• Artem (4/5): - Territory outside the hotel, most of the staff is nice. The brochure handed out at check-in said the dinner was until 9:30 while in reality it was only until 9. No apologies for this misinformation, no alternative suggested - although other guests who arrived late got their dinner served separately. Hotel transfer to the airport - $100. The driver made a 30minute stop to have breakfast apparently, brought me to the wrong terminal and didn't want to go the correct one - I had to take a shuttle. Wi-fi is paid which tells quite a lot about the attitude towards guests. Quite annoying attitude of sales people trying to sell you jewelry, spa services, etc. Room was a little bit up. Cleaning products used in the hotel have a strong smell. Food was quite bad, in 3 days I didn't find anything decent. The big majority of guests are Russian - not a problem in itself but gives a certain vibe to the stay.

• Nadezhda (8/5): - Overall, it’s a very good hotel. The territory is spacious, the sea is clean, and the beach is well organized with a wide variety of food options available. The sports facilities are excellent. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms can be quite noticeable. If certain additional services — such as Wi-Fi, bar tabs, or spa treatments — require cash payment, it would be very helpful to have an ATM available on-site for guests’ convenience. Additionally, a few of the Russian-speaking reception staff could improve their approach to guest interactions. Their manner felt somewhat unwelcoming, leaving an impression reminiscent of old-fashioned hospitality styles.

• Галина (10/5): Очень комфортный отель для семейного отдыха с детьми - Расположение было отличное , мы до этого жили в других местах -были на 2 разных пляжах ( на Клеопатре и в Махмутларе) , там не такой комфортный заход в воду , волны и ноги порезали , а здесь даже мама смогла купаться - она после операции на ногу( с металлической конструкцией в тазобедренном суставе ), пляж очень комфортный , чистый, без волн . Дети в восторге от аквапарка, мороженного , попкорна и панкейков. Очень понравилось забота персонала - нас до этого по ошибке трансфер привез в другой отель- с похожим названием но находится в паре километров от этого - так вот там персонал созвонился с нашим Justiniano и нам прислали трансфер и всех 9 человек очень быстро перевезли по назначению. Мне оч понравились красивые виды из номера, территория ❤️ Нет такого

• Houssemeddine (9/5): - Hôtel propre, bien équipé. Personnel très accueillant. Programme varié, surtout pour les enfants. J'ai adoré les toboggans et la plage. La nourriture est très variée mais c'est presque la même chose tous les jours. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de points négatifs mais je dirai que dans un hôtel aussi bien noté, il manque quelques équipements dans la chambre notamment une bouilloire et tout ce qui va avec pour faire un thé ou un café. Autre chose j'ai trouvé bizarre que le wifi soit payant dans ce genre d'hôtel.

Максимально насыщенная программа и для детей, взрослых! Аниматоры умнички! Территория охраняемая-не страшно за подростков). Дискотеки, различные представления! На территории есть небольшой парк развлечений для деток, магазинчики.
• bekzod (6/5): - Unfortunately, we were placed in the building that at some point was a “main building”, I assume. The lower level had an abandoned reception desk, facilities, etc. In order to get coffee or hot tea in the morning or in the evening, we had to walk to the main building, which had a coffee machine. The bar by the pool in our building was open 0800-1700. Rooms do not have a kettle or coffee machine, just a small fridge with sodas that were being restocked per request. Upon our arrival, we realized that this is not where we would be comfortable staying, because our building literally looked like an “abandoned old hotel”, but despite our efforts to change the building/room, we were told that we can not change our room even if we will cover the cost. We travelled to Turkey to enjoy vacation, we were not trying to save money on boarding/room/amenities. Unfortunately, vacation was ruined. I should mention, that staff is very nice and welcoming, always willing to help, cleanliness is on top, food is amazing. But, again, the “Moonlight” building was a disaster.

