- Yuri (10/5): Estancia extraordinaria - Nuestra estancia en el Mesón de Santa Rosa fue extraordinaria. Desde la llegada, la amabilidad y atención del personal destacan de manera especial; siempre atentos, cordiales y dispuestos a ayudar, lo que hace que uno se sienta verdaderamente bienvenido. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y llenas de estilo. Conservan el encanto colonial sin sacrificar el confort, con espacios bien cuidados que invitan al descanso y a disfrutar del lugar con tranquilidad. El restaurante es otro gran acierto: los platillos son deliciosos, bien preparados y con sabores que se disfrutan plenamente, ideales tanto para desayunar como para una comida relajada. Además, hospedarse aquí es vivir una experiencia histórica única, ya que se trata de una joya colonial del siglo XVII y el primer mesón de la ciudad de Querétaro. Sin duda, un lugar lleno de historia, confort y excelente servicio, totalmente recomendable.
- Gómez Pérez (9/5): Buena localización para hospedarse pero algo elevado el costo - La cama era muy muuuuuy cómoda y la oscuridad al cerrar las puertas de la ventana era muy cómoda para descansar. También la localización del lugar era muy cómodo para salir a pasear, muy céntrico. También el lugar estaba muy bonito y la atención de las personas fue excelente. Controlar el agua caliente de la regadera era difícil. También, en la tina (solo tienen un cuarto con tina), al intentar encender los chorros, salió una bola de pelo de alguien más. Nada más no usamos los chorros y todo bien. También un apagador de uno de los costados de la cama no servía pero tampoco fue la gran cosa.

- Fernando Maria (10/5): Estupendo, bonito y muy céntrico. - El tamaño de las habitaciones es increíble, techos altos, cama grande, dos sofás, cuarto de baño enorme con ropero a juego(puedes entrar dentro y no solo una persona, jajaja) Edificio antiguo muy bonito y muy grande. Tiene piscina y está situado en el mismo centro de esta bella y animada ciudad. Personal atento y recepcionista muy simpática y agradable. Es un edificio histórico y no tiene ascensor pero te pueden ayudar con el equipaje. En fin, muy recomendable para alojarse en Querétaro. -

The only thing I would give ding it for is the fact that the rooms have this combination of old colonial architecture with modern industrial decor, which sometimes can feel a little too forced. Otherwise, an excellent place. I will stay at MSR again.

The check in process, the parking, the staff or lack of staff. There were 4-5 servers trying to get someone to come into the restaurant outside, but Nobody at the front desk we parked outside on a very busy road only to get run off by police even though we were trying to check in. There was no coffee in the room you had to go to the front desk and that was cold or lukewarm. The front desk staff were very pleasant when they were there. I think for the price of the hotel there should be an actual valet service due to the parking issue. Coffee should be available in the room.’ Only 2 small water bottles available in your room, you had to tract someone down for ice

- Daniel (6/5): A great stay, until … - This is a beautiful, historic property in the heart of Queretero, within walking distance of pretty much whatever you’d like to do. The staff was attentive and helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the failure of the water supply on my second night, which was not resolved by the time I checked out. I asked a couple of people at the front desk whether they would adjust my bill given the issue, but they were noncommittal at best. I understand that maintaining an old building can be a challenge, but the host should have been more willing to make up for the obvious inconvenience.

- McMudhen (10/5): The grand hotel in the epicenter of historic Queretaro - Spectacular 400-year-old hotel spectacularly located in the heart of the historic city center. This was my 4th stay. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with an English-speaking reception desk person. The imperial room is the one to go for. You could fit 10 people in there! The bed is massive and comfortable, and the room is quiet and secure. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Mi vehículo me lo entregaban en cualquier momento y ellos lo estacionaban sin problema. El restaurante y bar de lujo y la comida excelente. Definitivamente volveré. Y por supuesto la ubicación esta de lujo y conveniente para visitar el centro. No tuve ni el mas mínimo problema gracias al personal tan amable y atento. - Rogelio (6/5): - It was decen but not for the money I spent. It was around $200 a night. The hotel is older- no elevator, walls are thin and you hear noise. The toilet was loose and moved when I used it.

- Paul (7/5): Handsomely restored and well-located hotel let down by very inconsistent and poor choices and details - Very large room. Nice design. Good location. Good bar and restaurant. Stupid idea to have a LOUD LIVE BAND in the bar, playing until 1am directly below our room! Hotel let us sleep in another room much quieter for the one night. But still, this is unacceptable in such an otherwise very nice hotel. Also, selection of club music in the restaurant, again playing loudly is completely out of step this level of hotel.
- A6322HXteresaf (10/5): Overnight Stay - I love this property. It is my spot for an overnight stay when I am headed to San Miguel de Allende. Nice rooms, good location, close to restaurants and the price is right. I will return! For some reason reviews on this site must have 20 characters.
