Am Morgen war der Pool im Garten hervorragend geeignet die Zeit bis zur Abholung zu überbrücken. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war okay. Die versprochene Abholung vom Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert wurde aber mit einem upgrade des Zimmers wieder gut gemacht. Kaffee Kocher am Zimmer wäre wünschenswert.

- Kallie (2/5): Hugely disappointing, have stayed in hostels 10 times nicer and for 10% of the price - Bed was comfortable. In desperate need of repairs or complete renovation in the rooms. Highly disappointed for a Hilton hotel and will not be booking with the brand again. Shower head fell on us as I was showering, and the towel rail fell apart as I took the towel off. Makeshift repairs and basic cleaning obvious. Breakfast was very simple and poor - food was cold and coffee machine leaked milk everywhere. We chose to get a Grab delivery instead of room service as limited vegetarian options offered. 1 mug for tea / coffee in room despite double occupancy.

- Paul (8/5): I enjoyed the stay, marred with the points above. I booked it for what I was seeking, because it’s the Hilton name and e - Clean we’ll presented 1. The TVs are not Smart TVs, hence they are unable to access various applications such as Netflix, YouTube or Spotify. Suggest upgrading and keeping in step with many hotels and villas on Bali. 2. Room service not available after 2230. I arrived at 2300, which was unfortunately not operating. 3. The shower had a film of soap on the floor and made it a slip hazard. I had to utilise the floor towel in the shower to prevent slipping.

Aucune aide quand on arrive, les chariots sont bien là mais aucun personnel. Pas de navette gratuite aéroport. Les chambres sont très sommaires avec un mitigeur dans la douche qui a fait son temps. J’ai eu des crampes d’estomac après le dîner du soir.

We asked maintenance to come have a look and he tested the temperature and it was apparently at 17.5 degrees with his Thermometer. It only ever reached 23 degrees in our room by 7 am. When we arrived it was around 27 degrees and stuffy and took all night to cool down. Because of this, we wouldn't stay again. Being cool and comfortable is important for our sleep. We felt the hotel was generally a bit lacking considering it was a Hilton brand hotel.

You had to pay for your airport transfer which is contracted by a 3rd party company other hotels nearby have their own and complimentary. We ask for late check out till 18:00 as we were there for work doing business 4 different staff members telling four different prices. They try to rip you have as best as they can. We ask for joint rooms when booking said will be done had to ask 3 times. Ask for specific names to be put up for the airport arrival as it was a work meeting and Evan tho they said yes sir they did’t do the small details. No face or hand towels. Felt very cheap. Would not do a business trip there again very hard to get what you want. Will go somewhere else in 4 weeks. They seem all there care about is money.

- maryam (7/5): - the 24/7 shop that was available where I could shop for drinking water during the night. I felt the cleanliness of the hotel was not to its maximum level while the hotel prices are similar to Australian hotel, so comparing rooms in Stanford hotel in Australia vs Hilton hotel in Bali was not the same.

- Rosemary (5/5): This was a cautious choice. - The helpful and friendly staff We were on the street side 2013. We couldn’t fully close the curtains so the street lights shone into the room all night. The air conditioner wasn’t working. It was hot all night so we didn’t sleep at all.

- Markus (7/5): - Convenient and close to the airport. The walls were thin and you could hear people coming and going from their rooms very early in the morning.
- JESUS MANUEL (5/5): Le falta la calidad de un verdadero Hilton - Buena ubicación y desayuno. Mucho calor en las zonas comunes: recepción, pasillos, etc. Muy pocas tumbonas en la piscina. Deben poner más ventiladores en el comedor y en la recepción porque al estar abierto entra el calor y es insoportable.

- Célia (5/5): Je ne me sentais pas a l’aise, pas propre - L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport Tres très humide, les housses des transats tres sale et décousu, pas assez de serviette dans la chambre, mon sèche cheveux ne marchait que dans la chambre et pas dans la salle de bain, en rapprochant les lits (deux lits simples pour en faire un) le dessous etais tres sale, les moquettes etaient sales - Enfin c’etais juste pour faciliter le trajet hotel aeroport que nous l’avons choisi, nous etions pret a perdre les 55€ de la nuits payé pour le hilton et aller ailleurs, mais la fatigue a pris le dessus. Mais ce n’est malheureusement pas propre du tout
