- mulu (3/5): - Only the location Room was dirty. The walls, floor, floorboards were all dirty. If you're just renting the room out just to get money from your customers you should probably let them know the condition of the room.

- Amanpreet (2/5): - Absolutely horrendous state of the room. First room was infested with roaches and then I complained to the management office and was offered a secondary room. I went into the second room also infested with roaches. Beds and sheets stained. Room smelled like smoke.Me and my husband did not feel comfortable or safe staying and left. Once again we informed the office and informed that we are canceling our booking and stay and requested a full refund but was informed that we would need to speak to a manger who was not present nor available till Monday. Left the motel at 12-1 am
- Paul (10/5): -
- Mia (6/5): - Nice stay could be cleaner
- Marvin (10/5): - Been staying here every now and then for 5 years or so. Its the best motel 6 by san jose and fremont area. Thank you
- Eli (4/5): - Found too many cockroaches in my room at night.
- Deepika (10/5): - Could you guys make WiFi more accessible, couldn’t get the service. Also it will be nice if there are a few microwave and water filling stations. But I loved it and will come visit that motel again
- Lucas (6/5): - OK price for the location area around Fremont
- Spring (5/5): Inspect your room before you stay! - It has a nice courtyard with grass, which was a pleasant surprise, and the front desk staff were friendly. Vending and laundry take cards. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty - the photos definitely used filters. My shower had a leak in the ceiling which was pretty gross - there was mold, peeling plaster and small chunks of ceiling on the shower floor. The lights in the ceiling near the leak were flickering and were way too close to the leak to make me feel safe while showering - so I didn't. They were sold out, so switching rooms wasn't an option. The problem had clearly been going on for a while. First night was quiet but second was noisy, so you're rolling the dice.
Great reviews from a few months ago are clearly fake and used to drive up the rating. My favorite is about the non-existent pool.

- Dawei (6/5): - The motel sign is not so clear along the road and not easy to find out with GPS.

- Dacian (4/5): - Dogs barking all night long
- Paul (1/5): -
- Brandy (10/5): -
- Maurice (1/5): - The place had roaches For it not to be roaches infected
- James (10/5): - Great value for the price, especially in Silicon Valley. Afternoon desk manager was very kind and helpful.
- Brandy (10/5): -
- Jocelyn (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful
- Daniel (2/5): - Bugs
- John (4/5): Ok, better could be better - Room was OK, and clean. But had no microwave or refrigerator. Because of that, I say its not good value. Didn't like the overhead "rain" shower head, didn't allow you any adjustability of where water was showering on you, or to the type of spray.
- Luke (4/5): - Staff was nice but the room had bugs and what looked like mold on the wall
- Garcia (7/5): -
- Joemel (10/5): - Asked for a late check out and they offered a late check out at noon for free.
- ChrisTopher (2/5): - After identifying dog paw prints on the sheet that covers the bed, fecal matter on the toilet and toilet lid, and pubes on shower floor and toilet, I attempted to go report to office and found an employee messing with my vehicle. After an exchange starting with politely asking to stop, the ran away. A person staying on the first floor notified me it was a maintenance employee. Front desk mocked me and were uncooperative in contacting management until after I called police. Got most of my money back eventually. Police stated that they are called there 2-3 times a night and there is never video surveillance to review because cameras have been down for months. I believe I was put in a dirty room and possibly targeted by vandalism because I complained that the front desk could not figure out how to use the credit by manual entry and refused to call the manager…..until the end when the police responded to my call. I was grateful for the low rate until I experienced the Motel 6 and the individuals that they have running the place, whom engaged in criminal activity towards me. The owner was very uninterested in improving as he NEVER stopped to hear about our experience. I would recommend sleeping in your car anywhere to avoid this horror show of a “business”. Shame on Motel 6 brand for allowing this mismanaged unsafe, dirty/unmaintained, and extremely unprofessional/discourteous group of employees to continue operations under your brand.
- Marco (10/5): - Good stay
- Sandra (10/5): ] -
- Laura (8/5): - Everything was good
- Carolina (6/5): - We saw a cockroach as soon as we walked in, and inside the wall, as we were 6 hours from home and it was just for one quick night we were just careful and didn’t want to touch anything after and slept with one eye open and left ad soon as we could.
- Sharon (2/5): - This motel is off the beaten path, which is nice with all of the traffic that goes through Fremont. It looks like a very nice hotel when you pull up in the driveway. It has a quaint courtyard.
However, our experience during our stay was less than stellar. I was looking for ice. It was in a room that had the ice machine, vending machines, and laundry facilities. The first problem I had was when I tried to step on the curb from the pavement, I didn’t step high enough up and I fell knocking everything out of my hands and scraping my knees. As I went down I saw a maid working on the rooms and instead of helping me she went into the room as if I wasn’t there. After a few minutes, I was able to get back up. I made my way to the room with the ice machine only to find that the machine was broken and there was no ice. The guy behind the desk told me they would get somebody to fix it.
When I got back to my room I was starting to relax when I heard water dripping in the bathroom. When I check on it I found that water was seeping through the ceiling and around the light fixture. I tried to call the front office but the phone wasn’t working. The guy in the office followed me back to the room to see what was happening. They asked me if I would like another room and I said yes. We never got another room. Only several towels to clean up the water on the floor. The floor was so dirty, it turned my feet black after I took a shower.
- Maria (8/5): -
- Jan (6/5): - The beds were fine but when we checked in there were no pillows on them. A call to the office was met with “Well, housekeeping is gone for the day.” A half hour later when going to the office to ask again, the guy had no clue that we’d asked for them. When we tried the shower there was no hot water, so we asked for a new room, which they did right away.
TV service is spotty, nothing in the room that resembles instructions as to Wi-Fi password, where to find things, etc. if you’re just staying for a night it’s ok, but there are reasons it’s so cheap- you get what you pay for. There are no food options within walking distance.
