• Moyra (7/5): - It was easy to get to. The bed was comfortable. It was very secure. There was nowhere to put toiletries, as in a wash bag etc in the bathroom. The bathroom was very basic.

Nuestra habitación daba hacia atrás en el edificio y a pesar se haber mucho ambiente de fiesta alrededor y ruido no se escuchaba nada en la habitación, muy bien aislamiento de la calle. Tuvimos que esperar por la habitación 25’ aunque llegamos dentro del horario de checkin; el suelo de madera bastante ruidoso (se escuchaba de otras habitaciones cuando se levantaban muy temprano o durante la noche), y nos encontramos dos cucarachitas.

• grainne (10/5): - Clean and bright room and a great location I would definitely stay here again. There is very little communal space but that did not bother me ...it's more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There is a supermarket on the street and endless coffee shops etc .
• Victoria Sibila (5/5): Céntrico pero con muchas carencias - Muy buena ubicación en el mismo centro si vas a ver todo a pie o en tranvía. La puerta del baño se quedaba abierta porque el picaporte estaba roto. El suelo cruje muchísimo y las paredes son de papel, se escuchan las cañerías cuando tiran hasta de la cadena o alguien se ducha al lado. Por la mañana en la zona de la cocina había personas durmiendo en el sofá de la cocina, hecho que da muy mala imagen y nos causó cierto estupor. No creo que repitiéramos.

• Jose Ramón (7/5): - La zona en la que está situado es excepcional. Es un punto de partida muy bueno para toda lo que vayas ha hacer en tu visita. La puerta de la habitación 322 solo cerraba con cerrojo sino quedaba abierta, era vieja al igual que la ventana. Es en general bastante austero.

• Perla (10/5): Perfecto para una estancia cómoda en Bilbao - Ubicación excelente! En el centro histórico. No se puede llegar con el auto porque es zona peatonal. Nosotras los dejamos en un parking a 3 cuadras que tiene descuento para este alojamiento (Parking Indigo Arenal) La habitación es moderna, cómoda y luminosa. La nuestra daba a la calle, pero tiene ventanas insonorizadas, no hubo problemas para dormir. Camas cómodas, toallas/toallones buenos. Pava eléctrica, con te y café de cortesía. Nada, Estuvo todo bien

• Michelle (2/5): What a dump. - The young lady at reception was courteous, and helpful. What a dump. We wanted to stay in the Old City and chose a "boutique" hotel, based on the photos on booking.com. Lets just say, "false advertising" on booking.com. This is not the first time we have experienced this either. Last trip to Lisbon was also a disaster, where I had to check into another hotel last minute. The room was small, you could hear your neighbors through the walls, had to leave the window open to get air circulation, bathroom was tiny, minimal towels and no amenities. 3 keys to get into the place. Not up to our standards at all.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber ich habe nichts anderes erwartet. Was toll wäre, wenn es im allgemeinen Aufenthalt fliessendes Wasser hätte, aber es es war gut gelöst mit Wasser in einem Krug.

• Patricia (10/5): Perfecta - Ubicación perfecta. Pese a estar en el centro la habitaciójln es muy silenciosa. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño enorme. Muy limpia y el personal muy agradable. Estuvimos muy cómodod, pero solo por si sirve, para acceder al baño, al menos el de nuestea habitación hay un escalón alto que a algunas personas les podria resultar un problema.

Wunderschönes helles Zimmer und grosszügiges Badezimmer - wunderbar ausgestattet. Eine Bett-Decke anstelle von zwei Bett-Decken. Jeden Abend Lärm von der nahegelegenen Bar.
• Ron (9/5): A good place to stay in the old town in Bilbao - This is a really great, handy place to stay in the old town, but also just minutes to the main road for buses and trams to other areas in the city such as the Guggenheim, bus station, shopping areas etc..the room was good, very comfortable and clean and the staff are nice. Recommended. Nothing, everything was good.

• Silvia (7/5): - Son pet friendly y fueron muy simpáticos y muy atentos con nuestra perra. Tenían en la habitación preparado para ella: cama, bebedero y comedero. La ubicación era perfecta, en la misma catedral. La habitación estaba helada cuando llegamos. No tenían puesta la calefacción y no nos explicaron cómo ponerla (estaban los fusibles bajados). El suelo es muy antiguo y suena bastante al andar.
• Gabriel (7/5): Habitación bien. Servicio...no tanto - El sitio donde está y la habitación estaban bien pero la atención no tanto. A pesar de haber puesto la hora de llegada (22:00 - 23:00), me tuvieron esperando más de media hora en la puerta. Resulta que tenía código para entrar, pero no me lo habían facilitado. Y no pude salir porque el señor desapareció enseguida y tampoco me lo dió.( Me quedé sin cenar). Esto era cerca de las 00:00 No sé si por el día será diferente, pero desde luego esa experiencia no fue buena.
