- Oliver (8/5): - In den Zimmern auf der Rückseite des Hotels mit Blick auf den Parkplatz war es abends vor Lärm kaum auszuhalten. Auf dem Balkon zu sitzen oder die Balkontür beim Einschlafen offen zu lassen, war aufgrund der Animation vom direkt angrenzenden Campingplatz kaum möglich. Außer sonntags wurde tagtäglich bis 1.00 Uhr durchgehröhlt, gefeiert und sehr schräge Gesangseinlgen dargeboten. Absolut unerträglich ! Das wäre der einzige Grund, weshalb wir uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel entscheiden würden, denn der Rest war wirklich okay, ganz besonders das Housekeeping 😘

- svitlana (2/5): - I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel was a disaster from start to finish. First of all this hotel is in the small village that has a “nursing home” vibes.. you’ll spend 2h on the bus to get places.. The “breakfast” — if you can even call it that. Nothing remotely decent, just a depressing display that made me regret waking up. Then came the front desk staff, which felt more like a scene from a psychological thriller than a hospitality experience. The person checking us in was unhinged — rude, aggressive, talking in circles, and snapping at basic questions. I’ve never encountered such erratic, unprofessional behavior in my life. And as if that weren’t enough, I was hit with multiple hidden charges. Fees that weren’t mentioned at booking, random “service” charges, and some made-up tax I still don’t understand. When I questioned it, the staff gaslit me like I imagined the original booking confirmation. Total scam energy. This place is chaotic, stressful, and a complete ripoff. I left more exhausted than I arrived. Do yourself a favor — spend your money anywhere else.

- Federica (4/5): Pessimo - Sicuramente il rumore e' ciò che ha predominato la vacanza : stanze con muri di cartone e non ci sono oscuranti alle finestre. Posizione ok vicino al mare anche se c'è una spiaggia limitatissima e con un ponte fatiscente. Stanze rumorosissime e personale delle pulizie che sposta i mobili al mattino: struttura vecchia con ascensore rovinato e piccolo, bagni scomodi e senza porta: solo una scorrevole in vetro che non si chiude!! . Non sembra un 4 stelle!
- Viviana (6/5): Van der Valk una garanzia - Ho soggiornato 3 notti in una camera deluxe al primo piano vista mare, nel balcone un tavolino e due sedie che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La stanza è molto piccola ma con l'essenziale e le caratteristiche di un Van del valk anche se più scadente rispetto a quelli olandesi o tedeschi dove ho soggiornato per tanti anni. È a 2 passi dal mare, il mare però non è per niente cristallino. Dovete spostarvi minimo di un km per vedere acqua appena decente. Se siete in auto spostatevi verso Saint Raphael. Mare e posti bellissimi ma ci vuole un'ora. Colazione buona. Parcheggio gratuito. A questo hotel manca una piscina con idromassaggio da usare nei gg di pioggia. Assolutamente fate qualcosa per migliorarvi in questo. Fuori dall'hotel ci sono diversi ristoranti ma se volete qualcosa di francese dovete andare fino al centro di Saint Aygulf. Ottima posizione per visitare la costa azzurra. Sicuramente tornerò in un Van der valk.. Una garanzia.

- Tom (8/5): - Het is een typisch van der Valk hotel. Heerlijke huisparfum bij binnenkomst hotel, keurig en behulpzaam personeel, uitstekend ontbijt, prachtig terras en leuke hippe beachbar. Deze is s’avonds alleen open in Juli en Augustus. We hadden een superior deluxe kamer aan de achterzijde(parkeerplaats) s’ochtend wel last van leveranciers . Verder zijn de kamers gehorig. Op de gang hoor je ook de mensen letterlijk praten. Elke kamer heeft een eigen airco en buitenunit op het balkon. Deze maken helaas lawaai , als je met de schuifpui open wil slapen neem je oordoppen mee, vanwege mogelijk lawaai van airco van de buren. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Porties eten van het Diner wel erg groot. Vissoep als voorgerecht erg lekker, maar een pannetje genoeg voor 3. Cesarsalade enorm. Je krijgt echt waar voor je geld, maar in ons geval ging de helft terug. De locatie is echt top tov het strand, nice, cannes, st tropez etc, we bevelen dit hotel zeker aan!

