- Guest (1/5): Beware: dirty and will try to charge you extra. - The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location was good and the mattress was decent. We got 2 double queen rooms for 4 people-2 in each room. When checking in the lady at the desk tried to charge me extra for more than one person per room. She was horribly rude. The room was also dirty. The floor wasn’t clean and the base boards were really dirty.
- Guest (3/5): Terri le - Nothing gave us another hotel was loud all nite had people block in my car and just hang out in parking lot all night See above
- Taiwana (10/5): Beautiful we enjoyed ourselves - Everything Nothing
- Anonymous (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. - Ppl were friendly. Central location. The floors in the room appeared dirty.

- Amanda (5/5): Passable - Location No toilet paper holder or tp in bathroom had to get kids to bring me toilet paper from the sink.
Had to go to next door hotel to check in.
Key card worked every 5th or 6th try, even though it turned green and beeped.
- Ali20 (7/5): Good -
- Grier (7/5): Clipboard - Room was small and over furnished but comfortable everything worked well overall for the value it was a good stay Wasn't nothing too dislike we were just there long enough to sleep and shower okay
- Donald (9/5): Superb - Affordability was key. Room better than expected at the price. Staff were great. Description did not mention fridge and microwave, so I wasn't expecting them. The room had them though. There really wasn't anything to complain about.
- Cliff (10/5): Exceptional - Location Nothing
- Daddysbabygirl (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is great

THE BATHROOM WAS GROSS, BATHTUB WAS DIRTY, THE FLOORS WERE STICKY THROUGHOUT THE ROOM, THEY ONLY HAD HALF A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN THE ROOM, THE TV WAS BROKEN, THE PLUG IN BETWEEN THE BESS DIDNT WORK, YOU HAD TO PUSH THE BATHROOM DOOR REALLY HARD FOR IT TO SHUT AND YOU HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL TO CHECK IN CAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE WORKING IN THE OFFICE THERE!!!! LET ME TELL YOU THIS WAS LITERALLY THE LAST PLACE IN TOWN TO STAY BESIDES ANOTHER PLACE THAT WAS $900 A NITE! WE HAD NO CHOICE BECAUSE I THOUGHT I MADE RESERVATIONS AT ANOTHER HOTEL BUT I GUESS I DIDNT HIT THE FINAL STEP ONLINE. ALSO, THE INDIAN LADY AT THE DESK TOLD ME I RENTED 2 ROOMS AND I DIDN'T. SHE SAID YES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 2 ROOMS AND ME AND HER HAD WORDS. I WAS EVEN SHOWING HER THE BOOKING.COM APP THAT I DIDNT HAVE 2 ROOMS. SHE WAS TRYING TO HRR DAMNDEST TO SWINDLE ME. - Robin (4/5): - The bathroom was really unbelievably dirty. Not enough plugins in the whole room. Had to move furniture just to get to one. Very dated. Would not stay again.
- Shawn (8/5): Very good -

- Moffit (8/5): Very good - Was a good theme hotel. Had coffee for the people staying there and very nice workers. Clean rooms and good location
- W. (1/5): The most disgusting and terrible experience with a hotel in my lifetime!! - There was nothing to like first they almost didn't give me a room even with a reservation because they said that had to have been a mistake and after waiting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes someone finally came outside because all the doors were locked to the office and finally checked me in but the room they gave me was nasty and it look like it had not been cleaned between guests and we even found not only dirt all over the beds but hair on the pillows in the sheets and when we turn the heat on because the room was freezing literally it was just as cold in the room as it was outside in 30° weather, the heater blew out all kinds of nasty dust which both my son and I are allergic to as well as mold which there's no doubt there was mold and you can see it growing around the faucet where you turn on the water in the bathtub around the floors in the bathroom around the edges and considering the floor under the sink and tub were squishy and you felt like you're about to fall through I guarantee you it's covered in black mold which is scary to think of because we were on the second floor. I took pictures. In addition there were no blankets only sheets on the bed and when we called down to ask for more blankets we got told they were sleeping and we'd have to wait till 10:00 a.m. which was pointless cuz we were not staying any longer with this hotel and we were freezing and the heat was not heating up it didn't even get warm in the room until an hour before we woke up - the phone in the room didn't even work we had to use our cell phone to even call the front desk. This was not as described and was very shocking to say the least at the lack of cleanliness and safety concerns with mold/dust and both my son and I woke up very ill and I spent the day being nauseous with a headache as did my 7 year old son and this is his birthday trip so this was an absolute bust. Everything was horrible - other than the girl who checked us out she was sweet... But with that being said the hotel did not give me a receipt showing that I got my $50 deposit back that I had to put down rather than a card for incidentals they required the card and a refundable deposit after they do an inspection on the room. I am still waiting for my credit card company to receive the credit back of the $50 which any other hotel like Hilton for example it would have already been showing on my card so I'm uneasy about it and I'm worried I won't even get it back so I'm going to have to dispute it. These situations call for a refund in its entirety I could have slept in my truck and felt more comfortable and safer and not spend a dime.
