• ebhowe (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - The worse place we stayed at… 1- talking about a courtyard view… no no courtyard but rather a lift-shaft! awful. 2- Be ware they are linked with the B52 night club and it is an open night club in the street, (so you know), all the rooms come with hear plugs! but for us actually not having a nicer room on the harbour the night club was not an issue. 3- however the after party in the hotel bar was a real nightmare!! full music till… 4.08 am plus clear up moving furniture for another hour… 4- hotel is now ignoring our request for a refund as we did not sleep between 2.30am and 5.30am (which we used to find another hotel for our second night) due to the noise of the bar and the bar belong to the hotel, so can’t say it was a neighbour…we were however allowed to check out early! 5- very expensive for what you get even if it was quiet DO NOT BOOK
• elaine (2/5): - Very noisy, there is a club next door playing music till 1.00 -1.30 am in addition we were kept away until 4.00 am we were told it was a staff party, but appeared to be a lock in. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out the following day as we found another hotel
• Qing (6/5): - Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen, Do. und Fr. Bereits bei der Einreise wurden wir gesagt, dass der Nachtclub neben an bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht Musik spuelen wird. Machtrihe am Donnerstag war nach 1 Uhr möglich, am Freitag erst um 2 Uhr. Es ist extrem laut, mit Oropax hatten wir immer noch das Gefühl, dass der DJ neben uns Musik spielt. Das ist schade. • Thomas (1/5): Courte comme mes nuits - Literie confortable, dame de l’accueil au 5ème étage très gentille Je peux facilement commencer par les nuisances sonores du bar dansant ou plutôt la boite de nuit à ciel ouvert (b52) qui partage sa musique à un niveau très élevé avec tout le port, imaginez donc dormir devant !? L’avantage c’est que nous n’avions pas besoin de payer pour y être ! Et ce tous les soirs jusqu’à 1h du matin. Des boules quies sont fournies mais bon ça ne change pas la perception du son. Il y a aussi la très mauvaise isolation de la chambre avec des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement, l’isolation entre les chambres quasiment inexistante mais le plus drôle c’est les affiches dans le bâtiments demandant a ne pas faire de bruit alors que le personnel de ménage ne se genre pas avec le chariot et les coups dans tous les murs assez tôt le matin. De plus c’est la première fois que je vais dans un hotel qui ne remet pas de bouteilles d’eau après le nettoyage de la chambre, déjà que les seules bouteilles fournies étaient très petites.. alors certes ce n’est pas obligatoire mais c’est bien dommage surtout qu’il fait chaud et soif ! Et au prix de la chambre je trouve ça dingue.

• Antonino (10/5): Great location. Nice restaurant staff. - We had a petite breakfast that was very nice and fresh. The nice girl got it early for us before the ferry. We were warned about the loud music from the bar which was a noise not music. Managed to sleep ok.

Mauvaise insonorisation pas à cause du bar d’à côté mais des passages dans les couloirs des chambres. Et le petit déjeuner qui avait l’air coûteux pour la quantité proposé donc, nous ne l'avons pas pris là.

• Euan (7/5): Great central location to experience Bonifacio - Hotel is right in the centre so an amazing location - and also lots of gated parking which was convenient in such a tight spot. The rooms, of a decent size, though had good and bad. The bad was, to be fair, previously advertised, which is the noise from the dj and bars nearby partying until about 1am - and the lack of a shower curtain on the bath/shower. The floor tiles are gloss and the water goes everywhere, making it a nasty slip and fall just waiting to happen, no idea why they don’t just put a shower curtain up?! The good was a kettle!! The only place we stayed in our trip that put a kettle in the room and we had a few wonderful cups of tea which we really appreciated. The breakfast is not a hotel breakfast but basically just going to the cafe on the ground floor and paying menu prices - which are not cheap! The whole town we found to be very expensive overall but still well worth visiting. The noise levels from outside - but the hotel is up front about it and it wasn’t bad enough to keep us awake. Main issue is no shower curtain

Si tratta di una costruzione costruita in verticale con percorsi un po' complessi, corridoi stretti e ascensore molto piccolo. Bagno pulito ma con sanitari un po' vecchi. Il rubinetto del bidet (qui c'è!) mi è rimasto in mano.

