the size of Manhattan in the fridge that made using it difficult. Fortunately the iceberg broke off and I could store my creamer. No coffee maker in the room but I brought my Keurig. There's another hotel next door that may be a little more but I would probably try it next time.

So they gave them a little portable light to plug in lol. Anyway extremely dissatisfied and will never book a motel 6 ever again. Completely overcharged for what I received.

- Marbeli (2/5): Bad - This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had. There were stains on all the bedding, the room was dirty, the door did not close or lock, it smelled of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. I knows its a motel 6 and didn't expect much but this was so bad we ended up leaving and not staying as we did not feel safe. Motel6 did try to refund us but because the reservation was done through hotels.com they couldn't. The fact that a refund cannot be requested in these types of situations is insane. Will not be using this app to book again, not worth it.

The woman at the front desk was smoking weed, got to approached by some tweaked on the way to our room etc. Sheets were visibly dirty, patches and mold on walls, nothing to do nearby. Only time I would do it is for a last minute life or death pinch. One positive, there was a security guard and gate to give some sense of security.

- Matthew (2/5): Worst hotel in Capitol Heights. - Maids don’t clean rooms daily. Lobby ac is sometimes cut off making 82 degrees or hotter inside. Breakfast is horrible and always burnt, not there entirely l, or incomplete. Staff is extremely rude and racist. Staff are condescending and rude to women.
- Lucy (2/5): - I’ve stayed at much nicer hotel 6’s. This one was missing a nightstand and had an extremely old tv that did not work. The shower head sprayed in all different directions which made it hard to rinse. We also only had one towel and it was unfolded on the shelf. The towels were very low quality- think like sheets. And the bed sheets were even thinner, like paper. There was also this plastic covering the mattress that made the bed very uncomfortable. The sheets on top did nothing to limit the sound of feel of the plastic. On top of that, the sheets kept coming off the bed while we slept. There was a stain on the single very thin blanket we were given and we only had three tiny pillows. Person at the front desk was only able to give us one more towel. We requested a no smoking room but the room smelled like smoke when we arrived. AC did work and we were given two bars of soap. Lastly, it was very easy to hear people walking by our door and we heard many noises throughout the night.
