• Aileen (2/5): - La habitación estaba limpia Las habitaciones aunque estan limpias estan deterioradas. En la noche hubo agua caliente ya en la mañana no habia. La puerta de el refrigerador estaba con moho .Las inmediaciones de el lugar hay muchas personas parecen homeless y fumando en lo pasillos de el lugar el precio aunque es algo económico el lugar no lo vale.

• Perna (1/5): - There was absolutely NO breakfast. NO coffee. The bathtub was a disaster... paint and lacquer peeling off everywhere. My girlfriend had a heart attack in the room, wasnt there for barely the better part of an hour before being rushed to Salem hospital. When I spoke to the young man at the office he was SO MUCH LESS than understanding. It is Easter Sunday, I asked him kindly if he could possibly do something to help me out, as I was now carrying the burden of BOTH of OUR VEHICLES, no card or access to funds- as she had to take everything with her in thr ambulance- and his response was... Please sit down and hold your breath for this one.... "HER HEART ATTACK IS NOT MY PROBLEM. YOU HAVE LESS THAN 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT OF HERE." SOOOOOOOOO yeah. There that is. I also went to Duunks next door so I could feed on a tasty breakfast sammy and indulge myself in a sweet tasty coffee... when I got back there was a state trooper parked behind my car. Running my plates. Unsure why. But I mean, whatever I guess This place is just really sketchy and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

• Joseph (10/5): Great value for a clean peaceful stay. - Great value and very clean, updated rooms. I like that you can park right in front of your room. It's close to everything, so you can easily order from DoorDash or Grubhub. I appreciate how you can adjust the heat or AC to your preference. Very close to Salem, and we will stay again. We had a very quiet, peaceful stay. Perfect for kids, with enough space to set up a pack and play and still have room to move. There’s lots of storage, including a closet, mini fridge, and everything you need, plus a full bath. The owners have rules, so it is a safe place to stay.
• Daulton (6/5): I will avoid this one in the future. $177 is over priced - Not much TV remote didn't work well and no sleep timer. No comfortable chair in room. Smudge on pillowcase.
• John (4/5): Good enough to do it again if needed. - The yelling next door in the middle of the night added some local color. The tv worked, unlike the competitor up the road. No soap in the shampoo dispenser

• John (6/5): Stay was ok manager and employee terrible - Area and location The manager he does weird things and alert accusing somebody of smoking. He checks doors that’s occupied and nosing around.

• John (5/5): Was a good stay but kept getting accused of smoking even though I don’t smoke at all. Other than that, great value comfo - Location and easy access Lights around bed don’t work nor did the phones and Some of the staff. No good customer service. Vibe of some staff was ugly and the interactions are slim. Room light around the beds needs to work as well as all the phone.

• Suria (2/5): So so hotels should compensate for services from their staff - Close to a diner. Nothing. We came in early hoping to get an early check in as requested but the front desk was rude. Waited for a loooong time so we an ask him but he can't even get of his phone. The Diner was a saving grace. We had a place to wait until check in. Moreover, they kick us out at the exact time for check out. And the city dumpster was the sight to behold on our window. The smell gets in the room too. There was only one teeny teeny bar soap in the bedroom, set of towels and nothing more.😏

• Lauren (10/5): Would definitely go back! - I loved the location. We were visiting Salem on Halloween weekend and there was no traffic to or from. Made it very easy. Free parking. Even though it was on a busy highway, we didn’t hear any noise all night. Beds were comfy and the heater worked which made the night more comfortable . The microwave and refrigerator also was A great addition . The room was surprisingly spacious. No hair dryer but that’s not a big deal

• crystal (7/5): For the money and distance to Salem is was alright. - It as close to Salem for the holiday . You can hear everything from the other rooms. The noise traveled really bad along with the highway being right off the road. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned all the way. I asked for a late check out (12) due to our very long travels and he said no but will do it for $20 cash.

