From the very first day, Erkan went above and beyond to make both me and my daughter feel genuinely welcome and cared for. His warm smile, kind nature, and attentive service truly stood out. He always took the time to ensure we were comfortable, remembered our preferences, and made every dining experience feel special. What impressed us most was his genuine hospitality,nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he treated us with such grace and professionalism throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, but Erkan certainly did. Thanks to him, our holiday was even more memorable, and we can honestly say that his service is one of the main reasons we would happily return to the hotel in the future. Even though our room booked through Sunshine wasn’t what we expected, the receptionist Snoer was extremely helpful and kind, and made sure everything was sorted for us. Great service and a wonderful experience overall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Stay29114141950 (2/5): Terrible Hotel - When I arrived at Fame Residence Lara & Spa on Monday, November 3rd, I expected a pleasant and luxurious stay but instead, I experienced one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I had made a confirmed and fully paid booking through a travel agency for a luxury family room and a single room. However, when I got to the reception, the man at the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. He demanded that I pay an additional €390, even though I had already paid in full. When I tried to explain and even called the emergency number and the travel agency, he still insisted on the extra payment. He even spoke with them but barely understood English, which made the situation even worse. In the end, I was forced to pay the extra amount, otherwise he refused to give us the rooms. It felt like pure extortion. When we finally got to the rooms, they were nothing like the luxury rooms we were promised old, poorly maintained, and far below any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, around 4 a.m., we were awakened by extremely loud noise from a truck unloading goods right outside the hotel. It was impossible to sleep. This entire experience was unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely ruined our trip. I will never return to this hotel, and I strongly warn everyone: do not book at Fame Residence Lara & Spa as they treat guests terribly and provide awful rooms at outrageous extra costs.
- Q4498DPdavep (2/5): Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! - We stayed at this hotel for the second time, expecting the same pleasant experience we had before. Unfortunately, what happened this time was absolutely unacceptable. When we arrived, the hotel manager refused to give us our rooms and demanded that we pay extra money, claiming that our friends and family (who booked from other countries) had to make their reservations separately. This was absurd — we had booked in exactly the same way during our previous stay with no issues at all. After a long and frustrating discussion with the manager, who could barely speak English, we contacted the travel agency’s emergency line for help. Unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the problem either. In the end, we were forced to pay an extra €400 just to get our rooms. The travel agency advised us to keep the receipts and file a complaint once we returned home. To make matters worse, the rooms we finally received were located in the noisiest part of the hotel, with loud music and shouting continuing until early morning — it was impossible to sleep! This experience completely ruined our holiday. The management was unhelpful, unprofessional, and dishonest. Please be extremely cautious and think twice before booking this hotel. We will never return, and we strongly recommend others to avoid it.

Skating Waiter Sabri, service drinks the pool roller skates he is incredible. Always smiling and full on energy. Sabri provided 5 star friendly service, great asset to the hotel. Kept the drinks rolling all day. Great choice of activities for all ages. Overall a nice chilled holiday.
- 94nienkes (10/5): Very Nice! - We went with the family. The waitstaff was super nice and hardworking. Every evening at the restaurant, we were helped by Hasan, a waitress. He's a super sweet man. Always cheerful and incredibly kind to children. He often checked on us to see if we still had enough to eat or drink, and he's always happy to have a chat! Thanks, Hasan! The hotel is super clean! The pool is beautiful and also very clean. We had a wonderful holiday here.

When you order something they bring it really fast and they always serve you with a smile. For example Hasan he is a really great guy with the sweetest smile, when you order something by him he always brings it fast and is always really sweet towards you. My nephew called him his favorite and he always remembers him and always calls him “my man” my nephew is happy to see him everytime. He is 10 years old. Hasan is great with kids. I’ve never been so happy with a server like him.

