• Mạnh Nguyễn Đức (6/5): ok - KS sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, nhân viên phục vụ niềm nở, nhanh gọn. Ngay trung tâm nên thuận lợi di chuyển và tiếp cận dịch vụ, trong KS cũng nhiều tiện ích. có đĩa hoa quả trong giá phòng nhưng 2 phòng lại khác nhau :) Điểm trừ ở cái phòng cũ và nền không thảm, vòi tắm củ rù rù, bình nước nóng hỏng luôn. Ti vi bé tẹo chậm như rùa, ít kênh, nói chung cần nâng cấp để tăng trải nghiệm với tầm giá cao như vậy, nếu giữ nguyên thì giảm giá thì hợp lý hơn :))

• MARTA (8/5): Camino de Halong - Hotel cómodo con piscina para un día de descanso. El desayuno me pareció pobre para la categoría del hotel. El personal no hablaba casi inglés. Tuvimos que llevar nuestras propias toallas a la piscina porque no ofrecían ese servicio.
• Sam (7/5): I would stay here again - Clean big modern rooms. Great location. The shower head is too low. Room 509, the toilet tank took too long to fill up. The secondary door chain keeps blocking the door. In room 510, the chain came off.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the price and crawling with roaches - This is THE premium hotel in Lang Son, and is on par with most of the hotels in North Vietnam. Unfortunately, my room had many roaches of varying sizes and the staff was unable to do anything about it. I killed more than 15 in the nights I stayed. The hotel is infested. The restaurant has an extensive dinner menu that guests cannot order most items from, so just go eat at another place. Breakfast was fine. The pool was a nice surprise, but is open to the public for a fee. If you don't want to swim with 50+ kids, swim early or late. The roof cafe has a lovely view of the city and surrounding mountains.

• Mick (6/5): Best of limited options - If you are going to Lang Son, be prepared for the lack of good hotel accommodation. After reading the reviews, we chose this Hotel (Club double room) as the only 4 star available - despite the negative comments in the reviews. Generally, we found the review comments to be very accurate. The restaurant meals were very good value but breakfast was a disaster every morning - either items run out or cold. Oily eggs and disinterested staff did not help. We overlooked the badly stained carpets in the public areas (didn't see a vacuum cleaner during our stay). The pool had green algae and is used as a public pool by the town children. The dragon fountain over the pool is a great feature.The spa bath has a retractable hand wand shower only. Water pressure was only just adequate making showing difficult. Unfortunately, this is the best Lang Son has to offer. On the positive side, the assistance provided by Staff for our travel was invaluable and the room rate very cheap.
