- Simon (2/5): They need to do better - Location was good. The place was filthy. Mould in the bathroom, we couldn't use the spa as the vets looked like they had never been cleaned. The ceiling fans were thick with dust like they had never been wiped. There was rubbish and kids toys behind the bed side tables. They clearly never cleaned behind the tables.
We had 3 people booked to stay there, yet they kept only supplying 2 towels and 2 bottles of water even though we reminded them we had 3 people.
My daughter was sick in her bed and we asked for the sheets to be changed. All they did was make the bed. She slept in vomit for 3 nights

It was reasonably priced It wasn’t as clean as I expected and there was a really bad smell in the lift and lobby area. Really poorly stocked for a unit

On third floor, with good lift access from car park. Comfortable beds, rooms layout. Close to restaurants for evening meal out. Daily cleaning, towels replacement, bed making. - Evans (9/5): Spacious and quiet. Luxurious apartment with the amenities of a big hotel. - Excellent breakfast buffet at the hotel but no onsite dining at lunch or dinner. The room was ready an hour early so we could check in at no extra cost. Staff were happy to hold our bags in a locked room for the day we checked out. The pool at the hotel across the road is great. The area is a bit industrial looking. There are also a lot of pubs. I would like to be nearer to The Strand next time.

- Mikey (8/5): Overall, it was fine for one night. I’d been mindful that if you don’t mind early noise from the metalworks behind the a - The property was tidy and had the amenities we required. It's pretty central as we only needed to stay one night before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, the lift to the apartment has a strong odour. It smells damp and unpleasant. I agree with others that this needs attention. Additionally, the single toilet in the apartment is old and made of deteriorating plastic, which smells very bad. It just needs a new toilet and seat. The apartment backs onto small businesses. Unfortunately, from 6am, these premises are noisy and clearly disruptive to those who want to rest longer.

The young lady at reception was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The cleaning staff were friendly and so polite.

Good bed and showers One of the bedrooms had no door between the bed and the ensuite, which I'm not a fan off, and no blinds for the ensuite window, so the room was quite light at night

It was mainly clean (some dust on skirting boards and on picture frames and a dead moth lying on the floor) and comfortable. One of the rooms was quite bright in the morning because there was no door to the en-suite and no shutters in the en-suite , which let lots of morning sunshine into the bedroom.
There was not enough cutlery - one one spoon and three forks.

Beim betreten hatte man immer einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch, der sich auch nicht verzogen hat. Es hat modrig gerochen, was Leier oft bei Apartments am Meer der Fall ist durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Für 1-2 Nächte kein Problem, bei längerfristigem Aufenthalt würde es mich stören.

Wir sind nur auf diese Unterkunft gekommen, weil wir unser vorheriges Hotel fluchtartig wegen Ungeziefer verlassen haben. Wir waren so froh als wir dort an der 24h Rezeption einchecken konnten und in diesem wirklich wunderbaren Apartment übernachten konnten.
Es ist alles vorhanden, sauber und kuschelig. Es war wirklich alles wunderbar und unsere Rettung.

Rooms were clean and set up with everything you need. The internet was a bit slow, and indoor parking was tight, but it wasn't a deal-breaker, as off-street parking was available.

The apartment was serviced every day which was something I wasn't expecting. I had left some of my belongings on the bed and received a card apologizing for not being able to make the bed because of this. Had I known the rooms were being serviced I would have made sure not to leave anything on the bed. Fantastic service can't fault. Parking was a little tight. I wasn't sure where to check in to the apartment and had to phone to get directions to the reception as I had booked on Booking.com.

Will definitely stay again. The parking spaces were not suitable for medium to large cars, to get in and out of easily. We even watched a small sedan have to do a 4 point turn to get out of their allocated space.
The space we were allocated was next to the laundry cages. There was a sign asking us to ensure there was sufficient space for the cage doors to open....there was absolutely not enough space. The cage doors, would go over the car park lines in order to fully open. My car now has a lovely deep scratch from the latch on the gate.
