- G Richard (6/5): - As many state, beautiful setting on a steep slope with view of Tea Island, and just outside the village. Very convenient. Property is steep so parking and pulling in out is not for the timid. Our room was stylish and spacious. We found the beds too firm and the bathroom sink did not have drain cover so anything could fall into (the vanity itself had seen better days). Water pressure was also on the low side.

Would have been nice to have my room cleaned/turned over (waste bins emptied, beds made, towels replenished, etc.

- Karen (6/5): Nice place, just a bad week to visit. - We received a phone call on Tuesday confirming our reservation, was asked what time we’d arrive so the room would be ready, which is great, but we arrived and there was a line of dump trucks and excavators tearing up the parking lot. When I walked in, I was asked by the male at the desk if I’d been made aware of the problem, I said No, but it would have been nice. So, apparently they blew a septic line, and it was in the midst of getting repaired, I was told it would be done Wednesday, it wasn’t, it wasn’t done till Friday, so it was really loud for most of the day. The room overall was clean and smelled clean, the only issue was the beds were really uncomfortable, the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the counter and the exhaust fan was really dirty. When I talked to the lady about the work being done outside she appeared to be annoyed because I wasn’t the only one complaining, we understand emergencies happen, but a heads up would have been nice cause we’d probably have picked a different place to stay.

- jason (10/5): - Kathleen and Juanita take wonderful care of the property and ensure we always feel at home. This was our second stay this year and we look forward to many more. Our kids and their friends enjoy playing in the sand on the cozy beach on the resort. There’s an excellent playground set with swings and slides. And our favorite feature are the complimentary kayak, canoe and wakeboard. This time we travelled with another family. They enjoyed their first stay as much as we did too. Thanks again for the new memories!

Private beach area is clean and well kept with everything you need for fun on the water (kayaks, floats, etc) and a sunny deck over the water (boat parking under it). Super convenient but just far enough away so that you don't get crowd. Would stay again. Even had fire pit area, Adirondack chairs, clean gas grills scattered throughout the resort area, picnic tables, ice machine is great, playground, area for lawn games. Mattresses are a bit too hard (I like firm, but it's a little too stiff). Pillows super comfy. Keep in mind it's on a hill. Not deal breakers. Resort is perfect spot for family or couple. It's not a butler service/glitzy place. It's like a camp or home style place, with cottages or rooms, comfortable clean and relaxed atmosphere, as it should be.

- Danielle (8/5): - The interior was sparkling clean and looked to be updated recently. The outdoor deck we had was nice, but looking up the deck above us showed some pretty serious rot. We saw a few very large ants while there. Nothing inside. Hot water quality and quantity was very very good with plenty of towels. We were there for Americade, so a word of caution. Because this property is right on the lake, the driveway to enter/leave is VERY steep. It is paved, but does have a few gulleys. It makes for a tricky exit onto busy 9N. If you're on a motorcycle, use the second entrance/exit not the first if coming from the south. Excellent pricing we had basically a 2 bedroom apartment. Will stay there again.
- Gail (10/5): - The Room’s cleanliness was immaculate. The Beds were very comfy. The office clerk was friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the lake with chairs and table right outside our front door. Our parking spot was right outside our room I absolutely loved our stay Also very quiet and seemed safe. My only suggestion is that hopefully in the future the owners could put either stairs or a ramp to hold on so that older people such as myself can walk down by the water to relax in the lawn chairs and use the kayaks and sit close to the water. The hill going down is a little scary to walk down. Did I mention kayaks? Yes you can even use the kayaks. I would go back and stay at this property again. All in all. Very Nice. Oh and we did have a fridge, microwave and there is access to a bbq grill if needed

- Arthur (8/5): - My wife and I were visiting a friend who lives in nearby Warrensburg for a few days and needed a reasonably priced place to “camp out” for a few nights. We were there just before the Memorial Day weekend so just before start of summer season. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t plan to do any water sports but it would have been too cold anyway even though the weather was perfect for our visit. Clyde, who was taking care of maintenance was very friendly. Views from here are spectacular I have to say.

- Valerie (10/5): Wish we could've stayed longer! - Wish we could've stayed longer. We were traveling from a trip to Vermont back to Albany to fly out, and stayed the night at Tea Island. I loved being able to get out on the lake on a kayak - and they have plenty of them to use. Loved the nice deck out over the lake, and the staff were very friendly. Its nothing fancy, but it was clean and loved the location!

- Janice (10/5): Such a wonderful place to visit! - Our trip to Lake George was fantastic! We stayed at the Tea Island Resort, about 1/2 mile from the village. The resort has a private beach area, deck with tables and chairs that’s over a pier and water, kayaks, paddles boats and even a fire pit to enjoy! Our room was really nice and very clean. Frank, who is the owner there, was so helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

The owners were very Accommodating everything any one asked for he made it happen. The only negative thing I can say it’s about the hill going to the lake. It’s a great glute workout.
- Dylan (10/5): - Great place with fantastic views over Lake George and nearby Tea Island. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a nice small beach on the shore along with a roof deck on the dock to enjoy the beautiful setting. Also they have kayaks and such available to take our on the water. We had a great time here, thank you!
- Tina (10/5): Thank you! - Wonderful management who made sure our stay was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The view was perfect.
- Ryan (8/5): - The folks who work at Tea Island made us feel very welcome during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here but would like to point out that this is more of a family destination than somethng for a couple. There were two, large family reunions going on while we were there which was great to see but a little rambunctious compared to what we were looking to do.
