Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Konum olarak bisikletle adanın iki tarafına da 5-10 dk mesafede Kaldığımız odanın konumundan dolayı,oda normalde koyu güzel perdeleri olmasına rağmen, banyonun camlı kapısından sabahları inanılmaz güneş geliyordu ve erken saatte uyandırıyordu.

The main issue started with the bike rental: we were given bikes with zero instructions, no safety briefing, and no warning about the risk of theft — which, on this island, is apparently very common. When one of the bikes was stolen, the hotel charged us without having provided any guidance beforehand. That felt completely unfair. Money also went missing during our stay. I can’t say for certain where it happened, but when I raised my concerns at reception, the response was shockingly cold and unhelpful. The front desk lady showed no empathy whatsoever and made no effort to assist us. What shocked me the most: when we pushed back and expressed our frustration, she actually called the police on us. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel before. It was humiliating and completely over the top. For the price charged, the level of service is simply not acceptable. • Andre (10/5): The perfect villa - and i don’t say that lightly - Can’t recommend this enough! I usually don’t wright long reviews like this, but the staff and the experience was something else! The staff was super accommodating- from communicating well and getting everything romantically set up for us before arrival with happy anniversary nicely layed out on the bed, arranging snorkleing trip, free bikes included and renting an e-scooter. They offered ti arrange a private romantic dinner anywhere on the premise for us - we felt so well taken care of!!! The place was clean, quiet and an absolute dream - wish we could spend more time there Nothing

You could tell the staff liked working there and were so lovely, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great and we would definitely be back. The free bike hire was super helpful and the staff helped us hire an e scooter and organised a private snorkelling tour for us.

• Kristin (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war einfach toll ! Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gepasst. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel stellt kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sie liegt nicht in Mitten des Trubels jedoch ist dieser mit dem Fahrrad und auch zu Fuß sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nichts zu beanstanden

• Anselm (9/5): An amazing stay! - A pretty nice resort. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It felt like a hotel tbh. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Gili T. The hotel came with free rented bikes which is ofc a godsend when you're going around the island. Only complain that I have is that the aircon wasn't facing the bed or blowing in our direction. So it took a long time for it to cool down the room and made it comfortable enough to sleep in. If the aircon is such, would recommend getting a table fan to at least blow the wind towards the bed first.

The conditions are great, the rooms are impeccably clean (cleaned daily), and the food is very good. But what truly makes this place special is the team. Ellie and Umi have become dear friends, and they are one of the main reasons we keep returning. Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, and people who make you feel at home. Food was delicious and with reasonable prices. Rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. You don’t have to order breakfast in advance like in many hotels from Indonesia Nothing.

• Dani (10/5): Geweldig!!! - Het is echt een superfijne accommodatie! Als we nog eens op Gili T zouden zijn, weten we zeker dat we hier gaan verblijven! Het personeel was echt geweldig, we hebben ons heel welkom en speciaal gevoeld hier. Ze doen alles voor je! Elke ochtend kregen we een super lekker ontbijtje en de rest van de menukaart is ook heerlijk. Met de fietsen van de accommodatie ben je overal zo. En ook de accommodatie zelf is heel fijn, het is schoon en netjes. Daarnaast hebben ze een bar waar je heerlijke drankjes kan bestellen en daarmee aan het zwembad kan liggen. Wij hebben een nacht bijgeboekt, omdat we het zo lekker vonden hier. We gaan dit echt nooit vergeten! Terima kasih team Villa Nero!!!

Le ménage est fait quotidiennement et les serviettes sont également changées tous les jours. Le lit est incroyablement confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est à la carte, riche et très bon. Le personnel est très gentil, souriant et serviable. Il y a possibilité de louer gratuitement un vélo coloré, à l'image de Gili T. Vous pouvez passer par l'hôtel pour réserver des excursions à moindre coût, négociés avec leurs partenaires. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. Il y a bien une télévision mais n'étant pas une Smart TV, Netflix est indisponible.

Le personnel est très souriant et toujours au petit soin pour que votre séjour se déroule très bien . L'hôtel prête des vélos pour pouvoir se déplacer et visiter l' île , ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit très confortable, et la piscine est très agréable quand vous rentrez de balades.