- Hend_Eltaweel87 (10/5): All inclusive (Enormous amounts of food) - We were first checked in in a tiny room with no balcony and in a very loust state.. After fighting at the reception and demanding that we receive our sea view room on a high floor as pre requested in the booking, we were moved to a magnificent room on the 5th floor, very spacious with a gorgeous balcony. The worst 2 things are the wifi and room AC. you can't change the temperature and it is already very humid outside, so you basically have to deal with hotness in and outdoors. Wifi connects in ALLLLL areas including the beach, but you have to enter username and passcode every single time you change the hall. Dinner is something out of this worlds. Huge amounts of food with great variety and taste. Breakfast wasn't equally impressive. In the evening there are entertainment shows on the beach. Flies are terrible though but there are complimentary drinks and snacks in almost every corner. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and you get to really enjoy the view and free food, but the weather is almost always humid and unbearable outside. If you take a cab to go to a newby shopping mall (they are plenty) you shall ask the driver to use the meter, they try to suck out cash from tourists. - jonmurby (10/5): Uk family, big age range, 6-82years, fantastic true 5* hotel would recommend ❤️ - Uk review from a family holiday (Turkey holiday no9!), including 3 children 6yr, 11yr, 14yr, adults 38yr 42yr 43yr and Nan 82yr (slight mobility disability) Fantastic holiday 5* all the way. Nothing wrong with this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and everything it had to offer. Location - 15-20 mins from Antalya airport we traveled with Four Springs Travel on a private transfer and they were great. The hotel is located in central Lara beach with good shops available outside the front of the hotel. It’s in between the Concord and a Delphin hotel on a lovely bit of Lara beach. You can only just about hear the ‘call to prayer’ from the nearest mosque speakers, so thought this location was perfect 5* few shops directly outside and in walking distance of larger markets and collections of shops each side, all across the main road 2-10mins walk from hotel. The local area outside is dusty and needs some improvement for the quality of hotels along this area, some uneven pavement and curbs also rubbish, but this is outside the hotel and is the same for all the expensive hotels in area just something that could be improved by hotels or government investing in the area. Reception/1st impression, security barriers then large fountain meet you as you turn into hotel from the main road. Then a grand reception revolving door, marble, porcelain with 2 glass lifts and a greeting table with drinks and snacks high ceilings and a tidy large reception desk gave a very impressive first impression. Reception staff spoke amazing English and checked us in so fast, and easy. Passports just checked not kept or copied then filled in names of each person staying in the rooms then 1 signature very easy and no concerns with how they used my information. Rooms, we had 1 x standard room 1 x family room. On 1st foor. This is important as the rooms on 1st floor look like they have much larger balconies 2 or 3 times the size of rooms higher up as the balcony’s stretch over the roof of the ground floor. Even numbers are pool/sea view, odd numbers land view. Rooms in general are great, clean tidy, nice decor, showers very big, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion provided, hand soap, hair dryer, mini bar with soft drinks and water only, tea coffee. Safe in wardrobe easy to use and free. Our standard room slept 3 (double bed and pop up portable bed) it was in the curved part of the hotel and had land view out front of hotel, no balcony and as it’s on the inside of the curve it’s quite small, probably the smallest room we’ve experienced in all the other hotels we’ve stayed in. The other room was a family room, sleeping 4 was 1st floor curved part of hotel intact the doors to each room were opposite which was good they kept us together as a family. Being on the curve but outside curve the room had much more room around the end of the beds and also had an amazing pool/beach view and massive balcony. Had double bed, pop up portable bed and a sofa bed. All beds soft and everyone had good night sleep. Aircon was good and could be left on. Room cleaning staff friendly and did fantastic job cleaning and tidying the rooms. Food/Drink. Amazing, delicious, variety, you have everything here. The buffet restaurants have so much choice and also present the food so nice, no one in our family got ill, we don’t ever worry about eating certain things or avoiding things, it was all good and prepared amazing and just lovely, you can always get something to eat anytime, something is open. Main Resturant, love they have a room for adults only, a family room with children’s buffet and then the main areas with inside or outside dining. The snack bar, beach bar, pizza, jacket potato and waffle bars all great and give variety for lunch and snacks, fruit stall is lovely, Turkish flat breads always being made. Then the extra special touches. Carts and baskets of food, cucumbers, rolls, pop corn, toffee apples, fruit bowls, nachos, nuts, candy floss, beef and chicken wraps all get brought to pool area and brought round the pool in afternoon on offer if you want to take from waiters. Different item each day, but a very nice touch. Al a carte restaurant, fish, Mexican, Turkish, Chinese, Italian. Extra cost €20 per adult €10 per child. Had use of al a carte free at other hotels so this is a shame. Only local spirits for drinks, 1 bar has premium, Jack Daniel’s, Smirnoff, Bombay etc extra cost €7-€10 for a 100ml (double double shot) had these at other hotels free so this is a shame. But available. Cocktails are great, the list isn’t massive but bar staff happy to make special request cocktails if they can. Some bars have slush machines. Ice coffee and coffee machines available to take own coffee always. Fridge with water at every bar. Alcohol strong and beer available is Carlsberg or Turborg. Very nice bar service just had more choices available Staff. Well this has to be mentioned and all I can say is amazing. Everyone here is so helpful, we are so happy with the service and conversations, so friendly and just can’t do enough for you. We do tip out regular waiters and anyone who stands out helping us, but can’t fault the fact they see we have 7 people and quickly find a table or make it happen by pulling a few together for us. Never was a problem. 7-7:45pm restaurant was busiest so go early or wait at evening meal time and then it’s more relaxed. Waiters Mustafa, Torfur, bar staff Kidur, Adan, roller skate waiter We spoke to spa team, guest relations, shop, bar, restaurant, cleaners, garden team, maintenance team all were so friendly. Beach. Lara beach, dark golden sand, soft in places mainly course - tiny tiny pebbles at sea edge. Loads of sea turtles egg cages, clean, tidy, lovely part of the beach, mornings, sea is clear and calm, then the water sports start and gets choppy and murky where the boats jet ski and people stir the sand up. But its blue flag, and gorgeous, can see the mountains to the right. Plenty of sun beds and walkways, showers on beach and it’s part of the hotel straight path through hotel, pools to beach. There is no wooden jetty like a lot of hotels in area but it has a floating raft with steps not to far out you can swim out to and jump off into sea. Water sports and scuba diving available from Fame beach. Pools and slides. I’m so pleased to review that there was no issues or problems for any of our children 6 and 11yr using all of them. Even though they say not suitable for 0-12yr or under 120cm The life guards were sensible and very professional they stopped people being stupid but still allowed the smaller children to use them even with armbands etc or going with parent. Think this is a good approach as part of the reason we choose turkey and its hotels is the pool aqua parks our kids love. No smaller slides or park for smaller kids, there is a park at beach but to far away for kids to use in evening away from the entertainment, Pools are clean, and massive, love the winding under bridge style with waterfalls and different level pools, jacuzzi pools just amazing pools all round and nice large sun shaded kids pool. Sun lounger. There are loads and loads of sun loungers and umbrellas for all. 6am was the earliest we saw people putting towels out, but still plenty front row beds still at 7:30am most of front pool beds will be gone soon after. 7:30-8am the pool manager will come round and collect all towels reserving beds even personal towels, clothing etc and take them all to towel hut for collection if you are not with your sun loungers. They are clear with signs everywhere that reserving sun loungers is forbidden before 8am. This is great as we saw someone reserve sun loungers at 6:30am the managers took all towels from the sun loungers at 7:30am this family arrived at pool 2:30pm! To find they had towels and personal items taken to towel hut. This is fair and think it should continue if your trying to reserve beds most of the day but not using them. There are still middle or rear sun beds available well into the morning starts to get full by 10am but there will still be some available if you ask the staff to help bring over beds and umbrellas from reserve piles if you really don’t want to set alarm. Beds are comfortable, and adjustable, beach loungers have thick padding. All feel strong and sturdy, didn’t see any broken beds or umbrellas. Entertainment. The entertainment team are fantastic, offering lots of activities for children and adults, volleyball, football, polo, yoga, water gym, hotel dance, disco, music mixed cultures but mainly English songs. But uncensored versions so few swear words in songs occasionally. Pool games, darts, table tennis, great evening shows, live music, dj, piano player, bowling, pool, arcade. Bowling €7, pool €7 30 min, €10 60min, €20 for 20 arcade tokens. Cinema with free film everyday. all the staff great at getting people involved and chatting being friendly etc. they give out bottles of the hotel sparking wine for winners of the games. Hotel had a very small number of English guests. 50% Netherlands 🇳🇱, 30% German 🇩🇪, 10% Turkish 🇹🇷 , 10% other nationalities Polish, Albania, Romania, Russian, English etc we were 1 of 3 or 4 English families in the whole hotel. Summery: Great all inclusive hotel, clean, tidy, lots available, great entertainment, great pools, lovely beach, food is great, drinks great, spa and gym very good, rooms very nice, staff very good friendly and helpful. Told not ultra all inclusive so extra costs for a la carte, bowling, pool, branded drinks. Sun beds not to be reserved before 8am but can after, unless your with your towels and beds earlier. Food and drink and entertainment little repetitive but they do try their best to change theme of food, daily entertainment changes are good with only slight differences with entertainment change on second week. Staff make this hotel and stay fantastic they all were so nice.

