• Tshepiso (8/5): Location, location, location! - The location and the view was breathtaking. The property itself was clean and had beautiful finishes. We were not allowed to check in at 14:00 as we had anticipated. They insisted that we can only check in at 17:00 and they refused for us to check out later. The fridge was not fully functional but there was a bar fridge. There were a couple of globes that were not working.

• Visser (10/5): Amazing - Host met us at the property. She was very friendly and helpful. All questions were responded to quickly. It’s a beautiful area and the flats view was amazing. The area is very nice and safe. The flat facilities was more than was expected and very convenient. Nothing I can think of. The on sweet bathroom was connected to the main bedroom without a door in between and could be a concern for some people looking for privacy.
• Vikashnee (8/5): It was beautiful, loved the ocean view, and the cleanliness. - No breakfast as it was self catering. Liked the ocean view, and the spaciousness of the apartment. It was cold, and we needed a better heater. Heating in individuals rooms should be considered in winter.

• Bogdan (1/5): Host is a disgrace and dangerous!!! He ignored our messages and calls and we ended up sleeping in the car with 2 childr - AVOID THIS HOST!!! We ended up in the street with 2 children at night because the host Mr.Neville Cooper refused to respond to any of our messages and calls after 7 pm as per the photos attached! NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!! Host didn’t answer to our messages or phones in the evening after 7pm and we ended up sleeping on the street at 9pm with 2 children(reservation paid in advance)

• De (8/5): it was ok, we got load shedding but there were lamps that were charged. - The place was lovely. We just couldn't watch much tv because the cables were out No normal tv watching

• Andrea (10/5): The Stay that makes you want to Stay. - The view, the comfort, the apartment, Everything we needed was right there in walking distance. Checking out at 10, it would've been so good to sleep in a bit later. But I understood why the check out time had to be 10am.

• Shiela (9/5): Good - The apartment was clean...there were no pots for cooking but when we ask Neville about them he brought a box of new pots I expected white linen and the only bed that was comfortable was the main bedroom..the others were not comfortable. In future he must put a blanket in each bedrooms cupboard in case we get cold

• Perisha (7/5): Good - Very conveniently located. A few steps away and you on the beach. A beautiful view. The location is perfect. The apartment is decent. Good enough for a holiday. The washing machine tubler dryer and dishwasher made things convenient however you need to buy your own washing powder etc which is kind of counterproductive. The stove didn't seem to work. Toilet in main bedroom didn't flush properly. Third bedroom door doesn't lock.
• Elinda.coetzee (9/5): Awesome stay! - The views from this unit is magnificent. Easy to find and on the metro bus route. Shopping centre under 2km away and restaurants in walking distance. We had an awesome stay. Not applicable - liked everything.
• Colette (7/5): Very Pleasnat - Excellent views and location. Host left a bottle of wine as a gift which was a nice touch. Basic coffee, tea, sugar, and milk were provided. There was no extra bedding, which made it difficult to share as some guests were not partners. There weren't 6 of each cutlery item. Some mugs were chipped and stained. No extra dustbin bags were provided, one bin bag wasn't sufficient for 6 days.

Don't expect much, photo aare deceiving.. I requested 2 discs for entrance to property - no reply. Arrival good.. Property location good, Kitchen - dissappointing. Bathrooms - dissappointment. Kitchen - equipment is old, draws with Checkers bags scrunched in. Bathroom . Cupboard in rooms not cleared out properly.
• Gerrie (3/5): Poor - The location is superb if you remain around blouberg. Traffic going anywhere is terrible for most parts of the day. We arranged a late check in. The host did not answer his telephone. We started arranging alternative accomodation. Then made one last attempt to try and contact the security using an emergency number. They then managed to raise the host who was sleeping. The kitchen is derelict.

• Luis (8/5): Lovely comfortable and stunning views, very spacious - Location and sea views are fantastic Access into main building was a problem, called host but no reply. Eventually someone from another apartment let us in to building and we were able to retrieve keys for the apartment. It would also be great if apartment had 2 sets of keys. Disappointed with dusty floors and unclean windows.
• Erens (10/5): An amazing stay we had 😄😄 - The property was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely make use of the same property. Truly happy with everything Nothing at all.
• Lerato (6/5): Nice location but the apartment needs some attention as some appliances and items were worn. - The proximity to the beach and the Blouberg area The apartment had only one bathroom. Door handles were either loose or broken. A lot of the furniture and appliances were old and worn out.
• Lindsey (7/5): December family time - The position and view. The bedrooms were comfy although no extra blankets for colder weather. Lounge and dining room were great. Bathrooms were good. The kitchen as a whole. The cutlery, crockery and pots and pans could do with an upgrade.
• Silence (8/5): Sea view holiday - The property is of close proximity to the beach. Furthermore, it offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean and Robben Island. The host, Neville, was very accommodative and welcoming. The property is in a very safe and secure complex. No ensuite bathroom in any of the bedrooms. Also, no BBQ facilities.

• Zifile (8/5): Blouberg Heights - It was a home away from home. I had three kids with me, and the washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver! And the view was superb. Occasional shut down of elevators; prompting staircase use.

It had the perfect morning beach view, robben island view and table mountain view. It gave us Cape Town in. A nutshell Nothing
• Ferdouz (7/5): Girls trip - View It was very cold as we went during winter. We would have appreciated an aircon or more powerful heater to warm up the place. The heater in the unit did not warm up the area at all. I would also encourage the owner to purchase electric blankets and thicker blankets. We were very cold at night. Furthermore, we found the apartment to be a bit dusty. Other than that, the location and views of the apartment are absolutely stunning.

• Kungoane (9/5): A memorable stay. - The area was centrally located, easy access to most amenities. Pleasent stay since we never experience noise or traffic pollution. Clean linen and no ants' or cockroaches' infestations. If possible, please supply the cleaning material like dish washing liquid, scrabbing and sink rags on arrival. With the advertising of the room, what the website shows is the inside of the apartment plus the ocean view from the windows. If possible, please show the entrance area from the gate including the outside photo of the flats. Please also install some electricity backup units to power all the lights, change the stove from electrical to Gas or supply a two-plate gas stove for emergency use.

• Natalie-ann (1/5): Shocking experience - The location The misleading photos posted opposed to what was seen inside the flat. Broken chair full of holes, bedding not washed properly and the list goes on. When contacting the owner, he was extremely rude
• Sanette (5/5): Passable - Friendly and helpful host, the view is fantastic, the location is good, the apartment is in a very safe complex and the apartment is spacious. It was not clean at all and the apartment have very limited frying pans and cooking utensils. The kitchen and toilet were disappointing as it was not at all clean and the toilet had a bad smell when we arrived. We also bought our own toilet cleaner to use, and bought some dishcloths as the ones in the kitchen were unusable. The towels were not usable as it was full of lint that you could not get off your body. Very disappointing.
