There are many families with children. We liked everything, and I would like to note the very friendly attitude of the staff.

SR MUHAMUTT penso que escrevi correctamente, senao peço desculpa! E lamentavelmente na área da piscina houve uma grande guerra entre um funcionário do spa e um cliente....entre socos e batatadas...o cliente levou um soco que caiu inconsciente no chão! Isto sim foi lamentavel....foi triste e fez com que nossos filhos menores e o resto da família ficasse triste e nunca mais fomos na piscina😔.... Varios anos visitando a Turquia e nunca assisti a tal acto! Uma desilusão. Barman do bar noturno foi bem atencioso tambem tal como outros chefes que por lá passavam. Nao estou dando pontuação ao pessoal, tirando o funcionário do spa como maus...mas os funcionários do restaurante ala Carte tambem são rudes e antipáticos!! Esperava mais deste Hotel deluxe,por isso minha desiludisao.

• Endzhe (10/5): Великолепно - Нас разместили в номере 1150 , идеально, все близко и бассейн и ресторан и море. Вид на море. Персонал, администраторы супер. Ни в чем не отказывали. Нужен 2 ключ, пожалуйста, под залог 10$ . Оплачен был эконом , разместили в стандарт( может даже выше категории). В ресторане было много еды, креветки, форель, курица, мясо, кебаб. Весь день можно покушать на территории. Ночной суп. Из фруктов яблоки, виноград, арбуз, дыня, апельсины, гранат, мандарины , ГЛАЗ ДРАКОНА. Свежевыжатый сок за 2 € в любое время и даже на пляже Анимации каждый день, мини клуб, горки Рядом с отелем аптеки, магазины в 2 мин ходьбы Мало туалетов 🫣 Wi-Fi только на ресепшен и за 15$ на 7 дней

Ala carte Balik, is perfect, fish is just amazing without hesitation, staff is really doing good! It was really nice! We would recommend this restaurant for everyone to try!

Despite the good territory the room was so good especially the awesome views. I'd really recommend this hotel for families, there are a lot of pools for kids and adults and also food everywhere! Thanks for this beautiful rest in this hotel.

Actually this hotel is far from Alanya city, it will take 40 min but worse it. Territory is a huge pros for this hotel. F&B is fine, people polite so i recommend!!!

The food at the restaurant was not of the big variety, however veggies were very tasty. The stuff was very nice and friendly. The other guest of the hotel are very loud, playing their own music. Overall the hotel itself is nice for the price, however due to the loud crowds, if you looking for a calmer place I would recommend a different hotel.
• Rich (6/5): - Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant. We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold. Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym.

• Elina (3/5): Poor - The food was more or less ok, especially Grill food was decent. nothing else to add into positive moments, to be honest service is awful, when we arrived, internet didn't work, so they couldn't charge my card and refuse to check-in us until they can charge, which is ridiculous. in a few days we had leak in our bathroom, but nothing was done. the hotel needs renovations asap. the beach is dirty.
• Ehab (1/5): You can find much better - The location. The room. Very crowded everywhere. Dirty pools. Very noisy restaurants. No information about food ingredients in the buffet. Very long queue to get food, drinks and being seated. The staff behave as if they don't want to be disturbed, this made me avoid asking for advice and help during my stay.
• Sonya (2/5): Very poor - Location This is not a 4 star hotel!! Poor selection of food. Doesn't taste like anything. Constant queue at all stations. And this applies to both breakfast, lunch and dinner. You must provide your own drinks for dinner. No service at the tables. Forks and knives and plates were missing. Small selection of drinks, which you often get in cardboard mugs. Guests can leave their towels on sunbeds until the following day and this secure the same sunbeds the next day. towels and clothes are not removed by staff in the evening. So all sunbeds are reserved even if you get up at 6 to reserve one. . Cleaning at the pool and common area is poor. Bad information about facilities and options at check-in. You just get a note that describes meal times. Wifi costs money - also in common areas. Only free at reception. We had problems with the air conditioning in our room the first 2 days and technicians were sent out constantly. They tried to fix the air conditioning but it kept breaking after an hour. The night was terrible. I had to fight for a new room on the 2nd day. I have informed the staff about all this

Döner varken döner istediğimde bittiği belirtildi ancak döner arkada vardı ve benden sonra gelen bütün Rus turistlere verildi. Genel olarak Rus misafirlere daha iyi davranıldığını gördüm ve bu bizleri üzdü. Ayrıca çalışanlar sürekli kendi aralarında kavga ediyordu ve gerginlik vardı. Türk olduğumuzu anlamayan çalışanlar kendi aralarında bizler hakkında Türkçe konuşarak bizleri rahatsız etti. Genel olarak çalışanlardan ve yemeklerden dolayı memnun kalmadığımız bir tatil oldu. Sahilde çöpler düzenli aralıkla toplanmadığından köpekler çöpleri karıştırığ etrafa dağıttı.