- I1427WKmichelles (10/5): Amazing!!! - Arrived late evening, family of 4- (2 children aged 20 and 17) both rooms were amended as requested on our booking. (We had booked rooms with a french balcony and realised this was not a balcony we could sit on- this was sorted on arrival- free of charge!) Easy, quick, friendly check in and food offered to us. Hotel and rooms immaculate. Rooms cleaned everyday, mini fridge restocked every day. Safe was used in the room- free of charge! Location amazing! Plenty of shops out of the hotel. My son enjoyed visiting the gym- aged 16+ and trainers to be worn. We visit Turkey often, usually booking trips etc for a change out of the hotel, but the hotel had that much going on we didnt feel the need to venture out and the family was happy to stay in the hotel. Beach was perfect, and had its own snack bar. Foam party was enjoyed on there too. Waffle/jacket potato station was visited often- potatoes were unreal!! We enjoyed the coffee shop, especially to get out of the sun for a rest under the shaded canopy and couches. Food i could not fault- we all ate well and agreed it was the best all inclusive we've had- we've experienced plenty. (1st time my teenager hasn't lived off nuggets and chips for 2 weeks! He ate a variety every night) Sunbeds not a problem before 9am, amazing pools and slides! Not many English whilst we were there, but the hotel had a friendly atmosphere- staff and visitors. Entertainment was enjoyable day and night! We ended our nights on the outdoor terrace with cocktails, bowls of nuts and doritos. (Yes im all for the food) All staff work so so hard and are all a credit to fame residence! From the bar staff, maids to the pool side cleaners, they all looked happy in their jobs. Working non stop in 52 degree heat some days and still smiling. We enjoyed the games room and won amazing prizes at the evening bingo! (Jet ski, photo purchase, games token, and massage- all for 2 lines!! 🙌) I can honestly say- fame residence has been amazing for us from start to finish. Im now home and missing my maid 🥲 Fame residence was not a hotel that came up as often as others when looking at booking our holiday, which surprises me because I feel it deserves its recognition like other hotels get at lara beach! I understand German tourists pick this destination alot but I am not German and was so angry that I was greeted my staff with Guten Morgan...no Turkish..no English. Entertainment team sat one sunbed with a favoured guest and not even a hello. Only savour to this holiday was a gorgeous beach and friendly beach bar staff, beach security and the odd waiter in snack bar. Was given wrong room and wouldn't move me and when checked out not even a thanks for visiting just a blunt name..and bye. Make sure your staff include other nationalities I AM NOT GERMAN !!!!