- Ruslan (8/5): Very good - Dirty towels, bad mattress, and no blankets, instead of them there are curtains on the windows
- Donna (7/5): Good -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - How clean the room was, how nice the staff was. The location is great. Definitely going to go back. Didn't get to stay longer.
- Michael (8/5): - Hotel needs some TLC. Old
- Cassandra (4/5): Very nice staff, motel in serious need of repairs - The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very responsive and eager to help the best they could. The door lock on the first room wouldn't work so we were moved to a different room only for that lock to be broken as well. The key cards wouldn't work but the master key did so instead of switching to another room (we checked in after 9pm with a little one) we chose to stay in the room without a key to re-enter. The staff told us if we needed to leave for anything to just come to the office or call and they would quickly unlock our room. That was fine with us, we were only staying one night and the staff was doing everything they could to try to find a solution.
- Dawn (5/5): Nightmare - Location The room was tiny, the window was maybe 3 foot wide, the beds were on thin metal legs, the mirror was so high you couldn’t see in it, the bathtub was flaking huge paint chips, the bathroom door didn’t close without lifting up and pulling hard, the tv didn’t work at all, nothing just a black screen with blue words going across it, bed was against the heater/air conditioner so you couldn’t get to the one side of the bed.
- Taffy (3/5): Poor - Location and affordability . Close to a lot Wasn’t clean. Heater didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Was nosy .
- Samantha (6/5): Couldve been better - This hotel could use an upgrade. The shower needed a lot of work. It was stained yellow and looked unclean. Our beds had hairs all over it as well as dirty areas. The blanket was just a duvet cover. Check in was ok but they had to contact the other hotel because the system didnt have the new software. Then the power went out for 2 hours. We finally just gave up and left.
- Vines (6/5): our stay in branson - it was in a great location the facilities could have been better no breakfast or coffee
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Beds and rooms not good
- Pettigrew (6/5): Pleasant - location was good. But wasn't the hotel we stayed in.They put us in the Bradford next door.Locals living in the hotel, Had a Man that worked there peeked into our window at 8:30 in the morning,I opened the door and asked if I could help him,he said room check out...and check out not until 11:00,Pretty sketchy
- Smith (2/5): Very poor -
- Gunter (2/5): No thanks. I'll sleep in my car. - It was definitely cheap. Stained sheets, asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves, new sheets also had stains. Bathroom floor was dirty. Stains on the wall. No lamp, no clock, and the mini fridge (that we didn't use) leaked all over the floor.
- Ann (5/5): Passable - Rooms weren’t very clean and had an odor.
- Doris (7/5): it’s all good except when a walking around room with socks on they got dirty -
- Geneva (5/5): Good stay for a quick one night stay. - Good price for a night. When we got there the room was crazy hot, and the AC was not even plugged in.
- Jodie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jodie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leonard (7/5): Good -
- Libby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Libby (10/5): Exceptional - I loved Donna and the blonde hair maid just delightful told me where to find food about the shuttle different things to see and areas of town I honestly loved the Victorian inn the decor was amazing in the office it was peaceful and authentic I honestly didn't plan on staying as long as I did but it was nice and peaceful so I kept updating my stay The Internet did not reach my room so I had to sit outside on the porch of the office to use it and it was blazing hot outside I barely spent any time in my room because I needed Internet while I was there
- Adriann (1/5): It was a waste of money was hot and miserable all night - Nothing it was nasty and I didn't even have an air conditioner there was dirty stains all over the bed spread there the bath tub was nasty toilet was nasty will never stay there again Another of stuff
- Philip (10/5): Best place in Branson - Owner was amazing rooms were immaculate We liked everything
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Lowrey (8/5): Very good -
- Teague (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fine, but there was no breakfast provided. There was no swimming pool and there was no hair dryer in the room.
- Galo (7/5): Good -
- Rheagan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Julie (5/5): Passable - Nothing The toilet i'm Broken. No hot water TV cable wasn't very good.
No breakfast. Pop machines outside worth $3 for a pop.
- Matt (4/5): Disappointing - The jetted tubs in the room and the fact that it was pet friendly. I also liked that it was 10 minutes away from silver dollar city. I didn't like that there was no pool. I also didn't like that there was no breakfast provided.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Jearetta (2/5): Was very disappointed in issues leading up to getting the room and shower not working. - There was no breakfast. Said they only had coffee. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Fairly clean, except for the bug in the bathroom floor. I had booked a week ago. Arrived and unable to reach anyone by phone and office was locked. Someone down corridor said go next door to Stratford Inn. Apparently both owned by same person. Employee said she couldn't find I had booked. I showed her my confirmation papers. Said would have to go next door at Victorian Inn computer. Headed back there and she came and said she has someone to figure it out. I am not sure Victorian Inn is even open. Ended with a room there at Stratford Inn instead. Non working shower there, bug on floor, air was not on upon arrival and was around 80 decrees inside.
