• victor (5/5): Dolorosa estadía. - La amabilidad del dueño y el desayuno ofrecido, muy bueno. Tengo limitaciones para usar escaleras. La habitación prevista estaba en un tercer piso al que se llegaba por cuatro tramos de empinada escalera. Sólo pude subir con mucho esfuerzo una sola vez. Hice uso de una sola noche de tres reservadas y debí ir a otro hotel.

The breakfast was marvellous. The best breakfast we ever had in any accommodation. Everything was fresh, different every day, and with a warm surprise meal cooked by Erika and Dietrich. The room was big and nicely decorated with antiques, beds were comfortable. The property is located in a quiet place, away from the busy centre. You can rent bicycles at the property. Nothing

Es ist zentral gelegen und somit erreicht man schnell die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir waren nicht zum erstenmal hier und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

• Michael (10/5): B&B Le flaneur was a real find for us. We loved it, and would go back in a heartbeat. - Bruges is a great city to explore on foot....and, it has cobbled streets so walking shoes are recommended. If you're happy walking, B&B Le flaneur is accessible on foot from the railway station. It took us about 45 minutes (with luggage and checking the map). Without luggage, we did it in 25 minutes. There are buses and taxis at the station for a quicker journey. The b&b is close to the main square (about a 5 minute walk), which means easy access to Bruges' attractions. It is run by a lovely couple, Erica and Dietrich, who offer a home-from-home and a warm welcome. They are knowledgable of the area, and Bruges, in general. The house is a treasure trove of curios, and items of interest. We loved this aspect of the property. And, if you don't mind dogs, you're in for a treat because the star of the show is 'Flan'! We booked bed and breakfast. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well kitted out. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and catered for a vegetarian diet. Nothing! All was good... The owners have taken a lot of care to make every visitor's stay comfortable. The only thing they couldn't do for us was improve the weather.

• Genevieve (10/5): Utterly charming! - Absolutely everything at the property was perfect! The owner, Dietrich was such a delightful host and made every effort to make us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His gorgeous little dog Flaneur made our stay even more special, with a friendly greeting each morning! The property itself is decorated so beautifully with antiques and Dietrich has designed and built everything personally, making it even more charming! The breakfast was INCREDIBLE, what a spread! Made with love and different each day - served in such a beautiful room with classical music and a cosy fire. Great location in a quiet part of town but a short stroll to all the action. This has been our favourite b&b experience ever! Literally nothing, couldn’t have been improved

• Mark (10/5): Bruges is a really excellent city, but Le Flaneur was the icing on the cake - The whole experience - the authenticity of the accommodation, the stunning range of artefcats and curios, the friendly and genuine nature of Erika, Dietrich and of course Flanel! The breakfasts - as many others have already said - were superb; not only the quality and quantity of food and drink, but the setting and sharing with others (which we thought might be a bit awkward, but was actually a real pleasure!). Can't wait to come back again. Nothing to say here! Other than we didn't want to leave!!!

• daniel (10/5): Erste Adresse in Brügge - Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Brügge bei einem unglaublich netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberpaar - ohne das diese in irgendeiner Form aufdringlich gewesen wären. Das Frühstück war wirklich phänomenal und es wurde jeden Tag etwas anderes geboten. Jederzeit wieder und unsere erste Wahl in Brügge. Die Zimmer waren top ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail versehen. Lediglich ein TV Gerät sucht man vergebens, aber das braucht man in dieser tollen Stadt auch nicht wirklich:). -

