O senhor da recepção, um brasileiro (infelizmente esqueci seu nome), Foi extremamente prestativo, gentil e profissional e nos deu toda a assitência necessaria. Bem como outros recepcionistas que mostraram que gostam do que fazem. O hotel do restaurante. Esperavamos mais de um restaurante tao conceituado.

La habitación muy cómoda, con disponibilidad de opciones en el frigobar y cafetera con cápsulas disponibles. El agua caliente de la ducha, fenomenal. Cuenta con un solarium y una mini piscina enfrente (con toallones disponibles) ideal para la tarde de calor que nos tocó. Muy lindo de verdad.

• SDRIDES (10/5): Perfect location. - Charco is in an ideal location in old town, with a fabulous small dining area overlooking the water. The facilities are modern and clean, The staff is very helpful and always friendly. Just a really comfortable, quite palce to enjoy the town. Nothing to add.

Achei as opções do cardápio do café da manhã limitadas, para um hotel praticamente boutique e pelo elevado valor da estadia (justificada pelo conforto do quarto e das instalações). O café da manhã tem opções limitadas de pratos a serem pedidos (não há bufet) e não foi oferecida a repetição ou complemento.

• Lukas (8/5): - Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es gibt nichts besonderes zu beanstanden außer die Preis-/Leistung. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse (und wir waren in einer Suite) ist es deutlich zu laut. Man hört jeden Gast der ins Hotel rein- und rausgeht, da die Zimmer am Eingang sind und die Eingangstür unglaublich laut ist. Es fehlt an einer ordentlichen Begrüßung (etwas zu trinken oder ein warmes Tuch, stattdessen mussten wir 15min vor verschlossenen Türen warten). Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, die Betten bequem. Das Restaurant sehr gut! Auch beim Checkout hatten wir ein Taxi auf eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellt, was entweder vergessen wurde oder einfach deutlich zu spät kam… insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, wir würden wiederkommen aber nur zu anderen Preisen. Bei über 200€ pro Nacht sollte mehr drin sein und ich erwarte besseren Service. Das Frühstück war okay aber sehr Basic.

• Sigrid (9/5): Zeer aangenaam en prachtig gelegen in het centrum van Colonia. Restaurant was heel sfeervol - Prachtig hotelletje, sfeervol en goed gelegen! Kamers (buiten het hoofdgebouw) waren een klein beetje kil. Vermoedelijk is dit door de tijd van het jaar.

O quarto tem uma decoraçao clean e charmosa e o restaurante do hotel eh bem gostoso. O armario cheirava mofo. O ar condicionado do quarto estava muito, muito sujo. Cabeceira da cama tinha poeira atras… Banheiro sem ventilaçao (fica umido por muito tempo).

(Room number 1). There was a door outside the room on the street side which the restaurant staff used. It was very squeaky. I would recommend room 2 which is similar but less noisy.

Staff was amicable and cleanliness was spot on It can be noisy early in the morning as it's in the middle of the touristic area and the first tourists get around early in the day so if you want to sleep in it might be difficult. Still would recommend this hotel with that caveat.

• Carol (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Charco Hotel… enjoying very much the restaurant and the spacious, beautiful room. We stayed in a Suite (Room 2) and the room was lovely. But the bathroom was tiny and it was directly on the street at the entrance (even before the reception área). Fortunately, the street was a quiet one, and noise was not a problem. I would highly Recommend the hotel and restaurant.

• Alison (7/5): Great boutique hotel .. good location - Small groovy little boutique style property. Room was good and bed very comfortable.. restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Small pool but nice. I wouldn’t stay in Colonia.. could pop in for half a day and travel on. That’s not the hotels fault!! The hotel works well and is great, perfect in fact .. we just wouldn’t stay in Colonia. Menu needs different options for lunch dinner .

We tried both breakfast and dinner at the facility, both were good. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The only thing is the tiny bugs that filled the pillows and the bed covers but I guess nothing you can do about that.

Banheiro muito bom e bonito, com amenidades de excelente qualidade e chuveiro com ducha forte. Restaurante muito bom e café da manhã gostoso - opções são oferecidas em um menu e servidas na mesa. Ponto alto - excelente localização! Hotel para se voltar várias vezes…
• Thomas (10/5): - A wonderful boutique hotel with only 7 rooms right on the Rio de Plata. Best room is room 7 with balcony on the river. Service was great. Restaurant was a wonderful setting on the river with a limited menu. But enough choice for anyone and really good quality food. One of the very best around.