- Kelly (7/5): Good - Dead bugs, dirty tub and floors, bed was hard, clean the AC filters
- Karin (1/5): Never again!!! - Run down property.
Absolutely no effort to clean it up. I had to clean my own room after I checked in.
- Kandy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jodie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kelli (6/5): Pleasant - The location was ok The wifi didn't work , and could of been a little cleaner. Also I didn't like that I asked when I reserved the room if I could check in early and I was still charged an extra $20 to check in 1 hour early. That's crap.
- Leann (10/5): Wonderful place away from home - The beds are ALWAYS comphy here... Yes, I've been here a few times... Straight across from White Water... The staff will go out of their way to see you are happy with your stay...
- Teresa (5/5): Passable - The price is reasonable You get what you pay for, room was small. Bathroom was small
- Melinda (9/5): Very enjoyable - I love how the jacuzzi tub was so big and I was able to relax and just enjoy my little mini vacation away from home. The bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and I was able to sleep very well. The bath tub was not completely clean there was some dirt and stuff in it so I had to clean it myself before I was able to use it, everything else was perfect though.
- Lorenzo (5/5): I was really impressed with the outside of the building but the inside just didn'tmatch the outside. - There wasn't breakfast. The location is perfect. It's a really beautiful hotel Well ...our room was terrible. The furniture was old &scratched up. 1950s lamp that didn't work. There was no comforters just sheets . Nowhere to hang our coats or clothes up..
- Dylan (5/5): Passable - I can’t really rate the Victorian inn as that’s not where we ended up staying. But the Stratford was still good. We didn’t notice until the morning we were leaving that all we had on the beds were feather pillows and me and my daughter are allergic to those she ended up breaking out in hives. I would still stay there again just take a pillow or two next time. I’m only pointing that out for anyone else that might have a feather pillow allergy to help be prepared. I would have loved to stay at the Victorian inn tho as we booked it because we like the character of old timey buildings but at the end of the day for us we mostly just care about a clean safe environment and the Stratford provided that for us. I don’t have any dislikes. The pillows aren’t an issue I would complain about we normally travel with our own pillows as a lot of hotels have feather pillows. They were comfy.
- Magdiel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amber (1/5): Bad - Location They couldn't find my reservation. It was a different hotel we had to stay at. I was charged more and they tried to charge a deposit because I was local
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grace (1/5): I will NEVER use or reccomend these hotels, and will contact all people to get righted - I am furious with this motel/owners. I booked the Victorian Inn, w/a breakfast. I guess this owner has two hotels, so I was moved to their next door hotel...it was CRAP!!! I had to register outside in 40*degree Temps and wind, no breakfast, no kindness, and no explanation on why I was not in the hotel I registered for. I am FURIOUS AND hoping to reach any and all who were involved in this booking and underhanded scheme. All of it, the very rude and uncourteous handling of process to get room, the unexplained move, and no breakfast that I paid for when choosing to book, the barely working bathroom that has been repaired with more caulk then tile.
- Albert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edwina (7/5): Good - Mold in the bathroom around the tub.
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Taylor (7/5): Good -
- Hailey (6/5): For paying 54 dollars the hotel was decent. Really not allot of amenities but the location was good. - The room was decent. I mean really for paying 54 bucks for one night. It wasnt bad The floors were very dirty and the bathtub looked like it needed cleaned.
- Kevin (1/5): Bad - The price No TV service.
- Brandie (4/5): Disappointed - The location was idea. Someone was smoking weed somewhere, so the owner beat on our door at 12:30 at night to ask us about it. There were bugs. The bathroom door had obviously been kicked in. The tub was peeling from where someone had painted it. The toilet was miniature.
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brittany (3/5): The stay was okay, the location was great but the hotel was sketchy. - The location was great right on the strip, across from white water. The lady at the front desk was tired, and ran to death running/managing two hotels at the same time by herself. when we got there we had to call a number to tell someone we were there for check in and unlock the office. Our room was dirty in the bathroom (tub). Our room had no dead bolt or chain lock. And the peak holes had black paint all over them so you couldnt see out if anyone happened to knock. No chair in the room, and the air conditioner wouldn't stay on for long at a time. 7-8 mins maybe.
- Faith (1/5): Worst Hotel in Branson - It wasn’t even the Hotel I reserved When I arrived there was no one at the Hotel so i called the number that was on the door and was told to come to the hotel next door upon arrival i asked if they owed both hotels lady said they did. I was given a room at the other hotel but i didn’t ask to stay at that hotel. The bathtub was peeling and floors were dirty. I had to park at the opposite hotel from the one I stayed in. There was several other issues. It’s definitely somewhere i would never stay again i’d sleep in my car if there wasn’t anything else available.
- Denise (5/5): Passable -
