Esterlyn Grace (5/5): The place was the only nearest place we could book urgently during the time. Nothing special on the place and amenities - Location. We only stayed one night to get sleep and shower before heading back to manila. Aircon is not cool. Bed feels unclean and itchy. Bath towels are worn out. We have to pay extra to rent bath towels at the one tagaytay hotel lobby.

Maria (7/5): Pretty disappointing. - Location First of all, we didn't realize that within the hotel, some rooms are being "rented" by the owner who bought "room units (mine was 8-O)." As such, my check-in was process was different from the rest of my family members (cousins, aunts, etc.) as they booked by themselves and I did mine. Because of this set-up, the internet (wifi) different from the rest of the hotel and when we asked for password we were given one that doesn't work, which the caretaker knew doesn't work but didn't give us any other option to have access to an internet, which we needed, of course. Also, the channel of the tv was very few, whereas my relatives had Netflix etc. Another issue is that when I was about to take a shower, there was no hot water so I took a shower in y relatives' room. When I got back I checked the heater system again and turned all the knobs (which I did earlier but still didn't work). Only when I turned the actual water knob at the bottom of the toilet bowl did it work. They should have made that ready knowing they will have guests so I would try to guess what to do to have hot water.

It was stinky and we immediately requested housekeeping to change the pillows which was promptly done. Problem was the headboard, which was made of fabric. Same smell. Good points: Fast check in and check out. Buffet breakfast was very good with many choices. Excellent service. Will still go back.
B (4/5): Overrated and overpriced - Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms 512 & 508 were horrible. Not what the picture shows, there were no towel swans on our beds. In fact the towels we had were thin and worn out. The bathroom is so small your knees touch the wall and you have to move around to open the door. Water pressure was low. The internet WiFi didn’t work in 512 and was poor in 508. The walls were stained with water from the AC unit and the floor in 508 was separating. Beds had a fitted sheet and comforter, no flat sheet. My room had dirty floors and a dirty balcony. Paid top dollar for the rooms but felt like I was staying in a 1 Star place. The breakfast area was very nice and staff was polite and pleasant.

Ma.luisa (8/5): Worth it! - Very good we love place the price is worth our stay only few things the one bedroom suite is very small next time id prefer the deluxe room which i think is the same size no slippers to use others are very good especially theres 7 11 in front of the hotel
Erik (8/5): One Tagaytay Place 12-13 Nov 2017 - Overall stay was great. Only thing we didn't like was the pool. It's not heated but view from pool deck was exhilerating. Hope they take time to improve it.
CJ (8/5): Good place - Hotel is a really good place, nice room with good amenities. Room is clean, but is smaller size than what we expected. Only con is that you can hear everything in the room. Our room is facing the function room and there was a party on our first night and my husband was not able to sleep until about 4am, when the party ended. Traffic is also bad in the area, but it is not the hotel's fault. The roads in Tagaytay is just really narrow. Besides that, our stay has been wonderful. Food is really good. Staff are all friendly and accomodating too.
Verified traveler (4/5): - The 1st room they gave us smells like an old house and the bed sheets was not in good condition. The 2nd room provided to us was a connecting room. The other room has an infant and we can really hear the baby when he's crying so we asked to be transferred to another room because we booked for 2 nights.
Rochelle (6/5): - I wasn't able to sleep well 'coz you could hear next door occupants talking & laughing at 2am. We did not like their buffet breakfast. The choices were only crispy tawilis, longganisa & scrambled eggs. Not worth 600 per head. They have coffee maker inside the room but there was no coffee, tea or creamer available.
Leila (6/5): - We had stayed at the hotel twice with my family, the staff were courteous and accommodating. However our last stay was disappointing. The rooms available were at the ground and second floors only. Breakfast ran out of food because of a reserved function.
