- Bashiru (9/5): Marvellous - I was not very sure what to expect from a Nigerian hotel, but I was absolutely blown away by the facility and the staff, who were so respectful and professional. I would stay there over and over again and highly recommend the facility to anyone who wants a home away from home. It was quite a distance from the main road, but the beauty of the place didn't matter to my wife and me. We always had to obtain a security code to enter whenever we went out, but it was truly worth it. One suggestion for the hotel is to include the food price for the other adult (spouse) in the room rate.

- Ben (6/5): - Security of the estate is quite good and relatively quiet. Pool is not clean and some of the gym equipments are not great or working, hence limited if/when busy. Breakfast option is limited and felt like being under rations! Getting in and out of the estate can be quite challenging at times!

- Omo (10/5): The atmosphere was good, I love the staffs, they were so friendly and willing to help always. - The breakfast was lovely I actually enjoyed the breakfast For real I almost asked for more just have to maintain my steeze, the buffet Breakfast was actually so nice I must say the breakfast is among the best I've seen in Lagos so far. Front office staffs are so nice they made our stay really Pleasant. I was able to visit the gym also very good center with Nice facilities. The room is so clean kudos to the Rooms service also. The hotel securities / Officers are always Active l love to stay in a secured place like Astoria Hotel…. I was able to have good time at the pool area also My partner was able to swim we'll surely be right back as soon as we come back to Lagos.

- KAELO (7/5): - Location is good and the room was spacious. It's great that there's a small convenience store located right next to the property. A few things were not working initially, but maintenance attended to them quickly. I might be nitpicking here but I wish TV was HD.

- Phumla Dorcas (9/5): It was plenty awesome . I would definitely recommend the hotel - The location is fantastic . I love the entrance of the front desk and the waiting sitting area 🙌. The breakfast is for 2 guest per room . The bathroom needs a major makeover. Hate the pool area location and I could not swim as it was dirty . I don’t like how you enter the estate you get harassed by those security guards.

If I come back it’ll be because of them Everything tbh, the location it’s hidden too far inside Ikoyi you’d spend 10-15 minutes getting there from the main estate gate. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool from the top lol The rooms were so 19th century, soaps in the bathroom don’t foam at all. Omo I don’t want to pile on someone’s business, I just didn’t have a great experience there

The facilities like our AC unit, mirror, remote did not work properly and we also developed a bad cough which could have been as a result of the old AC unit. The water has a very bad taste which I can only presume got us all sick.

My flight was delayed and I got to the hotel few minutes before 12am as against the 2pm we earlier planned. I was shocked to receive a call from the reception on how I will be charged if I exceeded 12pm. Well she later apologised that the colleague she took over from didn’t inform her. Handing over note should be attached to exceptional cases like mine. I didn’t pay but checked out before 2pm and that settled it all for me. I still didn’t like the struggle though.

- Ama (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Park View Astoria in Lagos. The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally respectful, attentive, and always ready to assist with any query. The hotel is located in a secure residential estate, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommended.