• Sahin (2/5): Bad service and bad behavior. - The only think i like about this hotel it was animation team they was very friendly and welcoming. But, didn't like the service here specially the restorant worker's and bar worker's. They was not smiling at all and they look at me like they hate me i guess it was because i was a menn and solo traveler. They was flirting with every one and i think the main reason they work in that hotel is to get laid. Even one's i was sitting in the pool with 2 girls just talking and than i saw waiter and one translator come with champagne and fruits plate to girls and said our hotel owner like you very much and he want to invite you to club illusion. And the hotel owner is like 65 year's old and the girls was rusian and 23 years old. Its really shame to see that hotel owner can be so unprofessional. I didn't like the food, my room was to far from restorant and beach. I had to walk like 7 min every time i wanted to go to beach or restorant. I dont recommend here to solo traveler or family. Dirty and full of rude peopel.

• Tuncay (5/5): Passable - The location of the hotel is very nice, beach was also nice, the rooms are very large and clean. We did not have any problem for clean towels. If there were 100 sunshide on the beach, there were 500 sunbeds. Number of sunshide was not enough. The staff was not friendly. There are staff who are uninterested and do not want to do their job and they did not have experience too. I could not see any manager all day at restaurant and other departments (maybe they prefer the sit their office becasue of sun). Only evenings Mr. Nusret was constantly supervising the staffs I also thank him for his interest
• Mounir (4/5): Great Hotel, Poor Cuisine! - During check-in, we had an excellent experience with friendly and proactive staff at the front desk, especially from Eldar, and all the front desk management behind them.. very responsive, open to take notes and requests. They offered a room better than we booked, with a fruit basket and a gift. The pools and beach were great, and the playground facilities were spacious and enjoyable. The animation team also did a fantastic job, especially Adzil (sorry if I misspelled the name). However, we had a disappointing experience with the food at this level of resort, at least for the time we've been there, really bad, very limited choices and very very basic. "One" bar is definitely not enough, no cocktail for kids and basic beverages, although, the bar staff was great. Long queues for things obvious, you will take a long line for a soup or a portion of fries!! This is really a great resort in all aspects , except cuisine and beverage choices, something has to be done about these 2 things to keep guests coming again to this hotel.

Aqua lar vs çok çok iyi. Tek sorunumuz bardaki arkadaşlar çok bitkin isteksiz. Birde buz devamlı bitiyor. 5 yıldızlı otelden farkı yok

Personel çok ilgili ve sıcak. Özellikle Türk olduğumuzu öğrenince bizimle daha özel ilgilenilsin. Ülkemizde ilk defa turistler karşısında kendimizi daha değerli hissettik. Diğer çalışanlarla birlikte özellikle Lobideki çalışanlardan Üzeyir, Hülya ve Gülçin’e ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Only ice cream available for one hour daily… The staff was not very friendly and only a few was smiling. 95% (own estimate) of the hotel guests are coming from the same country.

• Victor (10/5): Good value for money - We enjoyed very much our stay there. The food was good, the organization was great, the premises are nice and really close to the beach. Staff is also nice and helpful. I would suggest some improvements for the night check-in and some training for the night receptionists. Because of them the first impression of the hotel was very bad. Also , the karaoke night was really fun. It should last longer than 3-4 songs. I would definitely recommend the place.
• Andy (2/5): Worst hotel ever - To say this is the worst hotel ever is a massive understatement. We stay here for a week in September and none of the hotel staff spoke English. All the staff were rude and the whole complex was full of Russians. The hotel only seemed to cater for its Russian guests as all the food and night entertainment was in Russian. The electricity in our room went off a lot and not once did anyone come to investigate. Instead we waited for 5 hours till the lights came back on. Theres so much i can say about this hotel but my experience was so negative i dont know where to begin. All i can say is stay away from this resort.
• Bas (2/5): Russia or Turkey? - This hotel is made specifically for Russian holiday makers. Staff did not speak any english at all, only the day reception people spoke little english. All activities are in Russian and children were very disappointed as they could not understand what others are saying. The food was very bad and of cheap quality. The main restaurant was dirty and at some occasions we felt disgusted to eat there.I won't recommend this hotel at all.
