• Chloe (8/5): - The hot tubs and pool are great amenities. The choice at breakfast as great- especially the Prosecco. Staff in the pool bar were lovely. In the information book it mentioned shower gel and adaptors but when we queried at front desk we were told there weren’t any.

• Julia (8/5): Art hotel - Yövyttiin kavereiden kanssa 5 yötä. Hotelli oli siistissä kunnossa, mutta huoneeseen kuului ulkoa auton ääniä öisin. Hotelli huone oli siisti ja tarpeeksi tilava. Ilmastointi toimi erittäin hyvin. Siivouspalveluja oli saatavilla joka päivä. Aamupala oli hyvää, mutta ei mitenkään kauhean erikoinen. Kattoterassin uima-allas ja porealtaat kruunasivat loman. Voin suositella tätä hotellia, jos haluaa viettää rauhallista ja yksinkertaista lomaa aikuisten kesken. Hotelli ei ole kovin suuri, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Lähellä Splitin vanhaa kaupunkia ja rantoja, noin muutaman kilometrin päässä.

Huone oli muuten hyvä ja tilava, suihkusta kuitenkin löytyi pieniä ötököitä. Siivous tehtiin hyvin ja henkilökunta oli siellä ystävällisistä. Aamupala oli valitettavasti huono. Tuoreet tarjottavat eivät valitettavasti maistuneet tuoreelta. Kahvi maistui viimeisenä aamuna todella pahalta.
• Veronika (10/5): - A bit out of the center but a nice, modern hotel with a great breakfast and sweet hang out place on the rooftop with a pool and jacuzzis. Also the bus to the airport is a couple minute walk away. Really convenient

• Kerry (10/5): Loved this hotel - Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived 2.5 hours before check-in due to our flight times and the receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was able to let us in our room and we could then get in with our day. She was very friendly and gave us lots of information. The pool was stunning and had a lovely lounge area which was always in excellent condition. Pool towels were also provided. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of hot and cold food and a selection of drinks from Prosecco to coffee and juice. The hotel was extremely clean and had a lovely reception and bar area. There was also a wellness room with showers, saunas and towels / slippers / dressing gowns provided. It was situated a 15 minute walk from the old town and had a couple of smaller shops nearby. The rooms were basic but clean with good air-conditioning and a powerful shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. Thank you
• Matteo (6/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in camera tripla per due persone presso la struttura annessa all'Art Hotel l'ultimo sabato di giugno. Struttura comoda a circa 10 minuti di autobus dal centro/porto. Spettacolare la piscina/solarium sul tetto dell'hotel. La camera, invece, è piccola e essenziale. La pulizia della camera e la manutenzione del bagno dovrebbero essere più curate. Pienamente soddisfatti della colazione, varia e di qualità. Il personale (tranne la Signora che ci ha accolto al check-in) è sembrato abbastanza distaccato e disinteressato. E' possibile utilizzare l'area wellness, ma non ne abbiamo fruito. In considerazione del prezzo pagato per il soggiorno, le aspettative non sono state pienamente soddisfatte.
• Olivia (8/5): - Le personnel était vraiment accueillant et toujours prêt à offrir le meilleur séjour possible ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité. La piscine est très belle, et les espaces bien-être ainsi que la salle de sport sont accessibles à tous. Le seul petit bémol : le Wi-Fi. Comme notre chambre se trouvait au bout du couloir, nous n’avions pas de connexion. Le personnel a bien envoyé un technicien pour résoudre le problème, mais malheureusement, cela n’a rien changé.

• Victoria (10/5): Would stay again! - Great location only 9 mins walk to the old town . The roof top pool is an absolute must have it's a great size and had lovely views of the mountains . The 2 jacuzzis are large with ample space . Plenty of sun loungers over the two floors . Room was spacious and clean. The wellness center is all included with your room . Sauna steam room showers and jacuzzi along with robes and slippers . Breakfast was perfect hot and cold selections Alot for people who have allergies with lots of alternatives. If I'm in split again I would stay here 100 percent.

• Marita (10/5): - We stayed here for 1 night after our 8 day bike and sail trip. The pool was great and exactly what we needed to relax as we did not want to be in the heat battling the crowds. Would stay here again. The breakfast was great as well with tons of hot and cold options.

• Brandi (6/5): - The staff were very accommodating which was excellent, as our room was dirty when we first checked in (large pile of dust and hair on the floor), and our shower leaked water all over the floor as the sealing had separated between the floor and the glass door. We mopped the floor with extra towels and staff immediately cleaned the floor, and thankfully, they were able to place us in a different room for the next few nights so they could repair the shower. I didn't realize that the Annex, where we booked, is a 3 star property whereas the main hotel is a 4 star. We don't need a fancy room, but we were disappointed that our Annex room did not even have a kettle, and the first room we were placed in had no hooks to hang towels. For the price we paid, we expected a little more. The breakfast was tasty and had a huge variety, which we enjoyed. It opens at 7am, and there were huge tour groups lined up to get in the first 3 days we were there, but there was ample seating. Line ups for the coffee machine were long though! The pool on the rooftop looked inviting, but we were never at our hotel long enough to go for a swim. We walked back and forth to the old town/Riva, and the hotel, and it only took about 25 min, which was great. There is a bakery about a 5-min walk away for small snacks. I hear that it's difficult to find accommodation in Split, so the Art Hotel/Annex is adequate, but if I were to return to Split, I'd book closer to the Riva if possible.

Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again
• Rob (10/5): Great value, friendly hotel - This is a nice hotel. The staff are really friendly and accommodating allowing a late check out and access to the pool roof terrace and spa after check out (my flight was 10pm). The breakfast buffet has everything you need and it’s a short ten minute walk into the centre. I was upgraded to the main building so can’t comment on the annex. I wasn’t offered a free drink as part of my hotels.com membership status but I have never been to a hotel that upgrades rooms and offers free drinks against status. No hotel I’ve used seems to understand those benefits but that’s a fault with hotels.com not the hotel. I’d stay again for sure and it was great value for money.

• Bram (8/5): - Hotel biedt een fijne ervaring op een uitstekende locatie, op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. De parking is erg handig voor gasten met een auto. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk, met voor ieder wat wils. Enige verbeterpunt is de netheid van de kamer, deze kon iets beter gekuist zijn. Al met al een zeer degelijk hotel voor een comfortabel verblijf!
• Chresta (10/5): God beliggenhed - God beliggenhed, ca 15 min. gang til den gamle by i Spil. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne var rene og med fin plads. Stor morgenmadsbuffe (dog vil jeg ikke anbefale at spise aftensmad på hotellet) Lækker pool med udsigt og byen og mange solvogne.

• Michaela (6/5): - Bei unser Ankunft um 9:00 am morgen, wurde uns von der blonden Rezeptionistin gesagt, dass wir noch einen Spaziergang machen sollen und das Zimmer danach bereits fertig sein wird. Außerdem haben wir ausgemacht, dass uns die Rezeptionistin über den Expedia Chat benachrichtigt, sobald das Zimmer frei ist. Da wir nach 1 1/2 Stunden noch keine Nachricht erhalten hatten, fragten wir über den Expedia Chat erneut nach, ob dass Zimmer wie versprochen bereits fertig ist. Daraufhin wurden wir darüber informiert, dass es nach wie vor nicht fertig sei, dieses jedoch schnellstmöglich geputzt wird. Nach dieser Information erhielten wir keine Nachricht mehr und kehrten schlussendlich nach 4 Stunden ins Hotel zurück, da die Hitze in der Stadt unerträglich war und warteten auf eine Information. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Wir warteten schlussendlich bis 15:00 Uhr auf unser Zimmer und wurden von der blonden Rezeptionistin nur noch schief angesehen, nicht gegrüßt und sie ging uns aus dem Weg. Alle anderen Gäste durften bereits einchecken und wir durften nach wie vor auf unser Zimmer warten. Für uns war dies nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr ärgerlich. Kein Gast möchte so behandelt werden. Auch die Tage danach erhielten wir ausschließlich böse Blicke. Wäre diese unfreundliche Rezeptionistin nicht gewesen, hätten wir dem Hotel 5 Sterne gegeben. Das Hotel selbst war sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und gut und auch der Pool auf der Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen.
• Tobias (10/5): Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära gamla stan - Vi hade en mycket trevlig upplevelse på Art Hotel. Läget är bra med gångavstånd till gamla stan. Bra rum men ganska litet. Mkt bra säng som man sov gott i.
• Mirko (8/5): - Albergo con servizi più che soddisfacenti. Estrema cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Camere adeguate al prezzo, ma magari qualche piccolo ritocco ad alcune rotture nelle stanze non guasterebbe. La SPA è stata una bella sorpresa, la jacuzzi però era un po' sporca. Nel complesso però siamo stati soddisfatti.
• Joshua (8/5): Good locations, comfort could be better - The location of this hotel was perfect! It was easy to walk to the old town/palace. The room was clean, and it was nice having A/C. My only complaints were that the pillows were super thin and the WiFi didn’t work in the Annex. Besides that, we were happy with our stay.
• Jessica (8/5): - We were upgraded to the main part of the hotel which was nice but travelling with our 6yr old and were put on first floor facing the road, there was a lot of traffic noise. An easy walk to the lively bars and Old Town. Facilities were good, the roof top pool was nice though felt a bit like Club 18-30. I’d probably return but not with my child.
• Neil (10/5): Nice hotel - Perfectly situated outside of the centre. It’s approx 15min walk to the old town. We were in the annex next to the main hotel but still had access to the main building facilities. Breakfast was nice and the service excellent. Rooms air conditioning was perfect. Would recommend for a short stay
• Mary (10/5): Excellent hôtel - Hôtel haut de gamme, en fait l'annexe du 4* qui lui fait face et dont on bénéficie de tous les services (piscine, petit déjeuner), donc pour moi d'aussi bonne qualité. Accueil professionnel et agréable, et le plus incontournable est le parking gratuit fermé.

