Esperienza negativissima dí notava che tutto era molto approssimativo!!!!

• Mihael (8/5): Če se še kdaj vrneva na ta konec Italije, si bova izbrala isti resort. - Odlična lokacija. Sicer nekoliko odmaknjeno iz mesta, kar pa ni bilo moteče, saj sva potovala naokoli in se nisva veliko zadrževala na lokaciji. Plaža je bila pod oknom in bi se lahko tudi kopala, čeprav sva bivala konec oktobra. Zajtrki so bili dovolj bogati in različni. Vse osebje, s katerim sva imela opravka, je bilo zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo.

• Esperança (4/5): - Le cadre de l'hôtel et magnifique ce que nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié c'est de ne pas avoir été mis au courant que cet hôtel recevait des événements absolument tous les jours ! et de ce fait les clients de l'hôtel, c'est-à-dire nous, ne sommes absolument pas pris en considération relayés au fond d'une salle pour la prise de repas dans le vacarme infernal de l'événement en cours, du personnel exténué de ces journées marathon pas très aimables, ne faisant que peu d'effort pour se faire comprendre. D'autre part pour un 4 étoiles le confort laisse un peu à désirer, petite télé pas plus grande qu'un écran d'ordinateur, aucune chaîne étrangère, un canapé pas en face de la télé, clim réversible qui ne fonctionne pas, literie très très dure, terrasse avec des plantes mortes, rideaux tachés. Bref très déçue.

• Mikhail (8/5): - Location is great, not many people as we were off season, helpful staff, good private beach. Breakfast is quite minimal - almost no hot options or fruits, mostly pastries. Facilities are a bit dated and need a refresh. Most staff has only very minimal level of English. Beds are not very comfy. As it is off season, there is always an event in the hotel, sometimes with a loud music late at night.

Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e o atendimento de uma mulher (que parecia a dona) foi incrível, muito simpática e a comida muito boa. A praia privada é muito bonita e o pôr do sol incrível. Chegamos no hotel às 3 PM e não tinha nada para comer, nem um lanche, um Panini, apenas salgadinhos (tipo Pringles) e nem bar com drinks, apenas cerveja. Zero serviço de piscina, nem toalhas e sem cadeiras de praia na praia privada, além disso a praia pública estava com o acesso fechado.

Lovely little bay to swim in and a fantastic pool and treed sun deck. Very nice grounds Rooms are bit bare and dated. The exterior brickwork needs repairing. Missing bricks in balcony walls etc. It needs some TLC.

Kíváló helyszín innen csillagtúrázni, felfedezni a távolabbi tengerparti helyeket, városokat autóval. A privát terasz nincs jól elszeparálva a szomszédos teraszoktól. A reggelizés nincs jól megszervezve, mindig máshová kellett ülni, keresgélni az asztalunkat.A felszolgáló kissé körülményes volt. A reggeli kissé egyhangú, nincs zöldség, kevés gyümölcs. A főútról bekötő út a Resorthoz egyszerűen minősíthetetlenül rossz állapotban van, nics kivilágítva, teli kátyúval. Kár érte.

Chambre spacieuse, grande terrasse, plage privative au pied de l hotel. Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner agréable. Stationnement un peu compliqué la journée car les locaux fréquentent l établissement pour ses infrastructures et sa plage Avions oublié un objectif photo que nous pensions pouvoir nous faire envoyer, mais l établissement a refusé. Il a fallu faire 3h de route pour le récupérer. Personnel du petit déjeuner distant et pas souriant. Bruit toute la nuit de la pompe a chaleur qui jouxtait le mur de notre chambre Dysfonctionnement de la chasse d' eau aussitôt après l' usage

Le restaurant Le bistrot très agréable, personnel hyper gentil, très bon plat. Malgré le lieu magnifique et le potentiel de l'établissement, beaucoup de choses sont à revoir : l'entretien des extérieurs, des bâtiments, l'amabilité du personnel au petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner à 7h45 : plus de jus d'orange. Le 10 septembre les plages ne sont plus nettoyées les transats en vrac !

• Hilda (5/5): - La ubicación y la vista desde la terraza de la habitación y el acceso directo a dos calas estupendas. El aspecto de algunas partes de las instalaciones, estaba podo cuidado. El desayuno muy sencillo y el horario de desayuno muy corto, a las 9,30 se cerraba y no reponían productos desde antes de las 9. El sistema de gestión de las tumbonas del hotel, se tenía que coger para todos los días, no se podían escoger por días sueltos. La playa del hotel, una de ellas, tenía muy sucia la arena. Él horario de limpieza de la habitación también tenía restricciones horarias. Y lo pero es que cada noche había un evento privado y con música muy alta que molestaba. El Bistrot del hotel no funcionaba al mediodía.

