• Ivan (3/5): Inflexibility to help travellers to continue travelling without one of their bags - Location near BTS Surrack but staff very unhelpfully could not leave bags not even one day to set in their ways no flexibility had to pick bags by 5mp the daty you leave them Can no longer leave your bags while you travel absolutely no flexibilities when I asked bag to be held in storage for one day they said no toy leave it you must pick it by 5 pm same day they were never so ridged TV channels had no English channels

Daily cleaning. Wifi was not always working. Rooms were a bit out dated especially the bathroom need to be modernised.pool good to hang out but bit shallow.

• Norbert Hans-Georg (7/5): Ein klassisches Hotel, zentral gelegen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, (kleine) Mängel - Hier kann man zu einem fairen Preis im Herzen der Stadt wohnen - ich kam das erste Mal vor gut 30 Jahren hier her. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hochbahn-Station Surasak. Aus dem 8. Stock schaut man auf das Thai-Restaurant Blue Elefant in einem alten Stadthaus vor der thailändischen Chamber of Commerce. Der Eigentümer hat den Rezeptionsbereich und die Flure renoviert, die nun ansprechend freundlich und modern sind. Dazu der unfassbar leise Fahrstuhl der Firma Hitachi, der von Anbeginn an dem Hotel und seinen Gästen die Treue hält - aus Deutschland kommend - Wie macht Hitachi das nur? Links und rechts vom Hotel gibt es zwei Street Food Garküchen, in denen man wunderbar (und gefahrlos - alles geht durch den WOK!) essen kann, gut besucht von Einheimischen, auch eine Kaffeebar mit allem, was ein Kaffeetrinker begehrt. Die technischen Installationen sind nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit. Viele kleine Dinge im Zimmer mindern den positiven Gesamteindruck. Die Betten waren neu, doch anderes Mobiliar war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen, der Fussboden darunter sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Auch der charmante Pool auf dem Dach ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht eine Überholung, er ist ein Highlight des Hotels. Man geniesst dort einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang, inmitten der Glitzerfassaden der Hochhäuser ringsum, doch hoch genug über dem Verkehrsstrom, der unten am Hotel vorbei fliesst. Die Fitnessapparate des Gyms auf dem Dach rosten vor sich hin und sind meist unbrauchbar, doch nebenan hat ein grosses, neues Fitnessstudio seine Tore geöffnet.

• billy (7/5): Recommandable un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix - L emplacement, les chambres spacieuses, la piscine, le rapport qualté prix . Restaurant de grande renommé juste a coté. Le staff tres aimable. La salle de sport delabré, le materiell oxydé.

• Adam (7/5): Bardzo zadowolony z pięknych widoków z tarasu basenowo widokowego. - Dużo gwiazdek za basen i widok z dachu nocą, jeśli chodzi o resztę to nie oczekiwałem luksusów i nic mnie więcej nie zdziwi ;) za tą kasę to jest nawet nieźle. Hotel rodem z PRL, wymaga remontu.
• Nazire (4/5): - There are 4-5 women working at the reception, except for the one sitting inside, the others don't speak English, so it's very difficult to communicate when you have a problem. I had a problem with paying my bill and they couldn't explain the reason to me at all.

Alles, man fährt mit dem Auto zu einem Hinterhof, dort war es so eng, dass wir Angst hatten auszu- fahren, dann geht man durch einen Gang, wo alle möglichen Geschäfte und Anlagen zu finden sind dann kommt man zur Lobby und eine Miesgelaunte Dame gibt uns so etwas wie eine Schlüsselkarte. Im Zimmer angekommen, dreckige Scheiben, Vorhänge etc...die Tür vom Badezimmer war in einem Zustand der Unmöglichkeit, der Wasserhahn war lose und alles war verdreckt...dass Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise die Bilder hier auf booking.com und das fand ich jetzt nicht gut....

• Richard (9/5): - A very nice hotel with good sized rooms and bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The reception staff and housekeeping service is efficient and friendly. There's a great swimming pool on the rooftop and the sky train stop is literally right in front of the hotel. A little noise from the main street in front of the hotel, but not enough to disturb your sleep.
• Joel 32 (9/5): Bon emplacement - Bon accueil. Station de métro juste devant l'hôtel. Très bien pour visiter les points d'intérêts de la ville. Petits restos sympas à proximité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine est appréciable. La salle de sport mériterait un petit lifting mais elle est opérationnelle. Laundry sur place. Le WiFi est moyen, ça dépend des chambres. La salle de bain est correcte, la baignoire n'est pas pratique pour une douche 🤗. Ce n'est pas le luxe des hôtels du centre ville mais ça reste un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel est calme. Pour le Check Out, possibilité de laisser les bagages une partie de la journée pour finaliser les achats. Petit parking privé gratuit situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Pas de petits déjeuners sur place.

Also really good value for the facility and proximity. For the room I am in, the shower head is not working properly, at least the water heater is functional so showering is not too bad.

• J4939HJmichaelp (6/5): The cheapest hotel with BTS access.... - I'm a frequent traveler to Bangkok. My usual hotel was fully booked, and this was the cheepest hotel I could find with easy BTS access. The room and bathroom and really dated, and could use a complete remodel. However, the room was very large, comfortable, and clean-enough. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work. There is internet TV with YouTube, etc. The hot water was fine. The air-conditioning is okay. The staff are friendly and helpful. I paid USD $75.42 for three nights on Agoda. I would stay here again.
• Subin (1/5): Horrible place that is old and has baby roaches running around. - Nothing at all. May be the price. A lot of things. There were tiny roaches in the room. The AC was too old. The room was big but did not look super clean. Quite frankly the roaches running everywhere wasn't a pleasant sight. I booked another place at 2 am. Couldn't even spend one night at the place when I had planned to stay 10 nights there.

The most appreciable point is the air conditioning that is very silent for such an old piece of equipment. The electrical socket are quite old and the bathroom socket is missing its cover. This may be a safety issue.

The stairs of Surasak SRT station comes out at the front of King Royal Garden hotel that’s the best thing. A couple of street food shops in front of the hotel. 7/11 is 25 meters away. Pool was nice but rather small and shallow water For the lift the Service quality certificate ran out 31/01/22 Everything in the Hotel is old and tired. The corridors have that old stale damp smell to it. Shower pressure is very low, better described as a trickle. Gym equipment are old, most of them are broken. Not many eating options close by. Boring surroundings.

Got a room with hairs in the bathroom and a clogged bathroom sink to be then changed to a room with still hairs in the bathroom and a cockroach trap with cockroaches in it. I had just come in from an overnight bus to Bangkok so I literally had no energy to go elsewhere. Sheets seemed clean but everything was incredibly old and in bad shape and really gave a creepy vibe.
