• Beatriz (6/5): - When we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly unapproachable and dismissive, with no willingness to explain anything. She handed us the room keys and offered no information about important details like beach access or the fact that the pool and breakfast were located at a different hotel entirely. There was zero customer service, and to top it off, the welcome drink that was advertised was never provided. Honestly, given the cold reception we received, I didn’t expect much after that. The front desk closes at midnight, and after that time, the hotel became a free-for-all. A large group of teenagers threw parties in multiple rooms around us, making it impossible to sleep until 6 AM. With checkout at 10 AM, it was hardly the restful night we had hoped for. To make matters worse, there was a large congress happening, which made everything feel chaotic and overcrowded. While the room itself served its basic purpose, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
• Oliver Alexander (6/5): - Zimmer und Bad sind recht klein, aber in Ordnung. Personal ist freundlich und Frühstück im Hotel City ebenfalls ok. In 2. Septemberwoche wurde das Frühstück ins Hotel Adria verlegt. Die Organisation mit Getränkeautomaten, Barista usw. war einfach nur schlecht, weil sich etliche Menschen auf den Füßen standen und das Personal auch noch dadurch drängelte und mit dem Aufräumen nicht nachkam. Abendessen im Hotel Adria war gut. Klasse Vorspeisenbuffet. Aber Klimaanlage etwas zu kalt und zugig eingestellt.

• giuseppina anna (8/5): - Hotel sulla spiaggia con balcone. Stanza spartana, pulita, letto non molto comodo, la colazione era in un altro hotel, di fronte, abbondante e varia. Pecca assoluta secondo me che non c era il bidet, ma la cannuccia alla "giapponese". Personale gentile e disponibile
• Fioravante (6/5): - Organizzazione del servizio colazione scandalosa…tutti ammassati presso l’hotel Adria dove in maniera del tutto indecente abbiamo fatto colazione come se fosse l'assalto al forte Apache… camera un po’ sporchina (polvere)…
• Gianpaolo (8/5): Buono - L'hotel 3* era chiuso per lavori, mi hanno spedito all'Adria 4* (stessa proprietà). Bene accoglienza, camera pulita, balcone vista mare, letto comodo.. Bene la colazione. Comfort così così, corridoi rumorosi e non fonoassorbenti, in più un paio di pullman di studenti abbastanza su di giri ha fatto la sua parte.
• antonella (2/5): - Non posso lasciare commenti positivi. Ho prenotato al mattino e, arrivata nel pomeriggio, ho trovato l'Hotel chiuso, sicuramente per la stagione invernale. Non rispondevano al telefono. Sono riuscita ad aprire un cancello ed ho trovato un foglio che mi "dirottava" su un altro Hotel. E' una mancanza di serietà perchè se volevo scegliere un hotel diverso lo avrei fatto di mia volontà e non perchè costretta. Ero arrivata nel pomeriggio. C'era moltissima nebbia, ma se fossi arrivata di sera??????

• Yvonne (8/5): - Es ist schon ein sehr hellhöriges Hotel- man hört den Wecker der Nachbarn. Das Housekeeping ist nett und gründlich, hat aber meine Körperhöhe. Mein Mann ist an die 2 M und kommt auch oben an den Kleiderschrank. Dort lag leider eine hohe Staubschicht, die mich überhaupt nicht gestört hätte, hätte ich nichts von ihrer Existenz erfahren. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nur nach einem Lokal gefragt und sofort haben sie telefoniert und versucht uns einen Tisch zu reservieren (natürlich mit unserem Einverständnis). Ganz toll. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das Rührei war aus echten Eiern und nicht aus diesem Ersatzpulver angerührt was immer häufiger auftaucht. Es gab alle Möglichen Cornettis und Kuchen, Obst und Aufschnitt. Auch eine extra Glutentheke. Die Tische und der Saal waren sauber. Es gibt sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Allzuviele Mücken hatten wir nicht im dritten Stock. Nur der Müllwagen um fünf Uhr morgens hat mich schon ein wenig gestört. Wenn ich noch einmal in den Ort fahre würde ich dort wieder schlafen.
• Manuela (10/5): - La struttura è posizionata benissimo,le stanze tutte vista mare, pulite, coi bagni nuovi e moderni, ile ristorante ottimo anche se nell'hotel accanto,ma ne vale la pena perché i menù sono varii e di ottima qualità. Personale molto cortese e disponibile e zona tranquilla, forse ci vorrebbe un mezzo pubblico che collega al centro del paese in modo che anche chi non ha mezzi o non vuole spostare la macchina la sera potesse andare a fare un giro in paese.girnon

