- Bianca (8/5): Nice stay but a bit outside of town - I really had a nice stay at the hotel but I would not try out there Spa again. The room was very comfortable, an early check-in was possible, the food was okay and breakfast could be improved. The experience at the Spa was bad since they charged me a foot massage of an 60min and it is duration was much shorter.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Boutique hotel outside of city centre - A bit outside of downtown Sandakan, you need to take taxi for your every move. The hotel is in a great condition and has a boutique hotel vibe. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was a bit small for us, my husband's feet was off from the bed while sleeping (he is 1.83m). The wi-fi connection is strong. The staff was helpful all the time. Spa facilities are available.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Net niet - WiFi werkte niet of slecht. Personeel erg vriendelijk maar niet op de hoogte. Uit het centrum maar goed bereikbaar met de busjes. Goed verblijf.
- Evelyn (8/5): Comfortable hotel away from town centre. - This is a new hotel and seemed half empty when I was there. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the room was well-furnished and comfortable. It is a fifteen minute walk from town but there are plenty of buses and minibuses if you don't feel like walking. The restaurant food is a bit limited but this will probably improve once there are more guests. The television in the restaurant was always switched to HBO ( an English language channel) on my arrival which you may or may not appreciate!