• Catherine (6/5): Hôtel bien situé mais un peu cher au vu des prestations fournies. - L'emplacement et la vue depuis la chambre était très agréable, la literie était très bonne. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d'un parking pour la voiture. La chambre a été repeinte mais l'ambiance reste vieillotte, surtout la salle de bain qui est vraiment datée. Une des tasses mises à disposition dans la chambre comportait des traces de lèvres. Nous l'avons signalé à la femme de chambre qui s'est contentée de la nettoyer à l'eau dans la salle de bain. Le rapport qualité prix ne comprend pas à nos attentes.

• Claire (7/5): Great hotel in a prime location. - Fab location. Right in the thick of things looking out over the marina in Bonifacio. The restaurant was lovely but a little overpriced for the quality of food that we got. It’s probably not the spot if you go to bed early or have a young family because there was quite a lot of noise at night from the bars along the waterfront. We didn’t mind it though as we were usually still out ourselves so it didn’t bother us.

• Ian (10/5): - Nous avons adoré l'ambiance avec le bar B52! Ça fait effectivement beaucoup de vibration le soir jusqu'à 1H30 même dans les chambres qui ne font pas face à la marina, mais c'est tolérable avec les bouchons. Chambre très propre, mais un peu humide.

• Mauro (6/5): Posto carino, posizione fantastica. Prezzo esagerato rispetto al comfort che ti propongono. - Posizione ottima, affacciato direttamente sul porto. Annesso all'hotel c'è un club famoso il b52 che ogni sera mette musica ad altissimo volume fino ed anche oltre le 3:00 am. Le camere sono poco insonorizzate e se vuoi rilassarti non è proprio il massimo.

Les lits très confortables et chambre meublée à l’ancienne mais pratique. Jolie chambre mais mobilier et salle de bain à l’ancienne, pas de VMC, murs noircis, aucun sèche cheveux. Joli hôtel très bien placé mais les chambres (surtout les salles de bain) ont besoin d’être « modernisées ».

• Klaus Bernd (8/5): - Tolle Lage, nettes Hotel, perfekter Parkplatz mit fussläufiger Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt sowie des Hafens. Allein das Fenster unseres Zimmers mündete in einen Lichtschacht. Ich habe oftmals den Eindruck, dass sofern man ein Hotel über ein Portal bucht und nicht direkt, die schlechtesten Zimmer erhält. Ich war früher Kunde bei booking und habe nach über 60 Buchungen einen Überblick!

• Wouter (1/5): Waardeloos, we zijn snel vertrokken - Ligging De open lucht disco zorgt ervoor dat je tot 04.00,uur echt geen oog dicht doet. Zelfs met de meegeleverde oordoppen leek het alsof de dj in je kamer stond te draaien. Na 02.00 uur nog flessen gerinkel en feestgangers tot 04.00 op straat.

Établissement très propre 👌 Pour le prix le mobilier est vieillot la chambre manque de charme . Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de terrasse ou de petit balcon car le cadre est magnifique
• Laura (6/5): Buena ubicación pero demasiado ruido por la noche - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, tiene unas vistas preciosas y es muy cómodo para visitar el pueblo. El hotel tenía debajo un bar/discoteca de fiesta suyo que, desde las 22h hasta la 1h30 de la mañana, tenía un DJ y fiesta en la calle, justo debajo de las ventanas de la habitación, por lo que no podíamos dormir hasta que la fiesta terminara. Nadie nos había avisado de eso, y es algo importante saber antes de reservar un alojamiento al que vas a descansar. Por otro lado, la habitación no tenía frigorífico para guardar comida y bebida. Para nosotros, en verano, es un punto importante. Y respecto al desayuno, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de desayuno, sino que tiene un restaurante en el que puedes desayunar. Sin embargo, al llegar nos preguntaron si queríamos desayunar en el hotel por 12.50€, dando a entender que por ese precio desayunabas como huesped. Realmente, por ese precio tenías un "menu" de desayuno, que no estaba mal, pero que no era lo que parecía que te ofrecían al llegar.

• Guest (4/5): Bon emplacement, bon accueil mais beaucoup trop bruyant - Accueil chaleureux par le personnel, bon emplacement, accès au port très pratique par l’ascenseur de l’hôtel Extrêmement bruyant. Impossible de dormir avant 2h (bar avec musique juste à côté). Ensuite des travaux ont eu lieu très tôt sur le matin vers 6h environ (perceuse….)

