I booked a runway view king room, checked in just after 5pm and it wasn't ready so was told I would be given an upgraded suite and it wasn't which was really disappointing. 🙃 I sent a text about receiving a discount due to the fact I didn't get my original booking and put into a sub par category room and there was no response to that message that I could see.

- John (10/5): Great Hotel for Edmonton Travelers - A beautiful clean modern hotel in an ideal location for early morning travelers. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years and continue to give it high recommendations. The most attractive feature is its location … attached to the Edmonton International Airport makes it a preferred place to stay when traveling early in the morning. No need to battle weather or traffic or chance interruptions to your business or leisure travel. The outstanding staff are very welcoming and supportive and are very aware of the complications of early and late arrivals and do their best to accommodate! The lounge and restaurant are outstanding and the rooms are always clean and well maintained… great linens support a restful sleep no matter how short or hurried your stay might be. We have never been disappointed and always look forward to our time here. Always enjoy the features in the gallery. It’s all good!

- Aline (10/5): Incredible hotel! - We stayed for 9 nights. Staff recognized us and treated us well. The room was great! Very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was always super busy and the staff made sure to keep up. It’s in a great location and we walked everywhere except when we took the metro. Very convenient.

- Savanah (8/5): - I was upset that the hotel front desk announced my room out loud. As a woman, travelling alone, it is my expectation and experience that the room number is written on the hotel key and not announced out loud to ensure my safety and security. I asked to be assigned to a new room to ensure my safety, after I told the front desk I felt unsafe that they did that. I was assigned a new room and my room number was not announced out loud thankfully. This should be standard for all hotels and hotel staff.

- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Very convenient when we landed on a very late flight. This hotel is connected to the airport terminal. Our check-in was very smooth. The staff were very friendly. Coffee bar was available in the lobby which was a nice touch. Breakfast wasnt included, unless you were a platinum Marriott Bonvoy member.
- Pam (10/5): Convenient location awesome Hotel - Amazing hotel! Very clean and comfy. Staff was very efficient and helpful. I stay there every I fly out of Edmonton early in the morning. Quick checkout makes it very easy to walk over to the airport in plenty of time to catch my plane!
- Lisa (8/5): - We have stayed at the hotel since it was built. Beginning to show wear needs better cleaning of the frosted glass bathroom door and bathroom floor. Decor pillows looked plucked. The hotel is quiet the beds are very good. Still a very good hotel.

- Herda (6/5): Not as clean as I would expect given the price - It was convenient and close to Rad Torque raceway The room wasn't very clean, there were cashews under the bed from the previous guest. It's a good thing I don't have a nut allergy
