Many motorbikes and cars around the area, sound proofing was poor between walls and glass windows. Can hear the cars going past. Road noise was too loud. Couldn’t get any sleep at all. Can hear door beside kept on slamming shut

• Chong (5/5): Not a pleasant stay cos it’s too dusty. I hope the management will do something abt it. Tks - Good location. Many eateries and restaurants downstairs in the same stretch. Tiong coffee and toast is just downstairs too. Watson’s, pharmacies, laundry and money changers are on the same street as well. Short walking distance. Compliments to the hotel reception staff (morning shift). We had some problem with our room and he immediately changed a room for us. Our room blackout on 2nd night and he came to fix it immediately too 👍🏻 The toilet light is very dim in our first room. The room is very very dusty and dirty too. I spent some time to wipe off the dust on the Ikea cups, the trays and tables. But to my horror, the dust between the table and curtain is horrible. Hence we asked to change to another room. The 2nd room toilet lighting is better. Room is dusty too but less dusty as compared to the first room. The windows and frame is very dusty as well. The shower water pressure is very low too and water is not hot 🥲

• Verified traveler (8/5): Value for money, clean and simple for Permas area. - Overall a pretty decent and value for money hotel. Clean and simple. Had hair dryer as well but too bad no bar fridge even for deluxe king room. Aircon is a little cranky with the temperature but manegable. Parking is ample near many restaurant. Can't fault for the price and good stay at Permas area