Had an amazing dinner in the restaurant and the brothers who runs it are fantastic. But it’s VERY expensive so take a look at the menu before making a reservation. We had a fish 1,2 kg for €250! But a great experience. Really small room and a standard double overloking a courtyard full of AC or something. Did’t even see the sky. So not worth the price even for the location. The 2 girls in the reception were not very serviceminded. They didn’t make you feel welcome.

Negativ: Dundrende, høy musikk fra en nightclub med diskotek på gateplan like ved hotellet. Hvis du får et rom med utsikt mot port med de dyreste yachtbåter i verden, får du ikke sove frem til kl.01.30.

Le parking, espace fermé le long de la route qui monte à la citadelle est un vrai plus pour stationner en toute sérénité. Notre chambre n'avait pas de vue. Salle de bains avec une baignoire, moins à ma convenance que la douche.

No refrigerator in the room and the bar/club next door parties until 1-2am. The hotel provided earplugs although it was quite loud & disruptive.

• Janis (3/5): Nie wieder – Club statt Hotel: Laute Nächte garantiert, Schlaf ausgeschlossen - Gute Lage Ich war für fünf Nächte im Hotel gebucht, habe meine Reise jedoch nach vier Nächten vorzeitig abgebrochen, da der Aufenthalt schlicht unzumutbar war. Hintergrund: Direkt zum Hotel gehört der Open-Air-Club B52, der sich unmittelbar auf dem Hotelgelände befindet. Dieser Club spielt jede Nacht von etwa 22:00 Uhr bis 2:00 Uhr extrem laute Musik – in meinem Zimmer wurden Lautstärken von 55 bis 80 Dezibel gemessen. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken – vier Nächte ohne Nachtruhe, trotz Zimmerwechsels und wiederholter Beschwerden an der Rezeption. Bereits am ersten Abend, als ich gegen 1:00 Uhr an der Rezeption um Hilfe bat, wurde mir lediglich geraten, ich solle „einen Spaziergang machen“. Kein Scherz. In den darauffolgenden Tagen habe ich mehrfach das Gespräch gesucht – keinerlei Entschuldigung, keine Lösung. Stattdessen wurde stets nur auf einen vagen Hinweis auf Booking verwiesen, dass es möglicherweise zu Lärm kommen könne. Dass es sich dabei aber um eine durch das Hotel selbst betriebene Outdoor-Disco handelt, war im Vorfeld keineswegs klar erkennbar. Besonders irreführend: Im hoteleigenen Aufzug wird abends auf eine „Ruhezeit ab 22:00 Uhr“ hingewiesen – eine Farce, wenn der Club zur gleichen Zeit die Musik aufdreht. Die Altstadt Bonifacios ist ab 23:00 weitgehend ruhig – einzig der hoteleigene Club ist noch geöffnet. Nach vier schlaflosen Nächten reiste ich vorzeitig ab. Auch dabei: keinerlei Reaktion oder Bedauern seitens der Rezeption. Es schien dem Hotel schlichtweg egal zu sein, dass Gäste massiv unzufrieden sind und buchstäblich keine einzige Nacht schlafen konnten. Der Dame an der Rezeption war die frühzeitige Abreise gleichgültig. Fazit: Wer schlafen möchte, sollte dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall buchen. Wer feiern will, kann auch gleich nur den Club besuchen – ein „Hotel“ ist das jedenfalls nicht.

• Luc (5/5): - L emplacement, le personnel sympathique, le parking Le bruit nocturne… un bar musical avec DJ la nuit juste à côté… on nous annonce à la réservation du bruit jusqu’à 01h mais ça dépasse largement cet horaire… d’ailleurs des bouchons d oreilles sont mis à disposition dans la chambre ! Ce est pas annoncé aussi clairement que cela! Le vendredi soir c est réellement infernal…
• Willems (8/5): Pleasant stay in lovely Bonifacio - Zeer goede locatie en propere kamer. Alles zoals beschreven Muziek van de bar onderaan tot 1h30 in de nacht maar was vermeld dus waren hiervan op de hoogte.