• Lanaé (1/5): A FUIR ! Horrible! Pire hôtel de notre séjour dans les pouilles - La chambre et l’emplacement Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, et ce fut déjà de trop. Dès la réception, les gens n’étaient pas accueillant et le personnel était antipathique. Ils nous ont parlé de supplément qu’on devait payer en plus car Booking n’en parlait pas, comme par exemple le fait de devoir porter un bonnet pour aller dans la piscine ou qu’après avoir fait le check-out, nous ne pouvons plus accéder à la plage et devons payer 50 € la journée. Le personnel n’a montré aucune considération pour nos remarques, donnant l’impression que la satisfaction des clients n’était pas leur priorité. De plus, la goutte qui a fait déborder le vase est que quand nous sommes allés manger le dîner, nous sommes arrivés dans le restaurant qui s’est transformé en salle d’anniversaire et tout au fond de la salle dans le coin il y avait trois ou quatre tables pour les résidents de l’hôtel. Nous sommes tombés de quatre étages quand nous avons vu cela en sachant que c’est un hôtel quatre étoiles et que nous avons payé pour cela, nous nous retrouvons dans une salle de fêtes au coin avec la musique, les rires et les odeurs de fumée des personnes présentes pour l’anniversaire. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’a fait qu’aggraver notre expérience : service extrêmement lent, menu se tenant sur une feuille A5 avec 2 choix par portée, plats très médiocres pour un 4 étoile (je ne sais pas comment ils les ont eu), avec une qualité bien en dessous de ce qu’on pourrait attendre, même d’un simple bistrot. Nous avons quitté la table déçus et frustrés pour aller prendre le dessert au bistrot, car le bruit en était insupportable. On ne s’entendait même plus parler. Le petit déjeuner était lui aussi extrêmement décevant, peu de choix et encore une fois bien en dessous de nos attentes ( étant donné un hôtel 4 étoiles). En résumé, un séjour catastrophique que je ne recommande absolument pas. Il y a tellement d’autres établissements où l’on est mieux accueilli et mieux servi : fuyez celui-ci.

• Roberta (3/5): Alte aspettative prontamente deluse - Struttura oggettivamente bella e camere pulite. Colazione gradevole. Spiegazioni superficiali (abbiamo scoperto all'ultimo del surplus sul prezzo per usufruire della piscina e della spiaggia privata, nonché dell'utilizzo della cuffia in piscina); eravamo in tre ma tutto a parte i letti (es. i lettini al mare) era pensato per due, perché "la proprietà preferisce così per una questione estetica" ci è stato risposto dalla reception. Ergo i bisogni del cliente pagante passano in secondo piano. Al momento del checkout inoltre, previsto per le 10, riceviamo la visita del personale delle pulizie alle 9.30 che, dopo aver suonato il campanello una sola volta, era già pronto ad aprire la stanza in autonomia mentre eravamo ancora dentro. Non consiglio, disorganizzazione generale e poca attenzione al cliente.
• vanesa (1/5): Una desilusión - La ubicación Teníamos tasas, según booking , de 3 euros y me cobraron 5. Te “dan “ unas hamacas donde ellos quieren, piscina, playa… por 7 euros por adulto. Nos coincidió con una fiesta de 18 cumpleaños y la música, a todo volumen, duró hasta más de las 12:00 de la noche. La piscina es con gorro, q te venden por 3 euros. Te dejan quedarte hasta las 12 en el hotel si pagas hamaca, sino tienes q sacar el coche, no puedes usar la playa del hotel ni la piscina sin hamaca. El desayuno , para un hotel de 4 estrellas, bastante justo.

• Cadufsa (2/5): Avoid with small kids - We wanted to get away for a weekend with our 3 year old. Let me start with what we liked: the pools, the food, the really nice staff appart the lady at check in and out at the front desk , and the beaches. We were told there is a mini club, which was pretty much inexistent. We came Thursday to Sunday, amnd every evening there was an event (birthday party) or even a concert night right where our rooms were. So we never got to sleep until 01.30 at night when the music would stop. We were treated as second class population because there were events everywhere so there was no place for us sto stay in the evenings except our room. I don't need to go on vacation to stay in my room at night, thank you!! I'm not saying there shouldn't be events at a resort, but at least let the people know that there is a concert the evening of your arrival blasting music into your room that made the beds tremble until 01.30 at night! Or let the families know, that the rooms are located exactly there m we were completely blindsided. At checkout, even though we had the offer for our stay in advance, the lady at checkout wanted to charge us extra 30€ for our toddler, for bottle warming. Absolutely ridiculous. Who will pay me for thr sleepless nights of my toddler crying due to the noise and my anxiety about the situation? This place is to avoid if you have small children. Or ask for a room on the other side of the resort. Bit personally not the place I wanted to spend a relaxing weekend with my family.

