We stayed at Hilton during our honeymoon, and when they came to know about it, they treated us very specially (Specially Rajkumar and Visal). They surprised us with complimentary cakes every day to congratulate us and even decorated our room with balloons at no extra cost. We absolutely loved the food, especially the buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, our experience was amazing, and they made our honeymoon even more memorable.

From the moment we entered the hotel we greeted with some nice coco chip cookies and warm smiles by the front desk staff. Special mention to Ms. Shilpa Dey from the hotel staff for ensuring out whole stay was hasslefree. My wife had requested to decorate our room in advance which they did and also gave us early check-in which was so kind of them. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast on the ground floor restaurant was delicious. The pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again when in Agra.

- thoore (10/5): Superb service with great facilities. - Arriving to Hilton in Agra felt like entering a second home. We were assigned a very helpful assistant at our arrival that made sure we got the best room for our needs. We did enjoy the pool soaking some sun and then a cooling off in with a swim. Sitting in the lobby from time to time feeling the pulse of the people arriving there while on my computer. It was a marriage when we stayed there too, and it was amazing seeing the colorful beautiful clothes of India. We could feel that staff working in this hotel were genuinely helpful and happy, which made all the difference for us. The hotel in itself is located about 5-10 minutes away with taxi from TajMahal which was one of the attractions we did visit. To see TajMahal was breathe taking indeed. We normally had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food is delicious and prepared by the highest standards. I had a personal meeting with the chef and it made it all more joyful to eat the food after that. We decided to stay for 7 nights and it was a stay that was deeply restful, joyful and pleasurable. A great recommend indeed.

- Zu_Explorer (10/5): Best Hotel in our 7 hotels in India - Exceptional Hospitality: This was by far our best hotel experience in India. The level of service is world-class. A massive thank you to Shilpa, who noticed that both my wife and I had birthdays within days of our arrival. Without us even asking, she arranged a birthday cake in our room—a gesture that stood in stark contrast to Hilton New Delhi. The Room & Sleep: The room was excellent—quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. After traveling through several cities, I had my best night's sleep here. Everything worked perfectly, and the environment was truly restful. Problem Solving: Even though the hotel pool was under repair, the management handled it perfectly. Instead of just an apology, they offered complimentary access to a pool at a nearby hotel, showing they truly care about the guest experience. Dining & Staff: From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff were consistently excellent. The food service was top-tier, maintaining high standards that you would expect from a 5-star brand but with a personal touch that is rare. The only minor setback was our Taj Mahal visit booked through the hotel; while our tour guide was excellent, we had a frustrating experience with the onsite "official" photographer. He originally quoted INR 100 per printed picture, but once the photoshoot was over, he suddenly demanded INR 10,000 for all the digital files for our 30-min photoshoot. We spent a good portion of our visit arguing over the price instead of enjoying the monument, which was exactly what we were trying to avoid by booking a hotel package. Thankfully, our guide eventually stepped in and negotiated a reasonable price, but I would advise future guests to be extremely firm on pricing before any photos are taken. Departure: On our way out, Shilpa and Phil gave us a thoughtful token/gift, which was a lovely way to end the stay. Verdict: My wife and I have already agreed that we would return to Agra specifically just to stay here again. For a 5-star hotel, it offers incredible value for money.