- Catherine (10/5): - We had a wonderful three night stay in May. We had a seaview room on the fourth floor (it was accessible so larger than average). It was excellent and well worth the extra money for such a beautiful view. I had read the reviews and knew what to expect about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. It's listed as 3 stars on the booking sites, but I think the hotel class is actually 4 stars. It doesn't have many amenities which I think is why it comes out as 3 but I've stayed in 4 star hotels which aren't as nice. Breakfast is as I would have expected. Nice enough and a reasonable selection. You cook your own eggs which I liked, as I'm quite fussy about how I have them. I found that on the Thursday and Friday the room was quiet, but on the Saturday night, there were two weddings in the hotel and you could hear the music until gone 1 am. However, I was well prepared with earplugs, and I never needed them because the noise wasn't enough to disturb me. I loved the 12pm check out and tolerated the 4pm check-in. I think the hotel would accommodate an early check-in if you weren't waiting for a very specific room so I do understand why we had to wait. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are expensive. Three alcoholic drinks and one mocktail came to €42 which isn't unusual for the area but you can definitely eat and drink for cheaper. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food beyond breakfast. We had a lovely stay and I was sad to leave.

- Gian Carlo Corradini (8/5): Ottimo hotel, migliorabile qualche attenzione - Camere molte belle e personale magnifico. Però avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale, e mi hanno assegnato 2 singoli accoppiati. C'è una griglia di ventilazione sull'esterno, e se c'è vento fa molto rumore. Purtroppo c'è stato un mezzo uragano e non si dormiva per il fischio proveniente dalla griglia.

- Kelly (4/5): Tres tres tres bruyant - j'ai payé 300 euros pour une chambre vue mer on arrive dans l'hôtel déjà une odeur pestilentielle aucune excuse pour ce dérangement du coup on voulait manger au restaurant de l'hôtel car il avait une bonne critique mais vu l'odeur on a préféré manger ailleurs et en rentrant dans notre chambre il etait assez tôt car nous avons un enfant de 3 ans là à 22h on va dire un bar juste en bas sur la plage commence à mettre la musique mais à fond on avait l'impression d'être sur la plage aucune insonorisation j'avais l'impression que les fenêtres étaient restées ouvertes tellement c'était fort Je trouve scandaleux qu'à 300 euros la nuit au mois d'octobre on est pas une chambre insonorisée et la musique s'est arrêtée à 2h30 du matin Merci ce week-end je l'avais pris pour que mon compagnon se repose car il a une dure année il est rentré encore plus fatigué épuisé nerveusement c'est honteux rien pas un geste pour s'excuser on me répond simplement que je ne suis pas là seule qui s'est plaint de cela Vraiment dommage parce que l'hôtel est très joli le personnel était vraiment très bien et le petit déjeuner excellent Mais je le deconseille fortement pour toutes les autres raisons
- Marie (10/5): - Wir sind zusammen mit unserem Hund angereist. Auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht mitgespielt hat, haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Es liegt direkt am Wasser. Restaurants und andere Shops sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sauber. Das Personal war total freundlich und professionell, so wie man sich das wünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist großartig. Für jeden ist was dabei und es ist auch ausreichend. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

- Susanne (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen beim Lärmschutz! - Das Deluxe Zimmer war hell und einladend. Leider war unser Zimmer zum Campingplatz ausgerichtet,wo täglich Disco bis 0:30 Uhr stattfand. Der Lärmpegel war aufgrund der fehlenden Lärmschutzfenster enorm! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Auch ist es nicht gut, das die Balkontür,wenn Sie einmal geschlossen ist, von außen nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann! Ich hätte mich beinahe selbst ausgesperrt! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Der Strand war fußläufig erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich einen eigenen Sonnenschirm mitzubringen, da keine Schirme oder Liegen vermietet werden. Das Publikum war Europäisch: Franzosen, Belgier,Schweizer,Italiener und sehr wenige Deutsche. Mit Englisch und etwas französisch konnte man sich gut verständigen.
- Heiko (8/5): - Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage vom holländischen Anbieter Van der Valk. Vor Pfingsten überwiegend Senioren als Gäste, leider kamen mit dem herannahenden Pfingstwochenende, viele Urlauber in die Gegend, was bis in den Morgengrauen erheblichen Lärm in den Strandbars mit sich brachte. Auch der Krach der Motorräder auf der Strasse direkt vorm Hotel war belastend. Wer Ruhe sucht in dieser Zeit (Ende Mai), sollte woanders buchen.

- Teddy (6/5): Bel hôtel , bien placé mais très mal géré - Occupant la chambre 114, très petite , la terrasse dédiée est plus grande que la chambre, odeur de nourriture très forte dans les couloirs, Odeur d’égout ds les toilettes , bruit très gênant suite à la fin d’une réception au rdc de l’hôtel …. Un Cleannex trainait par terre ds la chambre .

Mitään moitittavaa ei sinänsä ole, muuta kuin hissi kaipaisi uudistusta, vaikka olikin Koneen hissi. Autopaikkoja on liian vähnä suhteessa autolla liikkujiin, koska käytännössä kaikki majoittujat tulivat autolla. Ravintola on täysis susi! Älkää käyttäkö. Ravintola näyttää hyvältä, mutta ei ole. Työntekijät olivt väsyneenoloisia ja tekivät juuri sen minimin. Ruoka oli sitkeää ja saimme pihvin lisukkeeksi herne-maissi-paprikaa. Ei näin. Huoneesa ei vikaa. Perus. Parveke iso plussa!