• Tina Capps (1/5): - Didn't like anything about this place! Didn't like anything about this place. The room Was in a dark cubby hole kind of scary for us 2 girls.. The beds were box springs no mattress.. couldn't sleep at all.
• Jacob (3/5): Would not stay again, spend a little more money and find a better place. - It was cheap. The manager was arguing with a guest when we arrived. The guest tried to get the manager to help us, but the manager continued arguing with the guest. Room was grossly unclean. Appeared to be poop on the floor and boogers on the nightstand.

• ERIC (4/5): - Bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Bathroom vent had no covering. No hangers in the closet. No coffee machine. Had a microwave but no microwave safe cups to heat water up. Very noisy and busy street.

• Amanda (5/5): - It was clean. A Dunkin Donuts is right next door. It was inexpensive. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t realize the neighborhood would be rather shady. There were absolutely no frills and the bedspread was stained and had a hole.

• Meghan (2/5): - After checking in with the front desk at the appropriate check in time, I went into my room to find staff members eating in the room. They told me to wait 5 minutes and come back. The room smelled of food and there were flies. Staff was rude. Room and overall area was disgusting. So expensive for a terrible experience. I didn’t even end up staying the night and paid to go elsewhere.

• Alex (4/5): - No bugs or stains. Did smell bad. Hot water was temperamental. Didn’t feel safe to go outside in my room at night. But if you don’t want to spend 700 a night to stay in Salem it’s a cheap alternative. That being said the room should be half the price.

• Lourdes (8/5): It was okay, one night only is enough - The room was clean, mattress was decent, staff was nice. Our room was down a hallway so could not hear street traffic as much. The outside looks like a typical street motel in average shape. Downside was an inconsiderate man was smoking at end of hallway so smoke was infiltrating into our room.

• Lindsay (8/5): - Our stay here was good. We needed an affordable place to stay one night while we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The area is very busy with a lot of traffic. We have no complaints.

• david (2/5): Horrible place and people running it. - This place smelled like mould and air fresheners. Pillows are 1 inch thick. Bed is hard as rock... They went through our room when we were gone. Took our stuff told us tgey didnt. Found it in there laundry room. Told me i was a liar when i asked. Took 2 deposits from me without my permission. Never again will i go here.

• sylvia (8/5): - Had a whoopsie with a reservation that was my fault but the night clerk / staff was absolutely amazing. He still accommodate me and my friend and we were SO grateful. What outstanding customer service in a pinch ! Thank you so much
• Franchesca (2/5): - If you have standards, do not stay here. Its overpriced for what they have. Not to mention a SOLID, NO refunds. They DGAF. This place looked like one of them motels from a scary movie, Bates motel vibes, felt unsafe staying there with my family, alone maybe, just adults… okay... but i did not last more than three hours before i left with my family and booked something at the red roof inn instead who was actually less money for a nicer room and a more comfortable everything. You know how you can put makeup on a cow but its still a cow… that was this place. They musta picked their best rooms to post on here cuz the room they put us in had the landlord special you could see the work right thru the paint. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The cheapest mattresses and pillows they could possibly find. The pillows were flat and cardboardish, they are like those pillows you find in the basement after forgetting about them for 5 years and then being like oh, thats garbage. They didn't even have those uptop door locks and there was no way to really lock the door except one twisty thing on the keycard handle. Somebody comes to kick the door in, theres no real resistance, they getting in. It looked like people was living there long term having a bbq outside in pjs. It looks like one of them motels u find junkies and prostitutes at. The only pro was that it was clean, and there were no bugs… that I saw. Again, if you have standards or options, do not stay here.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Air conditioning didn't work, uncooperative staff - A cheap motel, basically. Better than some, but the only staff member was unfriendly/disinterested and said he could do nothing to undo a two-night reservation though one night was all that was needed. They kept my money though provided no service for a second day. Uncomfortable mainly because air conditioner did not cool the room at all. Lucky the weather wasn't hotter.