I proprietari trasmettono cura e attenzione al dettaglio sia nell'allestimento della loro casa accogliente sia nella colazione, preparata con estrema cura. • Alessandro (9/5): Magica Bruges - La posizione, l'accoglienza, la simpatia, la cura dei particolari, una meravigliosa colazione, la cagnetta Flanell. Nella nostra stanza, la 2 del secondo piano, il deflusso dell'acqua del piatto doccia è molto lento. Questo costringe a ridurre il tempo della doccia altrimenti l'acqua fuoriesce nella stanza.
• Guest (10/5): A gem of a B&B that’s worth a trip to Bruges. - Hosts Erika and Dietrich are warm and welcoming. The B&B is centrally located, yet in a quiet area with a bus stop to the train station a short walk away. Erika started by marking up a city map and pointed out where I could find a free harp concert which was a joy! The property is decorated with care and whimsy, all original pieces are carefully chosen. My room was large and cozy with lots of complimentary treats. Erika’s breakfasts (including homemade fruit crumble, French toast) are sumptuous. It’s worth the trip to Bruges to stay at this special place.
• Laura-Sophie (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeber, liebevolle Details, perfekter Aufenthalt - Der Aufenthalt war wirklich hervorragend. Die Betreiber sind unfassbar nett und haben uns mit offenen Armen, einer Karte und vielen Tipps für unseren 4-tägigen Städtetrip begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet, sauber und neben kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee auf den Zimmern gab es alles was man so braucht. Sogar eine kleine Flasche Wein stand bereit. Das Frühstück wurde morgens von den Gastgebern gezaubert und war unfassbar lecker. Jeden morgen gab es zusätzlich zu frischen Brötchen, schön angerichtetem Aufschnitt, Joghurt, Heißgetränken und frischen Säften immer eine andere warme Speise. Wir hatten an den drei Tagen Quiche, French Toast und Himbeer-Rhabarber-Crumble. Auch auf Allergien, Unverträglichkeiten oder Ernährungsgewohnheiten wird individuell Rücksicht genommen. Man merkt dass die Gastgeber das B&B mit Herz und Liebe führen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Herzensempfehlung! Die Innenstadt, das Parkhaus und diverse Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Kamers waren super schoon en ondanks dat het een oud gebouw is was het totaal niet gehorig. We kregen tips voor de stad en de eerste kerstmarkt is op 5 min lopen. Wij zouden hier zeker teruggaan als wij nog een keer in Brugge verblijven!

• Robert (10/5): A wonderful, quirky, old-fashioned guest house in a beautiful part of Bruges - The B&B is exactly what you can see on the photos on Booking, and the quality of everything matches prior reviews. The hosts Erika and Dietrich are welcoming and very helpful. They have furnished and designed the guest rooms and the breakfast room with antique furniture and vintage objects. Wherever you look there are things to discover, and Dietrich will happily talk to you about the history of each of them. The breakfast is one of the best we ever had. You share a large table with the other guests, and on one day of our stay we were a group of British, Dutch, Italians and us Germans. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Our room was large and stylish, obviously in a vintage-style way. Beds were extremely comfy. Erika and Dietrich helped with restaurant recommendations, rented bikes at a very reasonable price, and were generally just wonderful hosts.

• Robin (9/5): Een B&B waar ik zonder twijfel terug wil komen - Ontbijt is uitgebreid en naast de goede basis zijn er ook wisselende elementen per dag. Erg fijn! Voor het beeld, het gaat om details wat er beter kan. De basis is je kan hier zorgeloos en meer dan prima terecht. Maar je zit in een huis in de oude binnenstad waardoor het wat gehorig kan zijn. Je bent hier afhankelijk van de aanwezige gasten maar bij ons verblijf was dit pirma. De eigenaren wonen ook in het pand en gezien hun persoonlijke en oprechte betrokkenheid verwacht ik ook dat dit wel goed komt mocht dit een probleem opleveren.

Auch die hochwertige Duschcreme war eine tolle Ergänzung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und es war so ruhig, dass wir zeitweise dachten, wir wären die einzigen Gäste. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die netten Besitzer, die uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben haben – stets hilfreich, nie aufdringlich. Ein kulinarisches Highlight war zudem Tom‘s Diner.

Hot and cold food, I did not need lunch and day. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and with small touches like snacks and a welcome drink provided. There was also an honor bar which is a nice touch. Both hosts are friendly and offer hotel quality service with a more personal touch. Their dog Flaneur is as friendly as they come. I 100% will return and recommend B&B le Flaneur to friends. Nothing. A great value stay. Everything was thought of.

A warm welcome greeted us when we arrived in the evening, and the initial impression gave us the 'wow' factor!! A remarkable place, full of character & curiosities, managed by a very special couple, Erica & Detri. Their dedication and passion towards ensuring guests enjoy their stay here is heartwarming, making you feel so relaxed and part of their home. The room we stayed in was so beautifully designed, vintage furniture, extremely comfy bed and walk-in shower. The highlight of the stay, though, has to be breakfast!! A wonderful large wooden table set out in the most inviting way, with fresh breads, meats, cheeses, and served with homemade pastries and fresh juices. Without a shadow of doubt, the best continental breakfast experience we have ever found. I really can't recommend this place enough and know for sure we will return to Brugge and Le Flaneur in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay! • Jolanda (10/5): Gewoon in een woord een geweldig verblijf - De eigenaars, de inrichting, de sfeer, het is een geweldig goede B&B met heerlijke ontbijt. Veel zelf gemaakt, of uit eigen tuin. De eigenaars zijn geweldig, gezellig, houden van humor en passen echt in de B&B. Je wordt echt in de watjes gelegd! Er zijn geen dingen die tegenvielen.