- Erno (8/5): - Tweede keer voor ons. Deze omgeving vinden wij gewoon erg mooi! Hotel is ook goed. Echter deze keer schimmel in de voegen van de badkamer en niet een beetje ook. Ook de bedden zijn 2x eenpersoons met te kleine dekens. Avondeten is niet perfect, prijzig en tij-vlees. Dagmenu varieert niet echt. Daarin tegen is het ontbijt wel super!

Nous avions demandé un grand lit avec un seul matelas et nous avons eu un lit avec deux matelas séparés ! La réponse de l’accueil a été « avec Expedia les demandes c’est toujours brouillon, réservez avec nous directement c’est mieux! « Les environs de l’hôtel sont bruyants. Nous n’y retournerons pas

- Verified traveler (2/5): Overrated and noisy - Horrible noisy experience. Hotel Bloom Van Der Valk st Aygulf was a 4* hotel, once upon a time, it is certainly not anymore. First room was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, hairs in bed. Next room, 107, was clean. First morning we woke up to loud contruction work in the parking lot, second morning we woke up, not by choice, at 6 am to loud biping from delivery truck, Third morning we woke up, not by choice, at 6am to the beautiful loud sound of a washing and drying machine, as if it was in the same room (reception lady informed us it was because we stayed on the 1floor, but we did not choose which room and floor to stay on). The walls and balcony door are paper thin, there is no noise canceling or privacy at all. Water from toilettank runs 24/7. Housekeeping knocks on the door and waits intill you open, event through you put" Do not disturb" on the door (the lady told me she was new so fine, it is understandable). Reception area is contemporary and smells nice. Reception staff are friendly and service minded, we did not have to pay the extra fee for our dog, as a compensation. Delicious food from the restaurant. The surrounding areas of Frejus and st Aygulf are for an older demography, senior citizens. Souvenir shops and shopping overall is also for seniors with one too many "Vive la retraite" signs (Long live retirement).

- maryvonne (6/5): - très belle chambre côté colline avec les contreforts de l’Estérel. par contre à 5h30 du matin camions de livraison! et manque de chance le système d'eau chaude était en panne. donc douches presque froides. au moment de partir nous avons averti la personne à l’accueil qui était au courant et s'est excusée ..et c'est un peu léger! je suis une ancienne commerçante, autrefois nous compensions les problèmes par un petit geste; là , c'était comme si ce n'était pas important de se doucher à l'eau froide

- Roland (6/5): Redelijk hotel maar Vd Valk in NL vaak beter - Kleine kamer, receptie was onbemand bij inchecken om 18.30 u s avonds en een kwartier staan wachten tot er iemand aankwam om ons te helpen. Kleine kamer met balkon en erg kleine badkamer. Goede bedden en gratis flesjes water in koelkast bleek achteraf. Dichtbij strand maar ver buiten centrum en vanaf haven Frejus.
- nadia (8/5): de passage pour une nuit - Très bon accueil, bel hotel face à la mer. Déçue par la chambre tout à fait ordinaire, avec vue sur le camping d'à cote, et gros point noir, :la salle de bain !! Elle est microscopique, heureux que j'étais seule, et que je ne restais qu'une nuit, car obligée de déposer mon vanity sur les toilettes, accolées au lavabo. Pas du tout le standing d'un 4 étoiles, on paie l'emplacement, mais pas la chambre. Par contre diner ,et petit déj très agréable et copieux.
- Olivier (8/5): Bien dans l’ensemble - Bon séjour malgré un accueil pas trop chaleureux. Chambre confortable et suffisamment spacieuse. Bien situé au bord de mer. Problème de parking (tout le temps plein). Bon restaurant mais attente interminable et quand vous demandez si l’on ne vous a pas oublié on vous répond non encore 2 ou 3 tables et ce sera vous!! 1:30 entre l’entrée et le plat. Au moins on admet l’oubli….

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed for one night as part of a road trip in the south of France. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Maps of nearby sites were great and roman ruins in this area are interesting. Easy to drive into St Tropez or St Maxime from here in a much quieter setting. Clean room with very nice bathroom.

- Deena (8/5): Great hotel for a good price - The hotel staff are professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely remodeled and the hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is the noise. We could hear everything going on outside our room. The mornings we were woken up by other guest talking or the maid service vacuuming and cleaning rooms at 8 a.m. We were on the first floor and our friends were up on a higher floor and they did not experience the noise level that we did. Overall the hotel was great for the value.