Everyone is sitting on chairs on a level floor and around the sides, and when people stand up, you can't see. I have been to other hotels, and Lara Beach and the amphitheatres work better. I will definitely be returning.

- Kernowsyd (10/5): Loved it . - Booked via TUI, didn't book a private transfer in resort and glad, it was a short 15/20 min journey in a sprinter van (the same style as you would have got if you did a private taxi). Room was listed as partial sea view but that was due to the angle of the hotel, it was a great sea view room. The bed is massive and comfortable, rest of the room is adequate, shame no alcohol in the mini fridge but the good air con made up for it. Food - main restaurant loads and good quality. Just tip the waiter a bit and you get looked after with drinks, or you can walk up and get your own. Snack bars/ pizza bar/ coffee shops / bars / all great during the day. The danger is over eating. In the evening tip the bar waiter a bit and you again get loads of drinks brought to your table, or choose not to and grab your own from the bar. Evening entertainment was standard, not my thing but my wife like the motorbike show /cabaret / disco nights . Staff everywhere were 10/10, a real credit. Guests seem a mix , Russian, German, Dutch, not many English, but all the staff could speak English.

Beginning from the arrival where you are greeted by the nicest receptionist and the most useful luggage personnel to the very end. The cleanlinese of our room was spectacular, I want to thank again our cleaning lady from the 6 floor (blonde with glasses), she was amazing! We had hearts and swans and rose petals almost everyday. The food is amazing, the fruits taste wonderful. The pools are very clean, the beach is also very clean. All the waiters and the whole personnel speak very good conversational english. Also, the guest relationship is very helpful. I would rate the whole experience 10 out of 10.