Fahrräder können in der Garage sicher untergestellt werden. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen.

• Ewa (9/5): - When choosing B&B Le flaneur, we expected a location close to the city center yet away from the nighttime noise from nearby establishments. And that was a perfect choice. Furthermore, our hosts, Erica and Dietrich, surprised us with their hospitality, kindness, and openness. The bed was comfortable, and in the morning, the aroma of baked bread and other delicacies prepared by Erica filled the building. The breakfasts served by Erica were delicious. It's worth noting that this isn't your typical accommodation. The moment you step inside, you're transported to another world. The interiors are decorated with attention to detail, filled with knick-knacks, yet so clean. While we personally prefer Scandinavian style, we're convinced we wouldn't feel the Bruges atmosphere sleeping in stark Scandinavian interiors. We also thank Dietrich for the stories, his incredible sense of humor, and, of course, for the tea. And finally, the adorable Brabançon dog. Thanks for everything

• Doris (10/5): Der perfekte Ort um Brügge zu erkunden - Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde sich Zeit genommen uns die Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen und auch den Ablauf zu erläutern. Das Haus ist mit viel Herz und Liebe eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und ist auch von der Lage her super. Das Frühstück ist genial und frisch zubereitet inkl French Toast oder Quiche und somit zieht man gut gelaunt und auch gestärkt los, um Brügge zu entdecken. Selbstverständlich haben Erika & Dietrich auch immer ein paar gute Tipps parat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Dank an Erika & Dietrich Das wir leiden nicht länger bleiben konnten 😉
• Caballero (8/5): Un sitio especial en una ciudad especial - En general es un sitio bien situado y con un precio aceptable.El desayuno era abundante y con productos locales, ecológicos y de calidad. El trato y la atención por parte de los responsables del hotel fue cálido y correcto Limpieza y productos de higiene ,secador ,bandeja de bienvenida Lo recomendaría y volvería a ir Escalera para acceder a las habitaciones,aunque te subían y bajaban el equipaje . Decoración vintage,en algunos puntos excesiva,para mi gusto

• Burkhard (10/5): - Das Frühstück war individuell gestaltet und serviert worden. Jeden Morgen gab es etwas anderes wie z.B. selbst gemachten Kuchen oder verschiedene Fruchtsäfte. Das ganze Haus ist mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet, daher hat es einen besonderen Charme. Fußläufig 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Erika und Dietrich sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Jens (10/5): Best B&B ever - Erika and Dietrich are fantastic hosts who gladly share their advice on the city and showed a genuine interest in our family. Fantastic B&B, filled with curiosities - it's like stepping into a deluxe version of BBC's Antiques Roadshow. Brilliant breakfast - Erika is an excellent breakfast chef. Really good location location for experiencing historic/central Bruges. A 100% recommendation from Denmark
• Lynne (10/5): Exceptional - The place is decorated with historical objects from the last century. It is hard to describe unless you see it. Beautiful large rooms. Patio and hot tub are available. Breakfast is delicious. There is nothing we didn't like!

The room was comfortable, breakfasts were amazing and there was something to look forward to the next morning. We also did the wellness. The sauna and jacuzzi were very nice to wind down from a long day of walking and experiencing the city.

• Nicola (10/5): Everything about B&B Le Flaneur was a pleasure! - Everything about this little gem in Bruges was exceptional! The hosts, Erika and Dietrich, were so gracious and helpful and literally went out of their way to help us. We stayed for three nights and were sad to leave their B&B with its convenient location, fabulous decor, comfortable room, welcoming touches, and most especially the amazing breakfasts at their large antique farm table! The food offerings each morning of fresh breads and pastries, cheese and meats, fruit and yogurt etc were beautifully laid out, and then there was always a daily extra special breakfast item which Erika whipped up which was beyond delicious. We are so grateful to have stayed here.
