• Derk (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was very well organized. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and kind. She went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed and more. Want to have breakfast earlier? No problem. Want a lunch package provided when you check out? No problem! Everything was clean and working. The location is 5 minutes walk from the sea. We really felt at home in this hotel and probably will be visiting again! We didn't have a single complaint.

• Ingrid (9/5): Uitstekend - Mooie ruime kamer met zitje binnen en op balkon. Zwembad met ligbedden. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, privé parkeerplaats en op korte afstand van het strand. Schoonmaak en wissel handdoeken enkel op verzoek (niet aangegeven). Bij een 4 sterren hotel en bij deze prijzen verwacht je dat ze dit elke dag doen.

• Zeljo Opacak (9/5): Perfekter Service und tolle Gastgeber - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das gesamte Personal war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Katharina und Hovhannes für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens weiter! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht auf Sleepmodus einstellen. Trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder!

• Aneta (10/5): - Świetny hotel – przestronne i komfortowe pokoje, bardzo smaczne śniadania oraz wspaniała obsługa. Do plaży jest tylko 600 metrów, więc lokalizacja również jest doskonała. Szczególne podziękowania dla Katariny, która sprawiła, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy.

• Katharina (9/5): Rund um wohlgefühlt - Katarina und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren schön und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet schöne Liegeplätze und gute Lokale. Wie waren rund um zufrieden :)

• Kristin (10/5): - Ein toller Aufenthalt mit solch einer Herzlichkeit an Gastgeberin- von der Begrüßung, zu Empfehlungen, und besonderen Wünschen. Sehr sauber und alles sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig. In der Gegend braucht man definitiv ein Auto- aber die Lage ist super- sehr nah am Naturpark Kamenjak, wenn man mehr Trubel möchte auch Pula. Es war rundum ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

• Anna (10/5): Favourite stay during our trip! - We absolutely loved our stay and felt very sad to leave. The rooms are spacious and we especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the balcony. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots to choose from, we especially enjoyed all the sweet specialties. The very good coffee machine was also a plus. The owner is an absolute gem and very friendly, definitely always wants to go the extra mile. The facilities are great and all in all it felt like a home stay with lots of friendly guests too. Beach is only a 8min walk, we did it with our toddler daily. There is also a grocery shop and bakery next by. This would always be our first choice if ever back in Pula!

The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and about an 8-minute drive to the city center. One of the highlights was the breakfast—truly the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Even on the day we left early for the airport, the staff kindly arranged a breakfast to go for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Hotel Oasis, for the wonderful hospitality. • Defne (10/5): A peaceful and memorable stay with exceptional hospitality just steps from the sea. - The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms. It’s just a short 6-minute walk to the crystal-clear cove of Pješčana Uvala, where there’s a public beach and great beach bars. The highlight of our stay was Katarina—she was so kind and welcoming, and her breakfasts were absolutely delicious! She even tailored them to our dietary needs, which made every morning a joy. Honestly, nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations.

Also the breakfast was great, same as the breakfast service The hotel is advertising their restaurant on booking same as on their website. But we same as others guests were heavily surprised, that the reception stuff mentioned that the restaurant is closed for the full season 2023. Only a side note on the website is mentioning that the restaurant is closed, on booking.com wasn’t any information about this limitation.
• D (10/5): Not in Pula but suburbs - The room was big enough. Nikolina was top employee kind and professional Ivan need to use deodorant! Fact SPA just opens free for guest in the morning. One night guest can’t use it or it’s very difficult🥲
• Anonymous (9/5): Would come again, despite mentioned shortcomings. - We had a great, huge apartment at the top of the building: very clean, and very nicely decorated, with all that a family might need even for a longer stay. Breakfast was fabulous and beach is very close, walking distance. Wellness is available only from 8 till 10 am, and with previous booking. That is the time of breakfast, so - basically - it is impossible to use it without stress. Water in the pool was very very cold.

• Tom (1/5): Air conditioning was broken - Quiet location near the beach The air conditioning in my room was broken; the room thermometer didn't drop below 24c all night so it was impossible to sleep. According to the staff and other guests, the aircon was malfunctioning for the whole hotel so seems they have some maintenance issues.

I had medication that required certain temp. unfortunately, the gentleman at the desk kept making up excuses as to why the air conditioner couldn’t be set at 20. instead of just saying that it cannot be done. finally my husband asked for a bucket of ice. the medicine couldn’t be kept in the fridge. had to be at 72. it was in 80s in the room.

• Fiona (4/5): staff were amazing but wrong information given to us by booking.com of no restaurant - the staff and the bed was extremely comfortable that you booking.com did not inform us that the restaurant had closed last year! the spa consisted of only a Jacuzzi and sauna for £50 a day per person. There was no Massage or treatments available. It was further away from pula than we realised. we had to get a taxi in for around 10 euros a time

• Alexandra (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the place is close enough to explore Pula, this is what I wanted to do. the pool looked nice but I went outside season so I did not use it. the breakfast is a small buffet but you can get everything you can possibly need. great value for money, I would stay again

It's definitely not a boutique hotel if you've ever been to a boutique hotel. A bit misleading naming. Rooms are decorated a bit of post-soviet chic style.