This year they made a strong renovation, everything is new A big surprise: Kamil- nice guy that bring you at pool: coffee, water, cocktails rolling. I was impressed, all the time smiling The food is excellent with a wide variety of options for every taste, and the entertainment team does a great job creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The beach and pool areas are always well maintained, and everything is organized to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - Barryboy1965 (8/5): Lovely Break at Fame Residence - Stayed here in September 2024, We visited to get a bit of sun before the UK winter started, We decided to stay at the Fame Residence due to its location from the airport as some hotels are over an hour transfer, the Fame is about 30 minutes transfer, The hotel caters for all nationalities and the selection of food was very varied and we were never in a predicament that we could not find any food that we liked, All of the food was very well presented and replenished when needed, The alcohol was of a decent quality and not poor as mentioned by some other people, We did not use the beach during our visit and decided to use sun loungers near the pool closest to the hotel rear entrance , We found this pool area to be pretty quiet and a short walk to the 24 hour bar and the adjacent seating area, We would recommend taking towels for the sun loungers as the ones you get at the hotel are not long enough, We would drink in the piano lounge opposite reception before and after our evening meal, The service here was second to none by all of the staff, A quick mention to Hassan, this gentleman is an asset to the Fame Residence, He made us feel very welcome as guests at this hotel and always helpful if we needed any local information, Our room 5245 was land facing which suited our needs for the week, It was serviced to a high standard by very polite room staff, The one thing we must mention is there are staff constantly cleaning the hotel inside and out, We did not check out the day or evening entertainment but feel there was plenty for young and old to enjoy, Overall had a lovely break and would go back again, One thing that we must mention is have food and drink before traveling to Antalya airport, especially if you have children, It is probably the most expensive airport for food and drink we have ever traveled through, Please take this on board to save any disappointment , We paid 10 Euroe's each for a glass of Effes beer.

Perfect central location, everything within walking distance. Right at the beach where the turtles lay their eggs :) Great food, fab cocktails in the main upper bar. Loved the Coffee terrace ice coffees. Enough to do book a hot balloon trip, go parasailing, catch a bus to Antalya's old city centre. We hope to go back!

I will start with some negatives There are a lot of rude Holidaymakers from Russia and Germany at this hotel. From speaking with staff at the hotel this is the norm. They are incredibly rude, pushing in at bar and restaurant. I found the outside cooking area in the buffet a problem no queuing system. Everyone just pushes in. I raised this with customer relations that they need sign to queue. It is quite chaotic at times. Drinks - quality poor. Food - ok - not the best AI we have encountered. Lots of choice where to eat and plenty of food choice , burgers, pizza, fish salad etc but same every day. Lots of fresh fruit - no bananas which missed at breakfast times. Staff - from the staff that we met in particular Hasan in the inside bar and waiter Yunhnus. Very friendly and helpful. Smoking - big problem for us - we do not smoke and we found this a huge problem. It appears that all Russians & Germans smoke and have no regard for their surroundings. Smoking by the pool is particularly bad. Nothing worse than laying in the sun with constant smell of thick smoke. Interior of the hotel Needs renovation looks very tired and dirty in communal areas. Outside bar needs renovation and restaurants in Buffet area need facelift. Dirty looking kitchen area in restaurants are slightly off putting. Positives All staff work incredibly hard from cleaners to bar and restaurant staff. Gardening staff. All work tirelessly. Rooms Our room was nice, cleaned every day. Maid service was excellent. We paid for sea view with balcony which I would recommend as the hotel is on main road. I had massage with Nelam at the Spa which was superb. I am waiting on back surgery and my massage was tailored , one of best I have had. Shops - we had fab time shopping on the strip. Best shops - turn left out of hotel. Tip - visit Kaleici -beautiful old town, bars, and restaurants. Land of Legends- we went after 5 pm when it is free to shop, watch light shows etc worth a visit. Shops very expensive. Taxi company in hotel are excellent -competitive price they provide you with mobile to contact them when you want picking up. Really friendly. Overall we had great holiday, my so enjoyed the water polo, football every day at 4 on. Entertainment is of a good standard. Quite repetitive with dance shows / acts but talented. Foam party and discos. We loved the cats / kittens at the hotel we bought cat biscuits to feed them! We would not return due to overseas clientele

Our room and I guess for the others too please restore. People in the restaurants in the morning, lunch, dinner in shirts shorts, sandals... Ok it's hot in August! We like it other way. Breakfast fresh orange juice to be paid for and this in all-inclusive.... Cats in the restaurant(s).. We love cats and dogs but not in the restaurant on vacation. NO 5 star for sure.

