- Harjasleen (4/5): Not worth it - We stayed here for one night after a late flight. Considering the lobby the room was terrible. Dated, not very clean. I'm not sure how they expect 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) stay in 2 twin beds. The AC/power kept kicking on and off very loudly all night, the room had tons of mosquitoes inside when we entered. Bathroom had mold and kept flooding. Breakfast was expensive and not too good - a lot of items were finished and not replaced. The pool area is probably only good thing if you have kids. Would recommend staying elsewhere

It is situated within 20 minutes walking distance from the Airport (Penang International) and is safe, secure and well looked after. It has great WIFI, Huge smart TV in the rooms, desk for working and all the amenities you might expect. Additionally they have a buffet style restaurant.
- Verified traveler (6/5): No Hot Water - Hotel had no hot water. Not "barely any hot water" but no hot water at all. Nothing even comes out of the hot water tap. There was no advanced notice of this.. only warning was a poster in the room once checked in and paid for. I wanted to stay here due to the proximity to the airport, but in hindsight should have stayed in George Town area

For businees trip...absolutely this hotel will be the best to stay.. Plus near airport and also walking distance to night market if u stay on Saturday night. Craving for nasi beriani kapitan which is among famous food in penang...? definately stay here lah lol.

All staffs whom I have met or served me are well mannered with exception of a Supervisor or Manager at the food restaurant during breakfast. Very rude with no reason. I have asked other staffs for his name, no one would provide me. He should not be working with the hospitality sector if he does not know how to behave or have good manners, never-mind serve.

The toilet is dirty and lacked basic needs. The beds had seen better days. The only consolation was that the room is big and the air-conditioning worked well. The wifi is hopeless though.

- 313globetrotter (6/5): T H HOTEL, PENANG, MALAYSIA - The hotel being rated as 3* stars Standing. It is a Good hotel and the rooms are comfortable. However, The Hotel caters mainly for the Muslim Group; so NO Alcohol nor pork are allowed in the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is poorly patronised; reckon due either to the price or quality. The ambience is NOT there, and the display of food NOT inviting !!! The location is FAR FAR from town centre. The public transport is very poor and takes about 1.5-2 hours to reach town !!! There is nothing much around the hotel, except an Indian restaurant near by, and a small seven 11 outlet. There is a weekend market selling many products just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. UNLESS Guests have own transport, reckon better give it a MISS !!!

The 2nd time paid extra bed came with breakfast (RM60) but prepaid room for 2pax (RM127) was exclusive of breakfast. why??? 7. Air cond noisy 8. Car parking not safe for women especially at night. 9. Wouldn’t recommend for next stay.
