- kendalla633 (10/5): Best Motel Ever! - This is the cleanest, most tidy motel I've ever stayed in. The owner, LeeAnn, was very kind and professional when checking us in. The motel is on a quiet road and less than a mile away from downtown Littleton, which is small and charming. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Very comfortable and cozy room. We loved staying here and will definitely be back :)
- Melodee (4/5): Country Squire Motel - The room was clean the microwave did not work properly, the bathroom door was cut around toile so the bathroom door would close. The shower was tiny. The thermostat had a piece of tape over it so it couldnt be turned on and it was vold.
- Deborah (10/5): - The property was clean and safe. It’s not close to shopping or restaurants but it doesn’t take away from the safety and comfort.
- Richard (8/5): Very convenient location and friendly service - Check in was efficient and friendly. There were only eight small cottages, which were very private and comfortable. The TV had a premium streaming service of Hulu. The heating and air was controlled in the room. The shower stall was very small, but the water pressure was good. The water got very hot very fast so we had to be careful with the adjustment. The only thing we had a slight problem with was locking the door because we had to pull it very hard to get it closed. But we liked the location and the proprietor very much.
- Michael (6/5): - Over all was decent for a place to sleep and that’s about it.
- robgQ2876NA (10/5): Super clean, affordable motel! - Great little motel in Littleton. Super clean, owner very friendly (Leeanne? - hope I got that right!). Very affordable, very quiet. Lovely neighborhood and easy walk to downtown (about 7-10 minutes). I stayed six nights. Definitely would go back. If you are looking for something simple and affordable, this was wonderful. Bonus - coffeemaker, fridge and microwave in room. AC great - we had a heatwave and 95 degree temps week I was there. Much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!
- David (8/5): - Small rooms. Comfortable for one or 2 people. Generally clean, comfortable and quiet. Home style motel with personal service.
- Robert (10/5): - Checkin was quick and friendly. The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower.
- Theresa (10/5): - This is my go to place in the White Mountains. It is basic but meets my needs. Only suggested improvement would be a hair dryer in the room rather than needing to ask for one.
- lora (8/5): - Super cute and no non-sense property.
- Leslie (10/5): Excellent place to stay. - Beautiful, quiet setting that feels like home. The owners are so kind and welcoming.
- Leslie (10/5): Wonderful stay and it felt just like home! - The owners are very welcoming and the property is gorgeous and well maintained.
- Joseph (10/5): - Cheap and cheerful. All we needed and very clean.
- Jesus A. (10/5): - I recommend the Motel, the staff's attention makes you feel at home. If I return to Littleton I will stay at Country Squire Motel again.
- Elaine (6/5): - Clean and okay but old and not appealing from the outside
- Lana (8/5): - Place was a little dated, but very clean. Newer carpet. Mattress could use an update, a little soft fur our preference. But overall good for a few nights, safe area, friendly owners. Close to many activities.
- Nola (10/5): - The motel is a small group of 8-9 rooms. It’s not fancy but it is a great place to stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped - fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Good shower with plenty of towels, paper items, etc. Comfortable beds and was quiet. Nice outdoor seating area. Would be happy to stay again.
- Sandra (10/5): - Our stay was very pleasant. The room was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful. My only observation is that the bathroom was small and the shower had no shelves for soap or shampoo. An additional towel bar would be helpful too. I would definitely stay here again.
- Norman (8/5): - It is a small and cozy gem. Very clean.
- john (8/5): - Just a fine place to stay.
- Jayson (10/5): - great little motel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff!
- Christine (10/5): - Clean, comfortable rooms, 8 in total. Conveniently located near downtown and shopping.
- Paul (8/5): - Nice place, close to shopping and downtown
- Jan (10/5): Handicapped accessible - This is an older hotel, built in the 50s. Very clean and comfortable. However, nothing is handicapped accessible and of the 8 rooms the should be at least one. It would not be hard to make one of the end units a handicapped room. A ramp off of the porch at one end. At least 2 Grab bars intalled in the bathroom, or even all the bathrooms. The shower also could use 2 Grab bars.
- Chad (10/5): - We came up for a five night stay. This hotel was perfect. Great staff, location and was super clean. Will definitely stay here for all our future stays.
- James (10/5): - Friendly and helpful
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Small, but very clean, and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Very nice little motel. Owners were very nice. Great shopping & restaurants very close.
- Byron (10/5): - Clean, simple, well-maintained, typical older style American motel with nice staff.
- MThree2011 (8/5): Highly recommend and great price - We had 2 rooms in Mid July for 4 friends. The motel is super clean and the beds are very comfy. It was great that there a fridge and microwave in room and they have chairs outside every room. You cannot hear anyone in the other rooms which was great. It is less than a mile from downtown Littleton.
- Suellen (10/5): - Such a reasonable price for a quaint motel
- Matthew (10/5): - Room was nicely furnished and clean, plenty of towels and easy-to-use WiFi, TV, microwave, and fridge. Kids welcome was a huge plus. Price can't be beat for what you get. Very short drive to Littleton downtown area, groceries, etc. Manager was very helpful when checking in. Would definitely stay again.