• Giovanni Sette (9/5): BELLA STRUTTURA, TORNEREMO SE..... - Struttura davvero accogliente, e anche se grande si ha la sensazione che sia tutto raccolto in poco spazio, ovvero ogni luogo è facilmente raggiungibile, dalle camere alla piscina, passando per la pineta, al mare e ai ristoranti. Stanze pulite, comode, a parte la scalinata per raggiungerle ma comunque fattibile senza sforzi. Colazione abbondante e buona, ottimo il servizio al tavolo per le bevande. Ottimo il bar tra mare e piscina e soprattutto comodo il servizio di pagamento a numero camera con firma leggibile. Piscina grande e pulita. Mare spettacolare, che lo dico a fare da queste parti, con spiaggia a caletta (mare quasi sempre calmo) di sabbia chiara ben tenuta e pulita. Servizio spiagge all'altezza, bravi. Colazione: avrei aggiunto della frutta fresca o sciroppata. Stanze, attenzione al terrazzino praticamente a privacy zero, in quanto tutti comunicanti tra loro con le camere accanto! Avremmo gradito più musica durante il giorno Musica durante il giorno (11-13 e 17:00-19) che con baby dance e acqua gym di mezzo, praticamente nulla e mal gestita. Struttura che ospita troppe famiglie con bambini.. quindi se odiate schiamazzi e tuffi statene alla larga! Serata senza intrattenimento per ospiti, solo feste private fino alle 2.30 e con musica a palla....
• daffy111 (8/5): amazing relaxing week - Spent 9 days at Mon Reve, and it was a dream. Site clean, beach area clean, lots of parking. Staff friendly and courteous. Big thank you to Nicola our evening waiter, made sure we had the appropriate wine to accompany our meal. Patrizio our morning water made the best cappuccino ever. I used the spa, Ornela gives the best massages. Felix the chef is amazing, he gave mini cooking lessons once a week. Thank you to Antonio who ensured that our requests were met. Eg: our mini fridge wasn't working properly he replaced if following day. It's our 2nd year at this resort, sure to be back again. Not too far from downtown Taranto which has an amazing port and night life. Thank you to the owner Vincenzo and his family.

This is comparing to even Poglinano A Mare unless you’re looking for part - A simple yet relaxing resort enclave in serenity of Puglia region. We enjoyed the fact that we are the only very rate tourist amongst true Italians and it’s been so welcoming and feeling the italian vibe If you don’t expect the typical 5 star resort hotel instead a simple facilities for beach lovers with comfortable and relaxing holidays, this is the place. If I really need to comment one thing I felt is a room for improvements, is the breakfast spread/variety and duration in the morning of only 2-hours

• AnneKatarina123 (6/5): Hidden charges - A big minus for the lack of information about the fee to use the facilities at the hotel! You have to pay for the use of pool, sunbeds and beach. Never been to a hotel before where you have to pay for the pool. Bad attitude at the check in. Breakfast was minimal. Not coming back.

• Sarah (6/5): Lovely location but poor service experience - Beautiful beach and nice rooms The check in manager was very rude and unwelcoming. She seemed to be rude to her male trainee too. The breakfast ran out before we could eat it, which is unacceptable. When I asked for fruit they said it had finished, but you should cater for your guest numbers! Also for an ‘Ecoresort’ how can you allow the amount of plastic use. Plastic glasses, forks etc. For the environment you need to try and change this.
• Martin (9/5): Nice place beachfront - Nice location, beachfront, excellent food, pool, The extra charge for the beach sunbeds
• Greg (4/5): If you’re a young family and you want somewhere where your kids can charge around it’s ok, otherwise - Staff were great. Food was great. Most of the facilities not available. Really only suitable for families with young kids despite their Instagram suggesting it’s for adults. The resort wasn’t clean (though the room was). Felt super dated and had seen better days. Beach was great but dirty….given it’s a private beach for the hotel I expected it to be cleaner. Room was meant to have a sea view but the view was of some trees, the roof of an ice cream hut with the sea barely visible in the distance and the beach not visible at all.
• Marianne (8/5): - Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine.

• Priska (8/5): Schade, ist ein traumhaftes Ort... - Die erste Hotess war sehr unfreundlich. Restaurant keine Karte, wenig Auswahl da jeden Abend mit lauten Anlässen gefüllt... Personnel gestresst und schlecht organisiert... Strand geschlossen, da nicht gereinigt.. Föhn im Zimmer kaputt...
• Olav (7/5): Good - Location was very nice, by the sea, but the resort had not opened for the season so not all facilities are open at this time, hence the reduced hotel rate.
• Sigurjón (9/5): Superb - Great location, great staff and great food We were there just before the summer season, so there were some works being done to the resort. The room had some work done to the walls, but had not been painted afterwards. They were also working on the grounds and next room, so there were noises from early morning.
• William (8/5): Beautiful resort, a little early in the season - The location is beautiful , with a lovely beach as well as a pool. It was May, so the resort was not in full operation as it will be on June. So the air cooling was not working, for instance. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though. Later in the season the beach will be likely be fully cleaned, as well.