• Teona (8/5): 😊 - The staff is very friendly, making it a wonderful place for children with plenty of entertainment. The aquapark and pools are excellent, and the daily show programs are very enjoyable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and desserts, and the hotel’s interior is modern and fresh. Our room and bathroom were on the smaller side, and the beach is mostly rocky with little sand, so guests who prefer swimming in the sea might find it a bit different from a sandy beach. Internet is available in certain areas, with additional access available if needed.
• Александр (7/5): - Хорошая территория отеля, все чисто, есть пирс и пантон, водные развлечения, приветливый персонал. Можно отдохнуть, подходит для кратковременной поездки. Отель все таки стоит отнести к бюджетному, хотя за ночь мы отдали 400 Евро. Питание не дотягивает до нормального, 4 дня подряд борщ на обед, все повторяющееся, детское меню - сухие нагетсы из курицы и бесконечные сосиски. Пакетные соки и посредственное сладкое. Курица, рыба, мясо - оно как бы есть, но все одно и тоже и на обед и на ужин. Также Спасатели, помощники, которые на горках - совсем не следят за порядком, все кто скатываются внизу так и остаются плавать в бассейне, хотя следующий съезжающий может въехать в них. Снэки для перекусов, все тоже самое, бургеры картошка фри и пицца. Почему нельзя сделать нормальную детскую площадку для детей? Поставить побольше качелей. Платный вай-фай - это вообще нонсенс в 21 веке.

• Mehmet (10/5): Excellent 😍 - Très bel hôtel familial, toboggans pour les tout petits, petits et grands. Animations en continus, mini club 👍 Repas variés et très bons. Je remercie le chef du restaurant à la carte osmanli pour la saveur et le choix des plats offerts, le photographe pour ses belles photos avec son collègue le perroquet 😂 Je remercie particulièrement la dame de chambre qui nettoyait avec soins notre chambre tous les jours. Bref bravo à toutes l’équipe 👏 Je reviendrait sans hésiter ( plage à galet , profond d’un coup pas trop adapté pour les enfants , dommage car ma fille de 5 ans n’a pas pu en profiter, cela est indépendamment de l’hôtel bien sûr)

The hotel facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. A special mention goes to Hatice at the reception, her genuine kindness that made me feel truly welcome. She was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I left with great memories and would be happy to return

• Adam (8/5): Very good - I'm not a fan of the all-inclusive concept – I was only there because my gf is Russian and, for some inexplicable reason, she likes it (though thankfully, that's slowly starting to change). That said, if I put that aside and compare it to other all-inclusive places I've stayed at, I’d say it's a solid 8+ (Although personally, I'd rate it more like a 5).

• Ana (4/5): - Of the 3 rooms we booked, one had a broken AC (never fixed despite reporting it), another had a broken safe, and the third had a non-working remote. All had a persistent sewer smell from the bathrooms. The outdoor area was pleasant, with sea access and a large pool, but finding a sunbed was a daily struggle. Many were "reserved" overnight, and even by 8–9 AM, most were taken. For a fully booked hotel, there simply weren’t enough. Food was repetitive and underwhelming. Minimal seafood - just fried fish with long queues. Meat options were mostly chicken legs, with the occasional turkey or lamb patty. Only two of the four advertised restaurants were initially open (cantina and the fish restaurant by reservation), and food quality was mediocre. A third (Italian) opened later, also requiring reservations. Drinks were limited - mainly beer and wine. Cocktails were random mixes and poorly made. Towel service was chaotic. Returning them at the end of the day often meant being told there were no cards available, so you had to carry them to the next day. On our last day, they claimed no cards were needed for checkout , so we had to insist to avoid being charged. Towels were worn and not 5-star quality. The hotel seemed to cater mostly to Russian tourists, many of whom were not particularly friendly. The evening shows were a highlight, but overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a 5-star resort. Not worth the value—we should’ve stayed elsewhere.

Beach bar was cleaned all the time from sand. Turkish coffee time and baklava with the view. Massage ,ask for Desa in SPA. Everything was in the Russian language, with no explanation in English for children who don't know Russian language. Beach bar barmen didn't clean the hands after bins change. I should ask before she served me. 🤔 Food is always the same. The show was only two in a week.... only last day was water given with the turkish coffee, always should ask for it.Turkish bath really disappointed 😞 ,sauna was off,so we sat in a cold sauna before the bath, what is the point to do scrub with not open pores on your skin. No tea till waiting or after the massage.