- Michael (8/5): - Been coming there for four years in a row . Love your little place . See you next year !!
- Donna (10/5): - Property small but very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, which is nice. Would stay here again.
- Beverly (10/5): - Older property. Well mai tained. Very clean. Great value for the price.
- Jared (10/5): - Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff
- Susan (10/5): - Lee Ann is a great host, she explains everything perfectly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Room is great, cozy comfortable. Our stay was great, we definitely will be back again.
- Brian (10/5): - Nice people, quiet, and great location. Would recommend.
- Mitchell (10/5): - If you don't need a pool at all the fancy amenities that the $300 a night Hotel gives you then this is a place for you. Clean quiet comfortable. Very accommodating host as well.
- Barbara (10/5): - Good price and cancelation policy
- George (10/5): - Very clean, small motel, nice location. Room was a bit small.
- Molly (8/5): - Our room was very quaint. The white paint was freshly done and in good condition. The whole room was very clean. If you are a very large person you may not like the shower stall, it was fine for us. We loved that you got an actual key for the door and that the room had a small table and chairs. The greeting when we checked in was very friendly and informative.
We were able to walk to the Littleton Diner-very good- and to see the iconic Pollyanna statue. The Dunkin' Donuts shop was handy too.
- Kathleen (8/5): - Not wholly handicapped friendly. Rocks for the driveway made it difficult to walk to the smoking station and diffficult to step up in to our room. Otherwise lovely host and comfortable bed.
- Benjamin (10/5): Perfect For What it Was - Perfect. It is so much better than the fancy resorts, if you want to be in new england this is the best way to do it. I and out no hassle great support.
- James (8/5): - Would stay again
- Leonard (10/5): - The rooms are simple, but very clean. Lee-Ann and Chris are very nice. Great value for the money.
- Hubert (10/5): great 3 night stay - Clean, simple and very quiet. great host also
- Barry (10/5): Just what I needed - I was doing professional development in the area and found this place. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were great. And it's very close to a cool little town with great shops, restaurants, and a couple breweries. Not at all fancy, but the price and amenities are more than sufficient.
- Ross (8/5): - Property was good pillows very soft and bed was also soft
very clean room and bathroom
- Sarah (10/5): - The property was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and pillows were lovely. Top notch customer sevice from both owners. It's a 2 minute drive to beautiful Main Street Littleton. Perfect stay, we will be returning.
- John (8/5): Country Squire - Nice family run motel. Pleasant stay.
- Leslie (10/5): Hidden gem - We came for a fishing tournament and security is always a concern. This was not an issue here. The parking and rooms are secluded from the main road. The room was well laid out and not cramped. I liked the quilted bed cover. The water got hot quickly & stayed hot. (The shower is not for large people) It was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at.
- E6018TLdavidc (10/5): Small, very clean and comfortable motel - This was an immaculately clean room, with all new furnishings (see photos). They note the bathroom has stall shower and worked great. Vanity and fixtures new, new TV, microwave and fridge. Places to sit outside each room with two, new Adirondack chairs. Note that this is a small and simple motel. Owners were friendly and very accommodating. While close to downtown Littleton (what a wonderful place) it was quiet. If we return to the area for more hiking will try to book here again.
- Jim (10/5): - Clean nice Mom and Pop motel. Support local people not huge chains.
- Eliza (8/5): - I was impressed by the cleanliness of this little motel. The room smelled nice and fresh when you walked into it and everything was immaculate. The bed was very firm and comfy and I slept great. There is one amusing design detail - a cut out in the bathroom door to close it (and you have to lift up the toilet seat) - that was pretty funny to me. For the price, this motel stay was a great value and I would stay here again. It is nicer than comparably priced rooms in Littleton.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cute and Clean - A cute and classic old school motel. No frills but exactly what I needed for a few days of motorcycle riding around the White Mountains. Walking distance to downtown for all the restaurants and shops.
- Michael (10/5): - This is an older motel. It's very clean and the rooms were comfortable. It is a short drive from everything that I needed and quiet because it was not on the main drag. The price was very affordable, and the owner had some great recommendations on dining. I would definitely stay here again.
- kdcarver (10/5): Punched way above its weight class - A small, eight unit motel, Squire punches way above its weight. Nothing fancy, no frills, but the important details are taken care of with an obvious pride in ownership. During our trip through NH in mid-October 2022, we stayed at several hotels, motels, and B&B’s. Squire was less expensive than all of them but delivered a friendly, clean, and comfortable place to eat and relax at half about half the price of the other lodgings.
Note that they don’t take online bookings. Instead, you have to call their desk, which was fine by me. The only complaint I had could be chalked up to user error — the heater was a bit too powerful for the room size.
Highly recommended.
- Bonnie (8/5): - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nearby attractions. Keep in mind this is an older property, rate was very good for this area in fall season. Nice to be away from lincoln/conway and all the traffic.
- Christopher (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. Great for the price.
- Michael (10/5): - Second year we use this little place . Cozy and quaint. Owners really nice . Be back next year ,
- Margaret (10/5): - nice people leeann was great
- Susan (6/5): - Liked having a free standing (stall) shower.
