- Holly (8/5): -
- Dorcas (5/5): - Toilet flush
- Dann (8/5): - Better breakfast choices would be awesome
- Alba (9/5): - Fan in room need to be clean, have alot of dust
- arnaud76 (4/5): A éviter selon moi.

- Paul (9/5): Good Stay Great Hospitality Great Prices and Overall it Was Pleasant - We did not have The Breakfast. We had some Coffee and it was Great! Thank You for the Hospitality Greatly Appreciated!
- Lydia (4/5): Never again - Continental breakfast. The POUNDING and shaking of window when Anyone walked up the stairs and down the upstairs hallway.
The overwhelming smell of sourness/mold from bathroom.
Many holes in the curtains.
- Patty (5/5): Not good. - The outside is very unkept. Needs work Air condition didn’t work well. Not slot of water pressure in shower.
- Michael (10/5): - The property is right off the main road and near restaurants and fast food in walking distance. An older building, but a fair price. The room was nice and the bed helped me sleep very well.
- WILLIAM (4/5): low middle of the road - Room. bath and bed were as expected. How ever no ice? No pool or hot tub on labor day weekend. Parking lot and trach need a lot of work.
- Castro (8/5): - The room was clean and cool. The pool and sauna were closed, and their ice machine wasn't working.
- Perez (7/5): - Mobiliario viejo y desgastado.. secador de pelo no funcionó.

- Eve (10/5): Happy - Great customer service, and clean comfortable room.
- Mischelle (10/5): - Redone rooms, nice, however there was an odor to the room.
- Alicia (9/5): Perfect for a one night stay over. - Location was easy to find and centrally located to the college destination we traveled to visit. The front desk staff was very welcoming and checked us in to a convenient easy to locate room. This was ideal for unloading and packing up in the morning to leave for our appointment. The room had a bad smell, almost like it had been smoked in previously. The room was handicap accessible which did offer more space for the bathroom and entrance but the space was tight near the furniture and bed.
- Danielle (8/5): - Nice little spot for a quick nights stay
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (1/5): Didn’t get to stay in the room we paid for because no one was working and the phone was on voicemail - Nothing. No one was at the front desk and we couldn’t get to the room we paid for and had to my o somewhere else. We booked our room online and arrived at during our set timeframe. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with no front desk person in sight. There was a phone to dial 0 for front desk that wasn’t working. Called the actual Hotel twice and it went to voicemail. We needed up going to the next hotel we could find and called back again before booking a different room with no answer. I paid for the room and will be contacting customer service for money back because we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel to stay at.
- Norman (7/5): Good -
- Eve (10/5): Exceptional - Great room, very comfy bed, and nice customer service
- Carol (6/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It took a long time for the water to get hot, but it did and was fine.
We were told there would be breakfast starting at 6:00 am but no one was there and NO BREAKFAST!
- Bolivar (8/5): - It was quiet and not bad considering this area
- Gregg (4/5): - This property is very run down. It shows it's age. Pool and hot tub were not working. Parking lot was not cleared of snow.
- Bianca (7/5): Good - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very poor.
- Ralph (7/5): Decent value - Cheap Lights didn’t work
- Monte (1/5): worst hotel experience ever - absolutely nothing, customer service was terrible. Everything was dirty and not acceptable. Did not even attempt to eat the breakfast, probably would not have even let my dog eat it. the place needs to be shut down. customer service was terrible. Everything was dirty and not acceptable. - Rudy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaramiah (10/5): - The room was pretty big bigger then I thought
- Vicci (8/5): - Even this place is older, they have done a good job of keeping it clean & comfortable.
- Monica (9/5): Superb - The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The outside of the building needed a little updating, but otherwise it was nice.
- Moses (2/5): - The phone dident work the shower was messed up
- JOHN (8/5): - Outside not kept up. Weeds growing evrywhere
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Allison D (10/5): - I went in with low expectations and was completely satisfied. I needed a clean room for my friend and I to stay overnight in that was safe and where I could park my car without worrying. That's exactly what I got. There is a Holiday Inn Express and I believe a Hilton literally within eyesight of this hotel so if your expectations are higher those are also options.
- Michael (8/5): - Train whistle is extremely loud and annoying especially in the middle of the night
- Verified traveler (8/5): Annual Hunting Trip Stay - Been coming here for years for our annual hunting trip. Never there for breakfast, so no comment regarding their food offering etc. They finished painting the hallways, which makes it look very nice. However, we were told the city was dragging its feet to clear the pool area for customers, therefore the pool was still closed (I believe for the last 3 years now). Other than that staff is aleays nice, and helpful.
- Douglas (8/5): - it was above average being older i was upstairs no elevator
- Thongchai (7/5): Good -
- Franchesca (7/5): Good -
- Condon (8/5): Very good - Wasn't cool enough in the room but bed was comfy Pool and hot tub were closed
Room didn't get cool enough
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (3/5): We stayed all of 2 hrs and left!! - Easy to get to off 50 hyw Everything ,dirty, smelly, they had used soap at the sink
- García (1/5): Bad -
- Gary (10/5): - Everything was great.
- Consuello (4/5): Disappointing - Location No pool or hot tub, the shower did not spray all of the way and filled the tub that did t drain while taking a shower and the toilet didn't flush.
- Gwyn (7/5): Clean inside. - Comfortable beds. Coffee could be better. No caffeine frer and small cups.
- David (7/5): To expensive for what we goy - Breakfast was lacking in every aspect Bed was great
- Wilson (6/5): Pleasant -