• E (4/5): Not a bad hotel but I would not be returning again - The territory of the hotel was impressive, well maintained and provided facilities for the children entertainment, several bars and water slides. Front house/reception Angela was very polite and understanding. Staff at the bars, restaurant and housekeeping was not friendly at all. You were lucky to get a smile when served. Every bar staff looked like they gave you a huge favour by serving you drinks (which were all included in the price of the stay). Our room was not cleaned for 2-3 days at a time. The WiFi was only available in a small area in the reception. To get a Wi-Fi working everywhere in the hotel cost us €14 per week, which is complete rip off. There were several power cuts during the day which made us unable to use an air conditioning unit. More guests than sun loungers on the beach. We had to “fight” for the sun loungers every morning.
• Jens (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, but will probably not come back. - - The hotel overall was amazing and the staff was friendly. - Got upgraded emmidiately from two double rooms to one family room with an amazing view at no extra cost. - A pretty good All Inclusive selection of drinks and snacks. - The pool area and the surrounding ground was always clean and well kept. Not a problem finding 5 connected sun beds. - A lot of "pop-up" activities during the day. - The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best. Very little variaty in the overall selection. To some extend a bit bland. - WIFI not included and was 14 EUR for a week and the quality was not very good. But pretty good coverage. - "Animation Team" was ok, but a bit on the aggressive side. The same guy came looking us up during every meal and at the pool several times per day, adverticing on upcoming events. Got kind of annoying at the end. - Russian paradise.... The majority of all guests at the hotel were russian and it was not very pleasant. Hoarding huge plates of food during meals (leaving half of it behind). Being rude to restaurant staff. Cutting in line with no regard of basic maners. - Most staff spoke only Turkish or Russian.

She made the check-in process seamless and effortlessly guided us to our upgraded room. Her warm welcome immediately set a positive tone for our stay. I can't thank her and her team enough. We were impressed with the hotel's facilities and the variety of activities available throughout the day.

In the end was all good. Be careful, if it s written sea view. It is not granted that you gonna get the room with a sea view. But as i said the personnel was very helpful and willing to solve the problem.

They mostly speak Russian and I couldn't communicate with some of them also some of the employees working behind the bar was offend when I speak english. Food could be better. • Natalia (6/5): - My family spent a week at the hotel. The area is nice and beautiful. If you need some shopping, there are several market centers there, where you can find almost everything. The rooms are comfortable, but I do not recommend to stay in Moonlight building. We changed twice rooms there and both times we had leaking at the wash room, that created terrible smell. Standard room building is absolutely fine, we had one room at ground floor and the other one at 7th. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Regarding food, I could hardly put 3 out of 5. Couple days we had when the food was great,but the rest I personally didn't like it. Service - very poor. To sum it up, one can find the better place in that area at the same cost.

• Andrey (7/5): Very picturesque hotel for a good price with a bad staff. - Location is awesome! The hotel looks great too. I like pools and the sea is very beautiful from this side. In general the view is perfect. Animation team was very creative and that’s what I like, sometimes I found some of them not so friendly when I denied their offers, but that’s not a really big issue, because in long perspective we had a good time. The staff. Especially Anna who works on the reception. They didn’t prepare my room for my visit and tried to deal like to share a room with another person. Only after me saying that I won’t pay for that, surprising, but immediately they found a room for me. That was her idea to do this… Additional the receptionists DON’T speak English, only Russian and Turkish. Food could be better, just the taste. Quality is good and everything I ate from grill was great, but unfortunately that’s it.

I had a good time, thank you! A lot of Russian tourists who take all the sun beds since early morning or from night and don’t use it, I don’t understand it. Receptionist Anna wasn’t really welcoming but others were nice, animator guys are great. a lot of kids crying everywhere, canteen was very noisy, you just want to eat fast and leave it felt like you’re at a bus station or something.

WIFI ფასიანია ნომერში, ერთი კვირა 14$ ღირს, ირთვება მხოლოდ ერთ მობილურ ტელეფონზე და ვერ იყენებ სხვა მოწყობილობებზე. საერთო ტერიტორიაზე უფასოა ინტერნეტი, მაგრამ ძალიან ცუდი სიხშირის. კვება დიდად მრავალფეროვანი არ არის. საუზმე ერთი და იგივე. საშინელი საკონდიტრო კუთხე, ერთი და იგივე პუდინგები ყოველდღე. აუზის პირსახოცები დეპოზიტითაა და იცვლება კვირაში 3 ჯერ 🙄. ანიმაცია რაღაცნაირი, სუსტი. ზემოთ ბარში ძალიან უხეში ბარმენი. სასტუმროს ტერიტორიტორიაზე ძალიან ბევრი რამ ფასიანია, მაგ: ალკოჰოლის ზოგიერთი სახეობა, კოქტეილები,ნაყინი, სიმინდი… და ბოლოს… სასტუმროს პერსონალი არის ასევე რუსები და ბელორუსები, რომლებიც იგივე ეროვნების სტუმარს ანიჭებენ უპირატესობას, რაც ძალიან შესამჩნევი და არასასიამოვნოა

• Danielle (9/5): Superb - Great hotel, large pool, fantastic beach, overall great setting. Very nice gardens, plenty of space for kids to play. Food also good, especially the fresh lunch at the pool restaurant.
