• Amanda (8/5): - How well equipped it was and how much room we had. My daughter loved the pillows with the spare bedding. The beautiful flooring unfortunately had a couple of nails that were not fully hammered in. The mattress was too soft for my liking but understand this is a personal preference.

La casa è confortevole, ben organizzata e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno autonomo. La zona di White City è tranquilla e ben collegata con il centro di Londra. Serena è una host eccellente: comunicazione chiara fin dall'inizio, istruzioni dettagliate per l'accesso e disponibilità immediata in caso di necessità. Consigliato!

• DANIEL (4/5): Extended weekend trip to London - Location is relatively good! 2 metro stops just behind the corner, grocery shops and everything you would need very much accessible. The area is very modern & safe, not an actual place though. Finding a place, especially in dark its pretty hard - even the google maps gets confused! Reserve time for browsing around! The place definitely needs some care, attention & refreshment (mould everywhere)! Not worth an over 100 pounds for a night though!!! Attaching some real photos for an own opinion … (Booking please ACT!)
• Ian (9/5): - Nice, comfortable, clean and warm One tiny gripe (and I'm really picking here!) it was dark when we got there and the area where the apartment is located is like a rabbit Warren and not particularly well lit so we had a little trouble initially finding the apartment and then the key box! I'm sure arriving in daylight when not hammering it down, it would be fine!

• EVANGELOS (9/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή - Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, ζεστό, άνετο. Είχε τα πάντα από κουτάλια μέχρι σιδερωστρα. Οι πετσέτες ήταν παραπάνω από όσες χρειαζόμασταν, τα σεντόνια καθαρά. Δεν ανησυχησαμε για τίποτα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με τον κωδικό του κλειδιού. Πολύ καλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Δύο σταθμοί μετρό κοντά, πολυκατάστημα, σούπερ μάρκετ και γενικά περιποιημένη και όμορφη περιοχή. Χαρήκαμε τη διαμονή μας και θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν βρεθούμε ξανά στο Λονδίνο.

• Vilma (9/5): Clean, good location, value for money - It was very clean, the apartment was like in the photos. There was enough hot water in the shower and the bathroom was quite big and functional. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped (enough plates, glasses, cutlery and even a capsule coffee machine) although we didn't cook by ourselves. The location is very close to an underground station which was super convenient, but it was still quiet around the apartment. There were only two proper duvets, which was not enough for three beds. Thankfully the apartment was not cold so the person without a proper duvet managed. It would be nice to have a few extra towels as well, maybe a few smaller ones for the face and hands.

• Hannah (9/5): Hell,freundlich und gut gelegen…zu empfehlen! - Sehr helle freundliche Unterkunft,welche perfekt geeignet ist für mehrere Personen.Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet und man vermisst nichts. Die Unterkunft liegt gut angebunden in der Nähe von zwei Tube-Stationen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der kurze persönliche Kontakt mit Serena war sehr sympathisch.Wir können das Appartment wärmstens empfehlen und würden es auch wieder für uns buchen.

• Tiina (8/5): White city apartment - The apartment was cozy, spacious for 5 people and the location was excellent. We didn't really spend much time in the apartment and that's why we didn't need anything else. Serena was very helpful. We highly recommend the place! There was a few minor things which could be better. The bed upstairs was too soft for an adult and it was very light upstairs without black blinds. The frying pan was useless, evething got stuck on it.

It was very easy to get to from King’s Cross. The communication with the property before hand was excellent too. Clear, helpful, easy to follow and friendly information. The apartment is clean and a super base which is great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

• Veli-matti (9/5): Superb - Family of five staying in London for 8 days. We needed a place to sleep. We always travel by metro, so the most important thing for us was location near underground station. There was not just one, but two stations near by! The appartment was cozy, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed.

• Yael (6/5): We were disappointed - The location is the main advantage of this apt. It's a very comfortable location, near tube and bus, good neighborhood with pleasent little gardens around. There was plenty of hot water available at all times. We are a family of 5, the apt did not suit us. First of all, There are many many stairs, in a very narrow hallway. It's almost impossible to lift heavy suitcases up the stairs, and in general, it is a big hassle. The apt. Has 2 floors. The discription of 80 mr is very misleading, since its actually half of that!(80mr devided to 2 floors, is actually very small!!). Once the 2 sofa beds are open, there is hardly any space to move! Absolutely not suitable for 5!!! The main bedroom, the bathroom and toilet are all on the upper floor. It is very inconvenient. NONE OF THIS has any mention in the discription on booking!! The apt might suit a couple, or a maximum of 3 people. Otherwise It is very inconvenient and not suitable for families with children. We arrived At 23:00pm, with 3 little kids. we had to open and arrange the sofa beds, only to find dirty sheets, including blood stains. It was very clear that the sheets were nicely folded, but were pre-used and not clean. In the bathroom there was only half a roll of toilet paper and leftovers of soap. An apology from the host didn't quite help at that point, and certainly did not change the bad impression. The dirty sheets and lack of toilet paper and soap was outrageous. Only After complaining to the host, she let us know that there are indeed clean sheets and toilet paper rolls in the apt, but its stored in a LOCKED cabin. If we did not complain, we had no access to this locked cabin. It seems like no one prepared the apt for our coming. It was a very disappointing welcome.

• Burciaga (5/5): Thw host was very accommodating and friendly. - The apartment was close by a huge mall and it included a supermarket. Subway station was very accessible and super close by. It was also a quiet place to stay. The apartment did not have light blocking shades. The walls needed a little fresh paint (water stains visible). The sheets were stained and the toilet seat was wobbly (came off during our last day). Apartment needed a little maintenance and upkeep.
• Dominika (7/5): Good place for short stay - Location was perfect and in apartment we have found everything we needed. We liked that we have code to apartment instead keys, very good feature for the group. Sofa was smaller than on the photo and I can’t imagine how there can sleep five of us. In the end I was happy, there were only four of us on this trip. Also bathroom would need some cleaning and there was too cold in winter months.

• Donna (5/5): Perfect location, generally clean but terrible mould. - Location was fantastic. The bedding was comfy and smelled really fresh. For the price I paid, the really bad mould on the walls and ceiling was unacceptable. I understand if there had been a leak this may be difficult but we weren’t warned and it was directly over one of the beds. And also in the bathroom. The property otherwise was good but should not be rented in this state.

• Tuyama (7/5): Good - Very practical and easy to get into the apartment. I liked the fact that we didn't need a key and we managed to get in using a door code. This made things easier, especially if we wanted to split our group and access the apartment at different times. Not so comfy bed and pillows and the apartment it's a bit hidden, but it's enough for the price and it has what we needed: bed and shower!
