La salle de bain était fonctionnelle mais un peu vieillote. Le personnel était au petits soins, le petit-déjeuner très complet, avec des produits sans gluten. Et la cadre est splendide.

La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Bouilloir disponible. Litterie confortable. Lampe de chevet un peu trop éblouissante. Salle d'eau assez grande entièrement plastifiée facon cabine de bateau avec rideau de douche. Il manque juste la boite a mouchoir pour etre complet.

- Kaori (10/5): - 私はホテルのコンサルトをしていた10年間インテリアコーディネーターです。とても快適にホテルでの滞在をすごさせてもらいました。リヨンの郊外の静かな場所に立つこのホテルはお客様に安眠を保証してくれます。バスで30分の場所にあり近くのバス停には大型スーパーがあります。また、奥まった場所にある隣のレジデンスは過去の古城を再利用しているような場所でした。そのためか、ホテルも歴史を感じながらも広い敷地で心を寛がせる事ができます。客室はとてもオーセンティックなものですが、その分価格も抑えて利用する事ができます。また朝ごはんもとても充実しております。美味しいパンとおかずを提供してくれました。スタッフも24時間駐在しておりますので、安心して滞在する事ができます。私は日本人なので、これで温浴施設がついていたら最高だな！と思いました。ちなみに、カンファレンスルームやミーティングルームもあるため、会社の研修によく使われる施設だそうです。

- Mark (6/5): Out of town and functional - This is, I am guessing, mainly a conference hotel. Its great location is just out of town and benefits from its massive grounds. The room we were allocated was adequate if a little spartan. The wet room is a pre built cubicle but everything worked well. There is a Lidl nearby. All the staff were polite and super helpful. We chose this hotel as we had a day in Lyon but we’re moving on early next day. Perfect.

- Sandrine (8/5): - Lyonnaise et Fidésienne de Coeur 💞c'est un immense plaisir d'avoir redécouvert ce lieu unique dans l'Ouest lyonnais qui est tout un symbole car je l'avais visité bien avant sa transformation en hôtel après la venue du Pape Jean-Paul II en 1986 à Lyon. Il séjourna dans le bâtiment monumental en pierres dorées en face du Domaine St Joseph🙏

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables pour y séjourner quelques jours au calme. J'ai apprécié l'accueil, l'espace pour se garer et la sécurité de ce lieu clôt. Petit déjeuner adapté à la demande ( pas de buffet car normes covid 19). De passage en soirée étape, je n'ai pu mesurer tous les bienfaits de cet établissement

Our vacation happened to land during 97⁰ weather it was a nightmare trying to sleep in the heat. We ended up moving to a different hotel And restaurant food is extremely expensive. Hotel is really nice and Friendly staff during winter i would give it 5 star rating because of the wonderful view.

- Douglas (10/5): - the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, good for relaxation after leisure travelling for 2 weeks. Parking on site is easy. One really needs a car for this location, where public transportation is out of the question. The room is really big considering most hotel rooms in France. However, given its size, its toilet is poorly designed as there is no partition between the shower and the toilet. Water splashed the floor in the toilet all wet after a shower.

- LUCA (6/5): - Vecchio monastero ristrutturato , ben lontano dalla parvenza di un hotel. Camere grandi, soffitto molto alto, in dicembre ho avuto freddo. La ristrutturazione fatta in modo approssimativo. Ristorante mediocre. In definitiva, rapporto qualità prezzo, c'è di meglio.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean but lacking in character. - It looks charming in the photos but in reality the personality has largely been stripped out of the building as it was adapted for large group bookings. It's perfectly fine but lacks warmth.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great escape, great value for the money! - Beautiful space, clean, nice room, safe neighborhood, quite. Close and convenient to the city. Only drawback was lack of an AC in the room (heat of course, and luckily it was spring so not hot yet) and we had to ask for a second towel. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Europa League Final - Ample accommodation in tranquil surroundings, handy if Lyon's full (such as for the UEFA Europa League Final). Great service by the hotel in providing football fans with prescriptive instructions on how to get to the stadium by either public transport or car. Although accessible by bus (until 00:30 ordinarily), better if you have your own transport (can be quite tricky to establish entrance location). Rooms & bathrooms fairly basic & quite cold (in May), decent choice at breakfast buffet. WiFi sound.

- Favid (6/5): Impressive building and acceptable accommodation - Superb evening meals but limited breakfasts. No hot food which is a shame. Not much storage space in the bedroom. Only one bedside cabinet. Adequate tea and coffee making facilities but why condensed milk for hot drinks? The shower was a wet room which flooded if the shower ran at anything other than a gentle flow. We both got very hot during the night. The heating was on. Strange. Overall the hotel is reasonable for the money.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Bad experience - we booked 2 single bed room, but ended up it is double bed. It was extremely bad experience. They told us there are only 10% 2-single bed rooms in the hotel, but we found there are plenty rooms with 2-signle beds. Anyway, we won't recommend to anyone about this hotel, not mention about remote area.
