• elisabeth (8/5): Great stay with the friendliest and most helpful hotel manager that one can ever hope for 😊 - The manager is wonderful and beyond helpful. He gives all sorts of proactive advice on places to go and see! He is also just fun to chat with and clearly loves his role! Location is not in a walkable area. Not a big problem since we had a vehicle.

• Arianna (8/5): Non c'è il ristorante e non si può fare colazone - lo staff molto gentile anche se non ci hanno mai avvisato sul fatto che la colazione andava prenotata. Comunque ci hanno dato indicazioni utilissime su altri ristoranti e da questo punto di vista sono stati gentilissimi e molto utili La colazione non è disponibile e la struttura deve essere avvisata 24 pre prima se si vuole avere la colazione., Nessuno ci ha avvisato prima di arrivare e neanche il primo giorno, questo ci ha tolto la possibilità di avere la colazione e ci siamo dovuti spostare in macchina per mangiare

• Coppélia (7/5): Etape pratique entre Jebel Sham et Djebel Akdhar - Nous étions dans une chambre familiale spacieuse et très pratique pour notre famille de 5. L'emplacement est intéressant entre Jebel sham et le Djebel Akdhar et à 20-25 minutes de Nizwa. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bons conseils sur les restaurants et visites. Notre chambre donnait sur la route principale et nous avons entendu les voitures toute la nuit. L'hôtel n'a aucun charme, ce qui n'était pas une surprise et correspond également au prix payé. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner le premier jour car le restaurant était fermé. (le petit dej n'était pas inclus)

L’appartamento era ampio pulito e dotato di tutti i confort, 2 camere 2 bagni cucina soggiorno lavatrice. è un po’ lontano dal centro ma sulla strada principale per altre interessanti destinazioni

The owners were even so involved and made sure we got the maximum out of our stay. This was by far the the best bang for buck and woild definitely revisit. Thank you Anu, Mohsin, Hassan and all team.

• Ted (10/5): - 10 stars. Rented an entire apartment for the night with my mate. ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE if you are considering going through Nizwa! Staff was super accommodating. The manager took time to chat with us, make us feel very welcomed and provided some recommendations for the area. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location is a bit removed from downtown, roughly 17 minutes, but that is fine if you have a car. Zero issues or complaints. Would absolutely stay again

• syed zain (8/5): - Really nice apartment style Hotel to stay at. We enjoyed the stay here. It was very roomy and spacious. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful when we needed things like extra Waters or towels. All I would say is that it would help if they invested in some new beds to make them more comfortable as well as new pillows but that's just feedback to help them improve.

• Mohammed (10/5): An apartment fit for a family of 4. - The rooms are spacious. Clean and have all the amenities that we required. It is a bit far from Nizwa. There is no shops nearby. Closest grocery shop is 5 mins by car.

This place is on one side of the city from there you can go to places nearby but the main attraction if you can say so, Nizwa Fort is on the other corner of the city
