Barbra (8/5): Clean room with everything needed, super friendly service. - We had to stop suddenly, so I quickly booked this room as we drove into Creston. Good choice! Super friendly service, clean room that looked fairly recently renovated, little kitchenette, GREAT bath tub for soaking in and everything we needed was there (except a hair dryer). Dog friendly, too! I would definitely recommend this place. It was a little pricey for January, but we're grateful it was there when we needed it. I just wanted a hair dryer, honestly, that was all.

Chip Scialfa (8/5): Worth a stay, but don't expect spacious. - The family that owns and runs the hotel is quite friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic and "cozy", but clean. The location is wonderful for walks to downtown Creston and it's not far from Kootenay Pass, with much more on offer than, say, Salmo. Overall, I'd stay there again quite happily. OK. So, there is virtually no storage room for clothes in one of the rooms (family suite) and limited storage in the master BR. In winter, when engaged in outdoor activities, there is a need for hooks, hangers, etc. I suggested this to the owners while there.

It was cozy and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating when we requested some extra kitchen utensils. Although it's an older place the rooms have been nicely renovated. We were surprised at the available amenities, like a bbq pit, horse shoe pit as well as a playground; we didn't utilize them but were glad to have the option. Check in was quick and friendly. The room (1 bedroom, 2nd level) was clean and stocked with what one person might need for a night or two. While not as comfy as our own, the bed was suitable for a good night's rest. Overall, would stay again, and definitely hope to.

Lori (10/5): - Loved the separate bedrooms in our suite. The main area with full kitchen was very roomy. Mounting the TV lower and upgrading the pull-out couch would have earned 6 stars!
Jolyce Sandra (8/5): - Bathrooms in the unit we stayed in needed repairs however the rest of the room was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Bed was comfy. Super if you want a dog friendly place to stay. There’s a huge fenced green space for them to run around. There’s an outdoor covered cooking space which is great also.

Merel (10/5): - The property is in a great location. Air conditioning worked amazing for the hot summer days and is a great option for when your doing a road trip and need a place to sleep only. Disappointments were the shower water pressure is so high it hurts the skin, coffee isn’t great so bring your own and filters! You have to wash the dishes (they charge if you don’t) and they don’t make your bed each day. Property advertises a pool but it’s empty and looks like it needs repair. Overall the property needs some tender loving care but again if you’re only needing a place to sleep this location works. Super friendly check in agent!!
Felicia (10/5): - It has an inclosed bbq area in the back of the hotel, with 2 bbq's a small fridge as well as a fire pit with the wood supplied, all bottom units are kitchenettes, its close to everything, rooms are very clean, they go above and beyond to clean it updated an very clean, the young gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure all guests had towels etc, he was there alone and multitasked so well, we will definitely stay here again.

Lorelei (8/5): - The exterior of this hotel is deceiving. While the outdoor furniture is cheap plastic and there is some clutter in the ends of the hotel, the yard behind the hotel is a large green space perfect for dogs (which are welcome at the hotel) and other activities. The hotel room is decent - nice bed and kitchenette is sufficient. When our room didn't have any bedding for the couch/bed, they quickly rectified that. The couch/bed was a bit older and the fridge had unopened food from the person before us. The shampoo/conditioner isn't big enough to last more than one person so bring your own. But don't like the exterior keep you away, especially if you have a dog as they were very welcoming of ours and very nice and helpful from our arrival.
Brian (8/5): - Nice room, quiet and relaxing. Shower was draining incredibly slowly, which was the only thing I could nitpick. Otherwise clean and nice value for the price, especially for a same day booking (~150$).
Ambre (6/5): - I booked a 2 queen room with seperate bedroom as we have a young child. Was given a two queen room with no bedroom. Was then told well there basically the same thing. Have stayed there numerous years in a row. Probably wont anymore if you dont even get the room you reserve.