Food is eatable. Food is not tasty: beer, ice cream, coffee, cocktails, desserts, etc. Not much entertainment for kids: no fountains, playgrounds. Only one pool with a little slope for babies. The mini disco was too late, many kids fell asleep before it. They don't have a cocktail bar in the main restaurant(

- Shirin (4/5): - This property does not air condition common areas like hallways , lobby, elevator, dining area. People are jam packed, sweating bullets, not able to relax or breathe or enjoy a meal or drink properly. Even the ice creams they serve are melting and not giving you a chance to enjoy them without dripping all over hands and clothes. Drinks served at various bars are low quality and extremely watered down, unless you ask for neat whisky or beer. No brand names or top shelf liquor. No tequila. No wine variety. If you are a family of 6 or more, you will have an extremely hard time finding a place to seat or dine with your family. Food is mostly tasteless and worse than an average restaurant ! All the meat dishes are either tasteless, unseasoned stews full of the same veggies (cut differently) every day or extremely dried or burnt low quality meat. Grilled options are burnt and tasteless. They fill the buffet with so many cold side dishes, dips, xlarge bowls of olives and pickles and cabbage . Cold side dishes include recycled leftovers of the previous days stuffed into something or presses into patties. Every hot dish is either undersalted or oversalted and has no other seasoning. There are way too many cakes and sweets (most taste the same and only looked different). Pool side food is similarly horrible. The only decent portion of edible items they serve is the breakfast buffet and fresh fruits. This is the worst all inclusive experience of my life!!!
- Shirin (4/5): - Stay away from this place. They turn off the air conditioning in dining hall and lobby and hall ways and all other common areas in July!!!! You feel like like you are in hell trying to survive on sweets and fresh fruit because their food is so tasteless and unprofessionally prepared. Eggs are either undercooked or ruined and burnt. No seasoning other than salt and even that is not balanced. It is either too salty or not at all. Baklavas all tasted the same just came in different shapes. No rose water no cardamom no cinnamon no butter. Half the buffet is olives , picked veggies, leftovers of the day before mixed into dips and stuffed bite size things you could not figure out . Theme nights were a joke. For example: Asian night consisted of red colored Chinese themed decorations and table cloths while serving taco that did not taste like taco, what people called sushi (but was really California rolls with a long line that you’d rather skip in that heat). If this was a restaurant somewhere in the city, it would be a place we’d never choose to dine in. Imagine being stuck in a place with such quality of food for a family vacation. Kids survived on sweets and fries. Not one decent hot meal with properly prepared chicken or beef option. No spicy options or any spicy sauce to use. Poor quality drinks, alcohol and non-alcoholic. Poor quality tea. And for latte/espresso/cappuccino there just these machines that mixed instant made stuff. Overall this was not an enjoyable experience.

The reservation desk helped us with making dinner reservation as well as transportation( Mehmet, Jahan and Taran). It was my sister's Birthday and they were very kind and baked her a cake and made the dinner an amazing experience ( Zafar, Farhath, Amir). You need to try the Spa and Turkish bath , you will not regret it.

Nice big hotel, room with a nice view of the sea and bathroom with bathtub. all inclusive with good varied food and drinks, , but we missed more fish and doner and iskendar kebab. The hotel complied with covid19 protocol very well but the guests paid little attention to it. We traveled with 3 boys but we had to pay for all activities such as basketball, tennis, billiard and bowling. lot of money payed during one week. The indoor big and warm pool and hammam were very nice. The massage with the staff from Bali was also very good. An important issue when you give tip to staff : We used the tipbox which was located in the lobby and restaurant .. but two of the staff made us aware that it goes only to the management and tip is not shared with the staff. If this is correct, management should reconsider their work culture. All in all very good stay and the hotel can definitely be recommended.
