• Verified traveler (8/5): Great value for money, Little far from action - Good clean room, very comfortable bed, shower gel in bath, nice AC unit. 5 min walk to BTS station. Cross street from Superrich money exchange. Only downside is on the far side from the bars across a Main through way, a little challenging to walk across and a little far to walk over in the heat of Bangkok. No view from the window as it’s blocked by a board to shield from a construction site.

• Devon (6/5): Good value for location - Late check in around midnight. Room wasn't very clean but was just a short sleep. Air conditioner wasn't the best. Bed and pillows were good. Wi-Fi was good.

• KC (8/5): Very rude female receptionist - The lady who checked me in was very rude - she put down the phone while I called from the room informing receptionist that the light at the entrance was out. Was then informed later when I went down to complain that she did not understand English then I said if she did not understand she should ask for assistance. The guy then came to check the light and said he will inform maintenance to check the following day but no one came and the matter was not resolved. Other than that the stay was fine. The person who came to clean the room was very friendly.

• KOO (6/5): - just want to complaint because my booking is overbook. i done my payment on October but when I check in hotel, the counter person told me that hotel was full, no any room for me. I understood that pick season but the system never updated their system, the in-charge-person try to find other hotel for me but the location and room is bad, far from Silom or share room/bath room with other guest, in the end, hotel refund one night to me and I went to my friend hotel shared room with them, three person staying one night ,the second day i need to return back to the hotel. i think I dont stay this hotel anymore

• merpig (8/5): the breakfast is served with love! - stayed for 3 nights. i booked a standard room, they gave me free upgrade to a deluxe room when checking in. to go there (and to avoid the busy, long waiting traffic light at the junction): if you are at chong nonsi bts, where i-residence / heritage hotel is on your right, exit on the left staircase and walk straight. once you reach the junction (where you see the bts track above you is curving to the right), turn left instead of crossing, walk straight, you will see Super Rich money changer, and you may start cross the road, the hotel is at the opposite. trust me, it’s safer to cross here (and save more time)! the entrance of the hotel is via their restaurant. the staff are friendly. note: if you using phone map, key in the right name. this is triple 8 inn silom, there is another triple 8 inn bangkok nearby as well. i arrived around 5pm, i was hungry but too tired to walk around, so i had dinner at the their restaurant. they serve simple and nice local food, and the price is reasonable.

Small hotel managed by limited number of staff and housekeeping with good behavior and willingness to help. Rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully managed and decorated. However, do not expect good room service. Recommended for family and business stays.

• Greg (8/5): Value for money - A Great little hotel 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Patphong 1 and 2 in Silom district. Its defiantly not the Hilton by any standards but defiantly great value for money. The room is a great size with a reasonably comfy couch in it and the bathroom was spacious with an awesome shower with great pressure and lots of hot water. bar fridge worked a treat to keep my beverages cold and frosty ! My only disappointment was the hardness of the bed but ill take that to have a tidy and efficient room anytime. A great little spot and i will defiantly be staying here again ....... I would defiantly not find anything like this in my home city of Perth Aust anywhere near this price for what i get ....not even close.... Ohh i forgot to mention the air-conditioner it was also in great working order....

• slackerhx (6/5): Huge, clean room BUT only lift under repair - The room was huge and very clean, near to Ching Nonsi BTS (approx. 5 min walk) . However, the lift broke down when I was there so it caused quite a bit of inconvenience for us especially when our room was on the 5th floor. Luckily, the staff helped to carry our luggage in the day of checkout.

• Jynx King (8/5): Very friendly receptionist - Good place and easy access to BKK's major transportation forms like skytrain, bus, taxi or river cruise. Oi, the lady receptionist was very accommodating in telling us how to go to places and easiest, cheapest way of transport. The bed was very comfortable, the comfort room is clean, the room is spacious as has a sofa. They have a little elevator that only 3 people can fit. Quite place to sleep. Do not judge the hotel based on outside or hallways. Their rooms are really good!

• Gunasagar A (6/5): Very Affordable Nise Hotel - We stayed here for 4 days. Service was good. They are short on staff but compensate with polite service. All the necessary amenities were there which you can expect in their reasonable room charges. Most important factor is location of hotel which is very very convenient for tourist, specially Indians for whom Indian food and shopping is necessary. Shopping Malls, Night Market Indian Restaurants and MRT Station is on walking distance. We will definitely stay here next time.
• no (6/5): Near Pullman hotel,few minutes walk to Chong Nonsi - Had difficulties finding the hotel after I have reached Chong Nonsi BTS (partly because I didnt print the map before hand). So I google from my handphone to get the location and found the hotel... actually not far from the BTS. The entrance of the hotel is actually a restaurant, inside the restaurant there is a small lift where it bring you to the rooms upstair. The room is ok in turn of cleanliness, modern setting, bed and tv and the toilet floor and wall tiles are marble. Though the whole hotel (or motel) is not very big, but the room is ok to stay for the few nights there. Good for those who are on budget.
• Jas (6/5): Spacious room but bathroom is a headache - We have check-in for 3 nights. First day there is no hot shower, went down to the reception and the guy told us the whole hotel doesn't have any hot shower. Next day morning, we try our luck again asking the lady in front desk, she immediately offered to change our room when we back in the evening. We finally have the hot shower (intermediate) on 2nd day, but this time the toilet cannot flush properly. We try flushing more than 10 times in several hours and give up. Too lazy to report to them and bear with it for the 2 days and use toilet outside the hotel. Night time there will be karaoke on groundfloor, it could be a little noisy if sound sensitive.
• Ed (8/5): Big rooms - This rooms are quite big but the walk from Silom to here is pretty far. Nearest BTS station is Chong Nonsi. If it at night, the walkways are pretty dark so some might not feel comfortable. It is beside G Pullman. Try to get the higher rooms as they have a nightly karaoke which might be too loud for some