- Randy (3/5): It was ok but not much more to say I will stay at the holidays inn not time - Not much It was not clean the hot tub and pool where closed the ice machine was broken
- John W. (4/5): - Worn out property. Unsafe tub. Sad breakfast
- Marcelina (9/5): Superb -
- Dawnta (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- Joshua (2/5): - It was horribly stinky and loud in my room i booked 4 rooms that night no one got any sleep
- Alicia (8/5): All was good except for the train horns - Good Train horn
- Brainerd (8/5): Very good -
- Brandon (4/5): - Ice machine not working, pool and hot tub closed, breakfast options were beyond limited, sink dripped all night, and no cable.
- Tami (9/5): Superb -
- Laurie (10/5): - Friendly front desk lady and room very clean and comfortable, nice amenities and easy parking. Good value
- Arlene (10/5): - Helpful and courteous front desk staff. Property clean and comfortable bed.
- Susan (6/5): Don’t stay here - Location, The whole place is rundown and tired. There were holes in the bathroom door. No very fresh smelling. Almost no breakfast,
- Felicia (8/5): Quiet. Other places I’ve stayed in La Juanta are loud with the train. - Comfy beds.
- Kimoni (10/5): - Good place to get in and get rest. Lady at front desk was nice when we checked in.
- Dewsbury (7/5): Good - Did not stay for breakfast. l like to get on the road early
- Magda (8/5): - Room was confortable, clean and friendly staff.
- Tatum (8/5): Very good - Clean and spacious! Nice location. Door only had knob lock and no other lock.
- Unruh (10/5): Best stay I've had anywhere in quite awhile. Great value. - Have stayed here every Oct. for several years. Was pretty shabby in 2022. Very pleasantly surprised to see much-needed improvements in maintenance and cleanliness. New beds are WONDERFUL, and not a speck of dirt ANYWHERE--even in bathroom corners. Leave breakfast out another half hour until 9:30.
- Rogers (4/5): Disappointing - Ice maker not available and the pool and hot tub were closed.
- Beverly (5/5): Passable - Poor , all carbs ice maker broken, so no ice. Had to go elsewhere for breakfast since they only had sugary carbohydrates
- Loretta (6/5): Not the best. - Old. Kinda seedy. Not kept up. No ice machine. You have to go to front desk and they give you half of a container. Hot tub and pool not in service. I turned on the sink faucet and the handle popped off. It wasn’t even attached. Bed was comfortable.
- Keri L (10/5): - It is ok for a very fast overnight but If longer I'd spend more for white bedspreads and there's an old odor I couldn't hang out with long but it was just overnight so it was fine.
- Ralph (7/5): Reasonable for a one night stand - Clean Pool not open
Mediocre continental breakfast
- James (8/5): - Staff very kind and helpful
- Emily (2/5): - I went to the hotel for the second night to stay since my confirmation was sent to me and showed I was reserved. When I got to the hotel the clerk said he couldn’t find me. He said he knew about the one reservation I had the night before but not tonight. He took my card and drivers license to see. He asked if I was sure. I told him yes. I gave him my confirmation number AFTER showing him the app on my phone that clearly shows I have a reservation. He said another name, of a man (not even a woman) shows under my confirmation number. He said he’s already checked in. He sent us away and told us to contact Expedia. Come to find out not only was I correct but he has 4 openings still showing on the site. Why didn’t he just help get us in? Or offer us a new room with a new booking and tell me to ask Expedia about my reservation afterward?
- Kyla (6/5): Pleasant - Clean Hard to get to location
- KIMBERLY (2/5): - Staff was not courteous, my bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. And the next day two staff members were yelling, using vulgar language and it sounded like the were fighting up and down the hall. I had a 5 year old child with me. We were scared to go out into the hall during this time. When I told him we were leaving he refused to give me a refund. This was the MOST HORRIBLE experience I have EVER RECEIVED in a hotel or anywhere, for that matter!!! Do NOT stay here if you expect a good night's sleep, clean room or courteous staff!
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
- Ernest (7/5): Good -
- Schwaderer (1/5): Bad - Nothing about the place was good I didn't like the fact that I got the room because of the hot tub and the pool and then you get there and they say it's under maintenance of course it is