• Marco (4/5): - Premetto che non ho soggiornato negli ultimi due decenni nella Riviera Romagnola, per cui potrei essere un po' duro sui giudizi, perché ricordo ben altre situazioni e prezzi. Di buono c'è la stanza vista mare, buon parcheggio, bella sala Colazione, luminosa, spaziosa e ben fornita. Incredibile invece è stato trovare il bagno senza bidet, meglio, con il bidet integrato nella tavoletta, scomodo e inefficiente. Bagno piccolo, veramente piccolo, stanza idem, con arredi e letti che tradivano l'azione del tempo. Così fuori stagione, ho trovato il posto caro per quello che offre. Per il resto, struttura a mio avviso fatiscente, con una reception costituita da un tavolino con dietro le chiavi delle camere. Sono rimasto molto deluso, perché Expedia mi aveva creato aspettative superiori e diverse.
• Ivana (8/5): Hotel Adria nicht City Beach Resort - Wir waren in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht. Das City Beach Hotel war geschlossen. Das Hotel Adria, gleich nebenan war schön.
• Antonio (6/5): Da rivedere. - Siamo arrivati alle 15.30 circa del giorno di prenotazione. Con enorme disappunto troviamo l'albergo chiuso con un foglio sul quale era scritto di rivolgersi all'Hotel Adria che si trovava dall'altra parte del campo da tennis. Arrivati all'Hotel Adria siamo stati accolti da una signora alla quale ho detto che avevo prenotato, attraverso la piattaforma Hotels.com, una stanza presso l'Hotel City Beach Resort. Dopo avermi guardato come se venissi dalla luna mi ha chiesto il nome ed ha verificato dicendomi che risultava una prenotazione presso l'Hotel Adria e che "avevano provato a contattarmi" senza specificare quando e come. Alla fine abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Adria, con una permanenza che si può considerare anche piacevole ma che è stata compromessa fin dall'inizio.
• Lierce Maria (6/5): Bom - Na realidade não ficamos neste hotel, chegamos à noite, estava todo apagado e com uma informação na porta dizendo para irmos no Hotel Adria ao lado, no qual, a estadia foi ótima, com exceção do estacionamento que era na rua. No mais, foi tudo bem, inclusive o café da manhã - muito bem servido.

• Rainer (10/5): Tolles Hotel für Kurzurlaub - Privat geführtes hotel, sehr nette Leute, sehr sauber. Leider nur ein Aufzug, aber Treppensteigen hält gesund. Super Lage direkt am Meer und alle Zimmer schräg mit Meerblick.
• marianna (4/5): - Buona la posizione. Seppur fuori dal centro, 10 mins di bici, accesso diretto sul mare. Male il servizio ristorazione a partire dalla qualità del cibo al servizio. Pranzo e cena serviti nn in struttura ma presso l’hotel di fronte. Cibo molto deludente. Per il resto hotel datato e camere molto e troppo basiche. Numero della camera affisso alla porta scritto su un pezzo di carta...buono il balconcino vista mare. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo non lo consiglio.
• Paola (8/5): week-end lungo - L'albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione, praticamente sulla spiaggia, e offre il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo della camera. E' incluso anche l'ombrellone con 2 lettini nella spiaggia convenzionata. Pranzi e cene sono serviti in un hotel a 4 stelle attiguo (50 m. di distanza, avrei gradito qualche opzione in più senza carne), la colazione è in loco (con ampia scelta di salato e di dolce). La nota dolente è stata la camera, prenotata come tripla per 3 adulti e rivelatasi estremamente piccola, tanto che un comodino era stato spostato per mettere il terzo letto e l'altro bloccava l'apertura di un'anta dell'armadio.

