• Asli (8/5): Local vibes - We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is wonderful—right by the waterfront, with a lovely local feel that made the experience special. Quiet. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals like eggs and pasta. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable space. A few areas could use a little improvement: the living room floors would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture felt a bit rustic. Given the price range, we expected the space to feel a little more refreshed. That said, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the location, comfort, and convenience.

Der bør være en kost eller lign samt lidt rengøringsmidler, når man ikke får gjort rent ved 5 overnatninger.

Sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr geräumig. Problemloser elektronischer Check-In mit PIN-Code zum Gebäude und Zimmer. Der Service per Whatsapp ist zwar bemüht, aber technisch extrem schlecht umgesetzt. Zuerst kommt ein KI-Chatbot, wie es heutzutage leider so üblich ist, der bei allem, was man nicht auch selbst in den FAQs nachlesen kann, nicht weiterweiß. Dann meldet sich irgendwann ein Mensch. Das Problem ist, wenn man eine gewisse Zeit nicht antwortet (weil man unterwegs ist und nicht immer aufs Handy schaut), kommt wieder der Chatbot. Der Mitarbeiter danach kann aber nicht mehr den vorigen Chatverlauf sehen, sodass man immer wieder alles von vorne erzählen muss. Leider keine Waschmaschine im Apartment vorhanden.

The lack of air conditioning should be stated much more clearly on the website. The staff promised to bring a portable AC unit, but no one brought it or even informed us that they would not. The fan also did not work. In addition, our request for towels was never answered. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

• John or Vicki (1/5): BEDBUGS! - NOTHING!! BEDBUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my recent stay. My family and I discovered bedbugs in our 2 rooms and in 4/4 beds on our recent stay in April.), which made for a very distressing experience. I reported the issue immediately, but the response from the hotel at midnight was inadequate. We sent follow-up correspondence with photos and videos but never received any kind of apology and after we involved Booking.com they finally did offer a partial refund of 1 night which does not begin to cover the inconvenience, laundry bills, and horrible start to our vacation. Beyond the discomfort and lack of sleep, we had to take extra precautions to avoid bringing the problem home, which added stress and expense to my trip. Bedbugs are a serious issue, and I would strongly encourage the hotel to take more proactive measures in inspection and response. Until then, I advise travelers not to stay at YAYS hotels!

Þurftum að fara í aðra íbúð eina nótt til að sofa þvi reykskynjari fór i gang og ekki fólk til að laga fyrr en næsta dag. Loftkæling hávaðasöm og ekki hægt að laga fyrr en eftir 2 daga. Boðið vouthcer vegna þessa. Koddar ekki góðir. Kuldi kom inn um glugga í svefnherbergjum. Færðum rúmið. Settum inn Rituals til að bæta lykt.

• Valentine (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal un peu à l'écart de l'agitation mais avec une grande rue commerçante pleine de restaurants à 5 minutes à pied. Idéal pour ressortir dîner pas trop loin le soir. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé avec 2 chambres séparées, une grande salle de bain, un bel espace de vie lumineux. Nous étions à l'étage intermédiaire et nous entendions beaucoup les gens du dessus. Non pas qu'ils aient fait la fête mais on entendait tous leurs déplacements et les gens ne font pas vraiment attention à éviter de marcher lourdement. Donc dommage que ce point négatif entâche un peu le reste du tableau...

• Claudia (7/5): Rundum gelungener Städtetrip in schöner Wohnung direkt an Gracht. - Die Lage war ca. 18 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Zur Straßenbahn 2 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Küche gut bestückt. Im Bad alles vorhanden. Trotz der nahen Bahngleise absolut kein Lärm - wahrscheinlich sehr gute Fenster. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Zentrum war schnell zu erreichen. Die Organisation mit Check in und Türcode war einwandfrei. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Lüftung war etwas laut und man konnte sie auch nicht ausschalten. Die beiden Schlafzimmerfenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden - Souterrain. Fernseher hat bei uns auch nicht funktioniert oder wir haben es nicht kapiert :-). Brauchten wir aber auch nicht. Die Treppe nach unten sehr steil und sehr eng, sehr schmale Stufen. Für ältere Leute nicht unbedingt geeignet.

Some confusion over accessing storage bag lockers, you need to type your pin into door entrance 5 to access lockers . A toaster and a non slip mat for the shower over the bath would have been good. We were ground floor so had lots of people walking by and looking in so kept curtains shut.

• Bilgen (7/5): - Konumu çok iyi, ulaşım, giriş-çıkış gayet rahat. Apartman büyüklüğü gayet güzel. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli. 2.yatak odasındaki tek kişilik yataklar çok dar. Apartmanda 1 hafta kaldık, elektrik süpürgesi yok. İstedik, isterseniz ücretli temizlik alabilirsiniz dendi. Çamaşır makinesi var ama deterjanı yok. Bir akşam bir dairenin yangın alarmı çaldı, hepimiz dışarı çıktık. Yarım saat kimseye bilgi verilmeden alarm çalmaya devam etti. Sonra alarm sustu ama yine bilgi verilmedi.

• Estefania (7/5): Perfecto para pasar unos días en Amsterdam, aunque es más cómodo el sofá que la cama. - Nos gustó la comunicación que hubo con el alojamiento, el sistema de check in y las instrucciones claras para acceder al apartamento. También estaba limpio y disponía de lo necesario para cocinar. La ubicación no estaba mal (media hora caminando a la Plaza Damn). Las camas eran muy incómodas. Convendría cambiarlas dado que uno, cuando reserva un apartamento para Ocio y la idea es ir solo a dormir y poder descansar, necesita que esas horas de sueño sean buenas y, La verdad, de las tres noches, ninguna dormimos bien. El precio no es bajo, por eso creímos que sería bueno en ese sentido.
• Daniele (10/5): Comodidad total en pleno corazón de Ámsterdam - Nos alojamos dos parejas durante 4 días y la experiencia ha sido de 10 de principio a fin. Tanto el check-in como el check-out se hacen desde la aplicación del alojamiento, muy sencillo de usar y cómodo todo, ya que desde ahí te facilitan toda la información necesaria y te mandan las claves de accesos al edificio y al propio apartamento. Llegamos bastante temprano a Ámsterdam y uno de los detalles que más valoramos fue poder dejar el equipaje en los lockers que hay en la entrada del propio edificio. Son muy fáciles de usar, seguros y nos permitió empezar a disfrutar de la ciudad desde el primer momento sin tener que cargar con las maletas. El apartamento de dos habitaciones es bastante moderno, amplio, muy limpio y está cuidado al detalle. Las habitaciones tienen camas de matrimonio muy cómodas, perfectas para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. El baño es grande, con dos lavabos, algo que se agradece mucho cuando viajan varias personas. Además, dispone tanto de una bañera como de una ducha independiente, lo que aporta mucha comodidad. El salón-comedor cuenta con una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada, con menaje, horno, lavavajillas y una nevera pequeña, más que suficiente para preparar desayunos o alguna comida rápida. La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor. Está a unos 10 minutos a pie del de la ciudad como de la estación central de Ámsterdam, por lo que es muy fácil moverse y explorar la ciudad. En resumen, un alojamiento cómodo, limpio, moderno y muy bien ubicado. Si volvemos a Ámsterdam, sin duda volveremos a alojarnos aquí.
