Sara (7/5): - The bathtub needs to be replaced. And the towels are very used and dingy. No shampoo and or conditioner. For $150 for 2 nights theee should be a few nicer things. Extra blankets etc The hallways smell like animal piss
Amy (4/5): Never again - Location Beds small very used pillows Crack in door and frame allowing cold air no extra toilet paper no cups no coffee maker loud neighbors running up and down walkway have handicapped sticker and asked for 1st floor told no open rooms yet all but 4 were unoccupied when we arrived and checked out. Had to give deposit in cash and wait for them to. Check rooms to get back. Gave them a 50 got 2 20s and 2 5s returned to me. Just a rent by the hour vibe.

Richard (4/5): Pbbb! - We shared the bathroom with a cockroach. I think he owes us rent. The bathtub was slicker than snot. Needs traction grips. Beds were very clean and decent. The staircase needs lighting . Hard to see at night.

We had to leave immediately and find a different hotel and they refuse to refund us and I have pictures to prove. They have bedbugs. It’s the most disgustingness ever. The manager acted like it was OK and that it’s normal completely disgusted.

Tried putting me in a different room and again had bedbugs crawling on the bed. Worrying about a ripped sheet that was already ripped but not worried about the bugs. When I told him I took pics and videos he wanted to change his attitude. Was not rude at all just wanted my money back.
Matthew (1/5): If it says no cancelation, there's probably a good reason. - Nothing!! I didn't stay and didn't get refunded. Part of my group arrived the night before. They informed me there were burn holes in the blankets. The sheets had stains, and the tub had bugs in it. We had to find a different place to stay.

We werent trying to bring them home with us so after he showed us a few more rooms we went to the baymont literally next door. But it's a motel and it was a cheap brace, so you pay for what you got.It wasn't fabulous, but it wasn't great.It was very accommodating for what we needed. Oh, we had no toilet paper or toilet paper holder. When we first got and only one set of towers, we had to go ask for them which I manager was very compliant about. Does look like it's in the middle of being remodeled in the room and there was not enough pillows. And the and the one side lamp shade was broken, and the light bulb did not work.

The bathtub was dirty. The heat was finicky and difficult to work. We checked out about an hour after being there.

Rented a room, two hours found cockroaches. - My husband found cockroaches after 2 hours of renting the room, they said after 15 mins they would not issue a refund. They were willing to to change room, the whole place is infested with cockroaches. Remind you he was only there for two hours

Very uncomfortable set up while traveling as a family. Door gap, curtains didn’t reach corners, toilet didn’t flush, bugs, burns and stains on comforters.. good value as far as a place to sleep but very sketchy so travel prepared.

I will never book here again and im calling the health department monday. Pay the extra for a better place and save urself the expince of a bed bug treatment

Condemn the motel. - Roaches in the room, bathroom not clean. refused to stay more than one night in such conditions. However, hotel management refused to cancel the remaining nights of my reservation, and charged me for the full stay. Extremely disappointed. I've never been treated so poorly by a motel. I have told others about the poor conditions, and will never recommend the motel to anyone. Numerous roaches in the room, dirty bath. Management would not reimburse me for nights I did not stay at the motel. Very unprofessional.

Tanisha (1/5): It’s a hell hole the picture is of a completely different place. - The front desk attendant was polite but once I stepped into the room I realized they were probably just happy to see someone not strung out on drugs or alcohol. The room was torn up the television was torn off the wall there were holes in the head board. Dirty linen and bugs. The floor was sticky and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and dirty mop water.

John (6/5): - The first room they assigned, the TV and the desk light did not work, there was only one towel in the bathroom etc. I went and got the desk clerk and he changed our room to a different one. There is no room service when staying for multiple days. To get clean towels, I took the dirty ones down to the desk and traded them. Also, there is no elevator so it was difficult for my wife to climb the stairs. There was a clump of hair left in the tub that I had to get out before my wife saw it.

Only slept for 2 hours because of how uncomfortable the bed was. If i could have changed hotels at 1am I would have. Checked out the next morning and changed to the Baymont
