- Fabiola Sinai (9/5): Gran estancia - Lugar céntrico, personal amable y atento, limpieza super buena, conexión a wifi estable al entrar por primeva vez se sintió un ligero olor a humedad, pero nada que demerite la estancia, posteriormente noté que había habitaciones con micro y refri, pero me gustó mucho la ubicación de la habitación y ya no quise cambiar. Tuve la suerte de que en la parte de arriba unos huéspedes fueron muy ruidosos, pero no creo que estuviera dentro del control del hotel. En general fue muy agradable la estancia.

Was pretty quiet on the evenings and slept really good Staff very nice especially Yessi on reception ..very friendly & professional! No Breakfast…just went next door so was good

- Abel (8/5): Lo que no me gusto - Amabilidad del personal 1.-El baño olía a caño.no atrapa los olores los malos olores. 2.-Las camaristas hacen mucho ruido al limpiar los cuartos vecinos arrastran los muebles.No dejan dormir. 3.- Se llevaron mi sabana. La confundieron con las del hotel. 4.-No respetaron el NO molestar me golpearon el cuarto. 5.- No tienen los tarjetones de No molestar. 6..-Se salía el agua del área de la regadera hacia el wc. Se tenía que estar limpiando a cada rato. Para evitar resbalones en el aera del wc.

- Flavia Villani (4/5): Sconsigliato - Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte, come punto di appoggio per la notte di arrivo dall'aeroporto e per ripartire il giorno successivo. L'hotel ha una zona parking, ma é soggetta a disponibilità dato che sono solo 5/6 posti. La camera non era pulita, il ventilatore sopra al letto era pieno di polvere e in bagno le lampade erano arrugginite. Accanto al letto due ripiani sporchi che probabilmente erano una vecchia cucina non smontata. Non c'era acqua calda e quando lo abbiamo segnalato, la receptionist non sembrava sorpresa.

Que no hubiera la posibilidad de desayunar en el hotel. Que la atencion que da el personal del lobby es un poco fria y distante. En cambio el personal de limpieza muy amable y cordial.

Sheets feel like toilet paper. They also don’t have an elevator or you get the 3rd floor you have to carry everything up and down the stairs. Service was very poor. Do not recommend. Waste of money

- Iara (5/5): It's a motel and not a hotel. Accommodation only for those passing through, for one night. - This is not a hotel, but a motel, it very simple. It's honest to sleep for a night if you're passing through the city. There is no water to buy at the hotel and despite being informed that there would be a laundry next door that sells it, there was no water available either. I asked the receptionist at the laundry and she said that despite having an OXXO two blocks away, it is not safe to walk there at night. Even though it was after midnight when I went to sleep, there was music in the reception, the lights in the hallway were on, and the curtains didn't offer blackout. Hard to sleep.

- Joseph (6/5): Stay away from this area of town. - Price was the main reason for staying here. I was mugged and robbed two blockvs east of the hotel. When I got back to the Hotel and asked the girl at the desk to call police she had difficulty understanding. Police finally came about 1 hr later. When I went to talk to Police they simply took my name and told me to go to the station. They did not even get out of the truck.

- mike (4/5): - I reserv for one person a ine room with queen bed , having refrigerator with microwave as it was shoing on the picture...instead they give me a larger room with two twin bed with no refrigerator and no microwave...my explanation and request was neglected..my request to see or talk to manager hed no respond...they asked me if i want have what i reserved, i should pay 150 pesos extra...that is radicollous!!!

After spending thousands of dollars and in vacation mood, they will ruin both, your money and your mood. The hotel is far from Bus terminal which is the tourist area in downtown. Hotel was mostly empty in my 7 day stay.