Outdoor area was gravel, not grassy.
- John (10/5): Great place! - Check-in was very smooth, extremely friendly. While the building is old, it is very well maintained. I would definitely stay there again!
- JayModh (10/5): Good place for couple of nights in White Mountains - This is a Good place for couple of nights stay in White Mountains. Small motel but very good front desk service. Very helpful. Lady in the reception gave us lots of ideas to tour in and around White mountains. Felt safe. Shops and restaurants are 15-20 mins walk. There was no noise from road or anywhere. Just birds tweeting...which we liked. Parking in front of your room.
- Katherine (10/5): - Very clean and the owners were very kind and accommodating
- Danielle (10/5): Just what we needed! - This is a clean, well-maintained, no frills motel in a convenient location. The check in and out process was easy, and the owners were very friendly. Also, the shower had excellent water pressure and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place to rest and kickback after exploring the surrounding nature spots.
- victor (10/5): - A FANTASTIC VALUE FOR THE MONEY
- Roman (10/5): - We had a great stay. Very clean, quiet and stylishly decorated. Can't beat for the price! We will stay again.
- Minerva (8/5): - Good location, close to White Mountain National Forest (The Flume Gorge) and Kancamagus Highway, Courteous front desk staff. Quiet area. The room was small but clean and shower pressure was excellent. The only critique we have was our room had a musty odor from the carpet and the wifi was weak.
- jordanmorningstar (8/5): Personal Accommodations - My son and I loved our stay at the Country Squire Motel. The room was very comfortable. Our check-in was smooth, the owner is very polite and eager to help if need assistance. The room is very cozy. We had a two double bed. The bathroom has a standing shower (no tub or walls to step over). The room has plenty of lighting options along with a dresser and closet. We also had a minifridge, coffee maker, microwave, telephone, and alarm clock. The room has usb as well as three-prong plug-ins for your electronic devices. The TV is a Roku/Hulu tv. It was very nice to relax after a long day to enjoy some Hulu entertainment. The internet connection sometimes lagged and caused us to lose connection with the app. It was easy to re-enter after being kicked from your program. There are a few boys who play basketball on the premises. They are extremely polite and thoughtful. They do not play too early or too late in the day.
- Mary Ellen (10/5): - Owners lovely people. They were very accommodating and helpful for our needs. Would definitely go back. Good location.
- Sabra (10/5): - We have a stayed here a few times and it is always clean, neat and the people who run it a very friendly and helpful! I love the cotton bedspreads because you know they go right in a washing machine for a super clean feeling! I like that this is family owned and operated. It is small and cozy!

- Laurie (10/5): Great stay - Great service, friendliness, great location...short trip to the center of town
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was comfortable not real big . WE had everything that we needed . They served us straightened up our room while we staying .
- Michelle (10/5): The perfect place to stay while enjoying NH - Everything about our stay was amazing! The room was perfect for a couple visiting the White Mountains for a week of hiking and kayaking. The room was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and we loved that there was a dinette in the room, along with a refrigerator and microwave, allowing us to save a bunch of money on meals by not eating out every day. The location was perfect - close to the Whites but in a town with everything you could possibly need. Country Squire Motel is also close to Moore Reservoir, a perfect place to enjoy water sports, swim, and view wildlife.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Affordable and close to many things I like in the area, if you drive down to the shops, it’s faster. But the area is pretty and if you like rural city views and strolls, the distance is doable. Great staff, clean motel, I’ll stay there again when I visit family in the area
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I travel for work and have to sleep during the day and work at night. Property was quiet, clean and close to downtown.
- GB2 (10/5): - We've stayed here before and it's always very clean and quiet. Parking is right in front of your room. Host is always very friendly and helpful.
- walter (10/5): - Great little motel..right in the middle of everything you would want to do. sking hiking...foliage...right off interstate...and a real easy stroll into the center of Littleton.Lastly Lee Ann..thd owner is the best!!!!!
- Neal (8/5): Comfy and Cozy - Clean, spacious rooms. A bit dated, but perfectly comfortable. Friendly service and great location for all the White Mountain locations. Quiet, too! Fantastic value!
- Daniel (10/5): Small but Sweet - Rooms are small, but a bargain for the price we paid. Extremely clean and pleasant looking—feels like more of a hotel than a motel. All the room amenities we needed, including ice, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Will be happy to stay there again—best value in the White Mountain area!
- Christopher (10/5): - Overall a great room and excellent location. One side is downtown small town of littleton and on the other its all your rural and chain shops
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great a/c during a heat wave at a super price!
- Jeffrey (10/5): A+ - Extremely hospitable. Very friendly staff. Area was nice and quiet and the room was super clean.
- Priscilla (10/5): Very pleasant room! Good value! - The owner was very welcoming. The room was clean, cheerful, and comfortable. I was particularly pleased with how well lit the room was, unlike other poorly lit motels in the area. The heating is quiet baseboard with thermostat in the room. Very good value for the price, and I look forward to staying at Country Squire next time I'm in the area!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was very clean and the receptionist was very friendly and informative. Close to downtown district and restaurants