• Verified traveler (8/5): MIMA a settembre - Bella la posizione sul mare dell'hotel, ci siamo arrivati a fine settembre in una "addormentata" MIMA ed abbiamo apprezzato il relax in spiaggia e nel giardino ben curato. L'unico rimprovero è che avremmo preferito ritrovare una miglior cura anche nella preparazione delle pietanze che abbiamo mangiato presso l'adiacente hotel Adria (il City avrebbe chiuso la stagione in quella settimana).

Hotel ben situato a ridosso della spiaggia con tutte le camere, anche le laterali, provviste di balcone con vista mare. Purtroppo gli arredi risalgono a decenni precedenti, e la pulizia non è il massimo (di questi tempi...). Giardino vermente poco curato. Colazione nella media, caffè solo dai distributori automatici, a pagamento quello "vero". Prezzo equo.

• DARIO (10/5): Très bien et fonctionnel - Hotel très sympa et hyper bien situé au bord de la plage. Excellente propreté de la chambre et des toilettes, lit confortable et balcon vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Personnel très aimable, et le service vélo (des vélos disponibles tout le temps) est super : cela permet de se balader partout dans la ville où les places de parking sont rares et très chères. L'accès à la piscine grande et équipée est un plus !! Franchement très bien et correct pour être un 3 étoiles. Conseillé pour des vacances en solo ou en couple !

• Fabio (6/5): - Struttura datata e con stanze prive di comfort (tv che non prendeva più di tre canali, wifi scadente, assenza di prese di corrente ai lati del letto). Positiva la vista mare e la temperatura gradevole dekla stanza, grazie alla posizione dell'hotel, quasi sulla spiaggia.
• Barbara (8/5): - Ho trascorso due notti in questa struttura. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato molto buono. Hotel a due passi (na proprio due) dalla spiaggia 👍 La camera piccolina (del resto ci dovevo solo dormire) ma pulita e con condizionatore fronte mare. Bagno molto pulito. Ho scelto la mezza pensione e ho fatto bene. Cibo fresco e buono. buffet antipasti e contorni, scelta di primi e secondi, dolce/frutta e bevande incluse. Buffet molto vario per la colazione. Personale della sala gentile, le ragazze tutte disponibili per dare un servizio davvero completo. Incluso nel prezzo la spiaggia con due lettini ed ombrellone. Per due notti abbiamo davvero speso poco in proporzione al servizio che abbiamo ricevuto. Non c’è che dire, in quelle zone sanno cosa vuol dire accoglienza. Molto soddisfatta e se dovessi ritornare sceglierei sicuramente questa struttura. Barbara

• Steve (8/5): - Great location to the beach and town. Free bikes to use to ride into town. The breakfast was continental, as expected. Site had it’s own reserved beach area where you could rent an umbrella and beach chair. It normally was 5 euro a person but since we didn’t know, they gave it to us for free :) Well worth the cost.
• ginny (8/5): - The hotel has a great position anfdis relaxed- frequented by older couples and a few families- bedrooms ok by italian standards-food was rather average however, overall we had a great time
• Philip (8/5): Decent Beachside Hotel in Cervia. - We stayed for only one night during the off-peak season. We were greeted by the owner of this family-run hotel who spoke excellent English and German. The room was a little small but had a balcony with a sea view. It's only about 50m from the hotel entrance to the beach. There's plenty of free parking outside the hotel. The wi-fi was a bit temperamental but worked sporadically. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety and we did not feel rushed. Great value for money and recommended.
• Bruce (8/5): Hotel on the beach with exceptional meals. - A very nice hotel owned and run by father and son. They engaged with hotel guests with Italian charm. The staff were also very pleasant.
