• Matteo (10/5): Uno chalet dove stare in pieno relax con la famiglia - Struttura molto bella e pulita, camera molto spaziosa, ampio bagno e una zona salotto grande, moquette in tutta la camera, così Riccardino ha potuto gattonare in piena tranquillità, direi anche ben insonorizzata, perché non abbiamo sentito niente e sopratutto nessuno ci ha sentito nella tarda notte con Riccardino che strillava. Personale molto cordiale e attento, siamo stati molto bene e torneremo di sicuro. Assolutamente niente da dire, tutto perfetto!!!

• Harriet (10/5): Heaven. A perfect skiing holiday. - Everything. Staff were SO helpful, particularly Roberto who helped us with restaurant bookings and ski hire. Breakfast was delicious and varied. True highlight was the amazing wellness area - what a relaxing way to end an amazing day’s skiing! It would be amazing to have an option to eat in the chalet in the evening. Ski out was fine but skiing back is a little ropey when there hasn’t been snowfall for a while…

• Roland (10/5): Wir würden wieder hier übernachten. - Die sehr schöne Einrichtung mit Altholz und das freundliche Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und es gibt Obst und Tee. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden und liebevoll angerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich sollte länger geöffnet sein, bei unserem Aufenthalt war um 19 Uhr leider Schluss.

• Diego (9/5): Una gran opción calidad precio - Prácticamente todo. Excelente desayuno y magnífica ubicación Si hicieran alguna renovación y modernización estética en el edificio, sería una opción perfecta. No obstante, una gran opción si uno desea visitar los Dolomitas.
• Sebastian (10/5): Comfy rooms, friendly staff and easy to start any hike - ending the day in wellness - Great breakfast with changing sweets every morning and a juicer to make sure to have fresh self-made juices available. Location is great to start a variety of different hikes and the way to the town center is super short and convenient. Staff was together with the new wellness area in my opinion the biggest plus. We got a lot of recommendations and the early morning to have someone treat you so nice and calmly at breakfast is really great. The wellness area is new and has everything you would want or even get at specific spa hotels.

• Gyula (10/5): - We stayed for two nights in a junior suite room and had a great experience. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, offering useful tips during our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a large balcony and a big bathtub with massage jets — a really nice touch for relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was also great. We also appreciated the sheltered parking space for our motorbikes. One highlight of our stay was taking the DMC F. Europa cable car ski lift (22 EUR), which offered amazing views — a big thank you to the receptionist for recommending it!

My room was upgraded without asking, I was able to use the shower in the really nice spa after I had checked out and a little surprise when it was my birthday. Definitely on my list of places to go back. There is nothing I did not like but if this place had a restaurant for dinner I would definitely return.

Personál hotelu je velmi příjemný, rádi poradí a je tu krásný wellness, který se po celodenní túře hodí. Na hotelu bohaté snídaně, kde se vybere každý.

• Adriano (9/5): Chalet molto accogliente - Personale molto cordiale e prodigo di utili consigli. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta centrale. Struttura accogliente. Parcheggio comodo e nel piazzale a 20mt dall'albergo (con pass per sosta gratuita fornito dall'hotel) e dove è presente una colonnina pubblica per la ricarica delle auto elettriche. Colazione con buoni prodotti. La camera che ci è stata assegnata (che però era una standard) era allo stesso livello di un parcheggio di auto e quindi era necessario stare con le tende sempre chiuse. Il bagno andrebbe ammodernato (box doccia), anche se ampio e ben pulito.