Poche cose, ma in particolare il pavimento della stanza che ad ogni minimo passo scricchiolava e quindi in piena notte anche volendo andare in bagno svegliavo il mio compagno di stanza. Altra nota dolente le preghiere arabe pronunciate in pieno pomeriggio (4pm-8pm) a tutto volume nel complesso affianco al nostro, che ci impedivano di riposare serenamente. Il wi-fi non funzionava affatto.

• Momina (10/5): - Loved this hotel in Gili T! This spot is about a 15 min walk from the port but is worth it. Booked our stay here last minute when we decided to come to Gili T. The room was beautiful and the open air bathroom was nice! I think some reviews have complained about the smell and sounds from the farm behind here but we honestly didn’t think it was bad. The service was great. We received welcome drinks on arrival. Breakfast was interesting - not as many options as other bigger hotels with buffets, etc. obviously. I got a smoothie bowl which wasn’t that great and the breakfast with eggs weren’t that filling either. The hotel has a pool that’s open pretty late so that’s nice, although we didn’t get to use it. Bike rentals were included in our stay, which we were pleasantly surprised by. Shout out to the staff for their attentiveness and care! Would love to come back one day.
• Natalia (10/5): Hidden Oasis - The staff, the space, the atmosphere. Villa Nero has it all. You are just one bike ride away (and bikes are provided for free from the hotel) from great restaurants, the beach and the port. If you don't feel like going out, Villa Nero has you covered with their own delicious restaurant. The staff is what really won us over. No request was turned away and they were always available 24/7. They really made our honeymoon special!!

Aziz, Ayu, Umi, Dani and all the others. Super friendly and nice people, always happy and willing to chat and hang out. We were there in rainy season and our boat back to Bali was cancelled due to weather. The staff helped us in booking another boat to Lombok and then onto Bali, even made sure we got to the port and found the correct boat. Highly recommend. Hope we can make it back there again. Nothing.

The care and welcome we received were elite level hospitality. I want to keep this place my secret it was so amazing. From needing snorkeling recommendations to renting bikes Villa Nero made all of this so easy. If I could rate this greater than 5 stars I would Incredible, unforgettable, makes Villa Nero a highlight of our stay on Gili T. Much appreciation to the hard working, kind and caring staff.

Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire, mais le prix est quand même un peu élevé comparativement aux hôtels plus éloignés sur l’île. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit ailleurs et pour moins chers, les hôtels sont plus luxueux avec grande piscine et face à la plage. Tout dépend ce que vous recherchez. Ici les employés sont très gentils et serviables et des vélos en location pour vous déplacer.

Apart from this, was a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful with bookings and stuff to do around Gili T, and also cleaned the room thoroughly each morning throughout our stay

They shared travel tips for the island and arranged bikes and laundry services for us with ease. The outdoor bathroom backed onto a busy laneway so was noisy at times.

• Alana (10/5): Hire a bike, great way to see the island! - Amazing staff very helpful! Great quality for money too! Get the banana pancakes they are yum 🤤 Not much to say here! Mattress was a bit hard but wasn’t that bad! Was a lovely stay 😌
• Alexandria (10/5): - We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. Not anything to do with the property itself, but we do recommend going the route with paved roads when you're wheeling your luggage over on arrival.
• Vilnis (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and green territory, big and clean rooms, nice bathroom. A little bit far from beach and main road- if it’s raining then the road is muddy! Nice pool! Staff is very friendly! Kids loved cats! :) Food in the restaurant could be a little bit better and maybe more options to choose! Internet!!! Very bad! Since we had to work and study it was almost impossible.
• Christopher (10/5): - Great villa, beautiful out door bathroom. My suit case broke on the ferry to the island the staff found me a new one and brought it to the hotel.

• Anna (9/5): We enjoyed staying there. I recommend it to everyone - Breakfast was delicious and rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel next to this one is pretty loud as if they have party all day long 😄
• Shanae (9/5): Superb - Very nice rooms, spacious. Staff are lovely - Aircon is too small for the size of the room - no mirrors inside the room so have to go outside in the heat/rain to get ready etc

• Catherine (8/5): - Very nice place to stay, it is a bit of a walk (10mins) to the main strip but is on a main ally so if you are on that side can be a bit noisy. Room spacious, but bed a bit hard and air con struggled a bit. Staff amazing and breakfast great. For price would recommend. Beautiful pool.
