• Arlene (4/5): - No ice machine, deposit required to get a tv remote, small bedside table but no lamp. Only one overhead light. Shower enclosure moldy. And apparently the street outside is a racetrack until about 1am

It was horrendous, it's ran down, full of addicts, mindblowingly disgusting, inhumanely unsanitary and unsafe. When looking at the room, l could tell it wasn't the best, however, l couldn't deal with the bugs crawling EVERYWHERE on the floors, walls, ceilings, beds, bathroom, inside the microwave, it's extremely vile. I gathered my belongings and went to go sleep in my car. DON'T BOOK THIS STAY.

• Misty (2/5): - This property was the worst place ive ever stayed. I walked in fliped on the light and nothing i went to the bathroom and turned the light on it worked. There was roaches in there and it was dirty. There was also no remote to the tv the sign said you had to pay 10.00 to get a remote. I was in the room for less then 5 minutes and i was told i could not get a refund even though the sign clearly said no refund after 10 minutes. I wasnt even on the property for 10 minutes let alone in the room for that long. Would not recommend this motel at all.
• Holyn (1/5): It was terrible , it lasted only 2 hours and we were bombarded by roaches! I don’t understand how Booking.com supports t - Nothing!! It was full of roaches! The front desk has a 10 minute refund policy but our ac didn’t work in the first room we were given so the hotel clerk asked us to give it a little while to cool off the room. It never did start cooking so after about 45 minutes we switched rooms and as we laid down to go to sleep a roach crawled into my son’s ear! We packed up and went to the front desk for a refund and the man told us we’d have to contact booking.con because that’s where we booked from but that we would receive a refund. It took us over 2 hours to find another hotel as it was 4th of July weekend and we were exhausted. Today is July 16th and we still haven’t received a refund! There were many other guests in the lobby asking for refunds as well!

• Bobby (2/5): Please screen your hotels better - This location is a crack head motel police in and out all night was not safe was worriedy truck was going to get stolen in the parking lot room is a joke had mold all on the ceiling in the bathroom no remote for the TV no phone just a dated TV furniture was crappy and run down hookers knocking on the door and lots of weird people that looked high walking around all night long the bed had no blanket only sheets and only one pillow this place is a joke no one would deliver here cause it was a danger to there drivers they said and I was scared to leave the room cause I was scared my stuff would be gone when I got back

Asked attendant for toliet paper, he said some would be brought to me, and it was never delivered. Travelers beware! Avoid at all cost!
• Thelonious (4/5): No!! Not Again!! - Much to my surprise and disappointment this booking will not be apart of any future bookings. The hotel was in an unpleasant environment, beggars that make me uncomfortable and not at ease for my partner...we were even approached by a stranger. The room had one bed but also the remnants of a bed having been removed with a part of the previous bed left behind. A TV with no remote, one towel, no bathing items, etc. This hotel such be removed from the Hotels.com website immediately.

• Chrisandra (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all. The photos I saw when booking the room is not what the room actually looks like. I paid $65 so I didn't expect much and that's exactly what I got. There were no towels or remote control in my room. I called the front desk, but I couldn't understand the desk clerk( terrible English). I just hung up on him. The bed was lumpy and too low to the ground. The adjourned door inside my room was not secure. The security latch was broken, so I pushed the large tv stand in front of the door. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower. Ewwww!!!! The room had an odor, and the sheets had a stain on it. I didn't want to guess what the stain was, so I pulled the top cover back up and slept on top with my personal throw blanket. The AC unit blew warm air, and I wouldn't turn off. The floor was filthy!! I could go on and but what's the use. Horrible place and never again.

• Serena (2/5): - this establishment is very hateful and has discrimination in their heart reason being is because I asked for early check-in was told to come at 2:00 I was then told to wait until 3:00 two women approached the office to get a room and was given their key right away as they headed off to their room I was made to wait not only did I have to wait for my key from the office when I was giving my key from the office my room wasn't even clean they gave me a key to a room that wasn't clean so if your housekeeping's in that room cleaning they are supposed to report to the office anything that's wrong with that their room why is it that when I go in the room I have no shower door on the stall staff says I didn't say anything well I believe you knew but just didn't care decided to throw me in that room as if I'm not a paying customer just like the woman that came after me and was treated as if they were VIP so better than me.I'm going to show you the pictures and you can tell from the reviews yourself how these people really care for other human beings a facility should not I'm sorry a business should not treat people of such manner. The way I was handled no one should have to be treated in such a way. And when I tell you Hotel.com made themselves not part of the equation I was a walking dollar bill not a human being.

(We stayed for 7 days) When I asked the front for more they said “they didn’t have any right now” I said okay well when you do can you drop them then. They said yes and I didn’t receive them for 2 days until I had to ask again.

I asked the front desk for a towel and was told that someone would bring one to the room. They never did so after taking a shower I ended up using a sheet off the bed to dry myself off.

• Amanda (5/5): Not terrible for the price - For the price the rooms are decent. The inside looks way better than the outside. It was freshly cleaned but the room still had musty smell. The first room they gave me didn't have a t.v. in it. Went to the front desk and had to wait until the housekeeper could find me another room that was clean and ready.

Clearly they did not change the linen on the bed before I checked in. They brought another set of sheets even they were dingy. The mattress had stains also. I flipped it over on the opposite side. I can’t believe this place is still in business.

• Jonathan (1/5): Bad - A guy that walked up and was trying to book a room and asked how much. This was after the desk attendant tried to charge me $65. I told him to use booking.com and the attendant got mad and told me that I was lying on the hotel. I liked that. I didn't like the urine smell in the first room I was booked. I didn't like that it had no remote control and the curtains were broken and wouldn't close so I asked for a new room. The second room was worse. It had no towels so I had to go back to the first room to get the dingy, gray towels that I would not use to wash my car. The second room had no TV signal and no phone in either room to contact the front desk. I hated it there. Worst hotel in the city. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.