• Serena (10/5): - Het hotel is netjes, de kamers zijn top en de service is prima, vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad met uitzicht over de stad, handdoek faciliteiten, bedjes, bubbelbaden echt fijn. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, zelfs met prosecco (je kunt ook mimosas maken met de orange juice 😃) en detox water, div ei, broodjes, vers fruit etc Er is ook een sauna en sportruimte, zagen er ook prima uit maar vanwege het warme weer er geen gebruik van gemaakt. De locatie vonden we iets minder- er zijn veel heuvels dus het half uurtje lopen naar strand of centrum is in 35 graden en ook terug uiteraard, iets minder prettig. Er zit een Mall vlakbij, paar minuten lopen, de Joker Mall, met een grote supermarkt en div winkels. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

• Peter (10/5): Meget anbefaleslsesværdigt ! - Været på Art og Annex flere gange det sidste år. Vælger dette grundet tagområdet, morgenmaden, gratis parkering og rimelig pris. Personalet er venligt , og nær afstand til alt i Split. Alt fungerer !

• Oktay (6/5): - Badkamer was gigantisch. Wel een erg hoge badkuip, goed uitkijken bij het in en uit stappen. De kamer was klein voor een drie persoonskamer. Niet veel ruimte om je spullen erop te zetten. Denk maar aan je koffer, rugtas, handtas, laptop etc. Weinig ruimte voor drie personen om bijvoorbeeld je kleding te kunnen ophangen. Ontbijt was geweldig en vriendelijk personeel.

O piso parecia que ia cair . O box do banheiro não era fechado e quando tomava banho alagava o resto do banheiro . Quarto muito pequeno pra três pessoas . No dia de ir embora fui ligar k secador e super aqueceu . Queimou . Mas como era aqueles grudados na parede , nem iria dar tempo de trocar pra eu ir embora . Fui de cabelo molhado . A localização do hotel , conseguimos ir a pé pra cidade murada mas è um pouco longe . Não voltaria nesse hotel

• Annika (10/5): - We totally enjoyed the stay in this Hotel!! It was the best decision as it was precisely in the middle of airport and centre. You could walk easily to the centrum and all beaches were also in short distance. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfy and breakfast rooms were very cozy. Good breakfast choice, even some gluten free things! :-) Even if it's located at a busy street, it was totally quiet by night. You also couldn't hear any neighbors. We would always come back here!

Quiet area with lovely rooftop bar, swimming pool and spa to relax. Reception staff and domestic staff were friendly and efficient, only too happy to help with any queries and requests eg. late check-in. Restaurant staff were less accommodating, however, this did not take away from a very pleasant stay.

• Pierre (8/5): Nice quality price hotel near the city centre - Nice quality price ratio for a hotel with a roof pool and decent breakfast and 10min walk from the center. However A/c was noy on in the reception until next day and in room cannot be under 19degree. Also sauna had to be scheduled in advance. Gym is okay but A/C not strong. Room was big enough but pretty standard. Location can be noisy in the day but lots of shops, market, banks, exchange office, bus stations around. Overall has 4 star facility but not when it comes to the service
• Mathilde (10/5): Très bon séjour - Je recommande cet hôtel. 15 min du centre-ville à pied. J'étais dans la dépense de l'hôtel. Mais nous avons les mêmes droits que l'hôtel. Accès au petit-déjeuner et à la piscine sur le toit ! Attention la salle du petit-déjeuner est petite. Venir tôt est préférable pour ne pas avoir la queue !
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice One Night at Annex - Nice one night stay in the Annex. Breakfast was delicious, and had a lot of variety. We could also enjoy the rooftop pool in the main building. The room is fine for a few nights. It was small, the bed made some noise, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It is outside the center, but the walk is not bad, or you can take an Uber for pretty cheap. Note that the checkin times listed are wrong. They said it was at 3pm, and early checking weren’t allowed. Would stay again.

• Sophie (8/5): Mixed - I think this is the second review we've left for this hotel as we ended up staying here twice on our trip to Croatia but our second stay was not as nice as our first one. The staff were lovely and the room was small but with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the location is great as it's less than 15 minute walk to the old town. Our room that we had this time around was smaller than the first time and the shower was broken so was low down and you had to kneel down to get underneath. Our towels also smelt of smoke.
• Jack (10/5): We are coming back! - My partner and I stayed in the Depadansa building. The room was very clean, the staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. There is a nice hotel bar where you can drink outside on the balcony. It's a short walk into the centre too. We are driving around Croatia and rebooked for our last night in the country also.

• alan (10/5): excellent town hotel.frie - We arrived with some concern about hotel to port front wallking distance but 15 minutes to port front and 20minutes back Our room was at the rear and was quiet and clean and a very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide choice of hot cold food. The staff were excellent and .friendly.Athough the hotel is on the side of a busy road it was nice to sit inside and on a shaded veranda So be prepared to walk coffee shops on the way with a fairly steep hill to front we enjoyed our time Split..
